I'm not sure if city reps get kickbacks from RMA, but they choose not to investigate, hear complaints, nor hold them accountable. RMA has free reign on properties that sign them under contract. They can tow any vehicle of their choosing. They charge out of their ass to get your car back. And if you don't pay in their time frame, they keep the car. They are a "legal" auto theft ring, that pays the city government money to stay in business. In turn, they close their eyes to their business practices.

He traveled on-site to do the repair which was so cool - didn't have to tow a second time. I asked him to check on the rest of the wheels as well, and he did!
