They provided the numbing cream and then walked us through step by step and our little girl soon had her ears pierced without too much fuss. It is located within the building across from Los Gatos Coffee Roasting Co. If you are arriving near opening, you may need to call to have them let you in. Day of, I brought my boyfriend to keep me company. Pretty easy to find, lots of parking, Ian's studio is in the back corner of the salon. He showed me the sketch and then we discussed placement and size. He printed out a few sizes to give me an idea. Ian got to work right away and I didn't feel any pain, just very light pressure. The process was pretty uneventful, Ian is very professional. Afterwards, he gave me some aftercare instructions and sent me on my way. A year later, my tattoo still looks great. Would definitely return if I decided to get another tattoo in the future.

All his surfaces are stainless steal, disinfected, and items wrapped in plastic are changed out with each client. He is passionate about his work, calm, and he is a people person. He made sure my tattoos had the correct symmetry on my arm. This was my very first tattoo and ended up with two. Chapter Tattoo is the best place in town.

It's located on Bascom Avenue x Scott Street, in the same building as a camera repair shop. The entrance is on the parking lot side, and once you go in there is a waiting room where you can hang out until your appointment. Jay rents out a little room on the left, and he'll come out once he's ready for you. Don't be fooled by his humble studio--he's an excellent piercer and is very careful about sterilization and care. I was super nervous about getting my conch, but Jay was incredibly sweet and professional through the entire process, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The piercing itself was SO quick and literally painless. I love it and am so happy with the placement we decided on. His current jewelry selection includes all the basics for any piercing you'd like, and he plans to expand with more styles in time. I can't wait to come back for my next piercing!
