I love going to Scooters in Raytown. Their employees have always been nice and attentive when I am waiting for my drinks. I enjoy their menu. However, I am giving 1 star because I am a very early morning riser. I enjoy ordering through their app on my way to work often between 5 AM and 5:30 AM. However, twice I have ordered around 5:30 AM and then drove to Scooters only to find them still closed and no employees at all. This happened again on Monday January 12th and I had placed a $15 order with them. No one there and a dark building. The problem is that there is no way to get a refund since I didn't get my order. I have called the phone number and got a corporation called Freedom LLC. I also sent an email to the customer care address for this corporation and have never received a response. So I am just out this money. From now on I take my early morning coffee orders to another coffee shop and skip Scooters until later in the day. read more

Today I went Scooter's on 350 at 7:00pm and when went there I told the girl in the drive thru can I get a large peanut butter crunch blender she tells me " okay pull up at the window" I show her my rewards on my phone because I reach 400 smiles and when you reach you can get a free blended drink any size, she finally tells me our hand scan doesn't work when she could've told me at the drive thru mic. I told the girl in the window okay Nevermind and drove off. I'm really not happy at the scooter's on 350 I always have issues with that one. I usually don't go to the one on 350 I always go to 63rd which is the best that I have went too. read more

Stopped at this location for a coffee and the manager Jordan treated me horribly. Rushed me around, didn't ask me if I'd like my drink to be hot or iced, and had the nerve to get an attitude when I gently went back to correct the mistake to make sure I got ice coffee not hot. Most of the time service here had been decent, even friendly. But today, wow, I've never felt lower as a customer and I won't be returning to this location. Horrible customer service. Not a bad location! I feel like overall scooter's is delicious, but the part that can make or break a location is the service itself. This location was busy, but they actually had their stuff together! Timely and a pleasure to deal with at the window. I had the limited edition sugar cookie latte iced, which was perfect! Not too much ice, and a great mix of vanilla & sugar cookie. My mom had the peppermint mocha with almond milk and was a huge fan! Let me start off with how much I love scooters coffee. It amazing highly recommend. But for the customer service part of this company I give a big thumbs down. It seems like no matter what I say I still get interrupted while ordering. Then to top it off thy don't get the order right. I get the same thing every time an I am there multiple time a week. Idk if the workers don't care but it real irritating when I ask for something an have to correct them at the window and still not get what I want after the correction. Ordered and only got confusion from the staff about what we wanted to order. Sat in the drive thru behind ONE car who waited for TWO drinks, and it took 20 minutes. We pulled up to the window, watched the two "baristas" inside attempt to make what we ordered, which wasn't a difficult order. A maple vanilla blender, and a peanut butter power x4 shots of espresso. Simple. I told my husband to just leave because I couldn't imagine what the coffee was actually going to taste like after a clusterF like that. This is 100% a management issue and the owner of this location should be ashamed. These poor girls were set up for failure, and it was very obvious that they were failing tonight. So sad. read more

Ive tried Scooters one time prior and while it was good my visit and what I ordered was not memorable. However, today's visit was. The barista kept asking me what I ordered and still proceeded to give me the wrong order before checking one last time and correcting it. My husband and I drink Scooter's 1-2 times a day. Insane I know. The staff here generally the regulars always remember our order. We love our blended coffee's which are DELICIOUS. The only thing I can say is sometimes when new baristas start they don't put enough ice before blending so it just comes out like liquid instead of a nice smooth blender coffee. I wish I could give Scooters 0 stars. Terrible service. Disgusting coffee. Most of their buildings look disgusting and unclean. Only a few of the baristas are actually polite. This Scooters has seen better days. All of the "AMAZING" employees either quit or were fired. The last manager Kayla was amazing, amazing staff, amazing service, and overall I enjoyed coming to get coffee. I had daily conversations with her and she always was so genuine and cared. It made my day. Once she left, this location stopped being my go to coffee shop. They frequently were out of product, my drinks that I spent a ton of money on were being made wrong. Baristas don't know how to make the drinks. A few months ago I had a barista grab my hot coffee by the lid and spilt it all over me and my car. She said "let me get a napkin" no apology or anything. I left without my coffee. It is sad but unfortunately the truth. I will never spend another dime on their coffee though. Starbucks has better service that this coffee shop- and THAT says something. read more
