Wife booked an appointment (mostly done by appointment with walk-ins on weekends) after a recommendation from our friends. It was time for our little one to get her ears pierced! Although we were a bit nervous for the piercing, Razzberry Lips' staff was excellent with their explanations and handling our young one throughout the entire process. They provided the numbing cream and then walked us through step by step and our little girl soon had her ears pierced without too much fuss. We took our 7-month-old to Raspberry Lips for her ear piercing, and the whole place was adorable -- it smelled like cotton candy, and the staff was so sweet and funny. Check-in was easy: sign the waivers, pick your earrings, and choose numbing cream (which worked great!). After about 20 minutes, Dad held our daughter while the piercer carefully marked her ears to make them perfectly even. The only scary part was the quick "crunch" of the ear gun, lol -- and honestly, we were more upset than the baby! She barely fussed. Great experience for Taylor as well! We started off with the numbing cream for 15 minutes and Taylor picked out the same earring as her twin sister ha! The girl checked her earlobes multiple times to make sure they were even and had Taylor confirm they were good. No issues at all with the piercing or any pain. We got the ear cleaning solution and was told not to put wet hair on them when you go to bed the first 6 weeks and clean twice a day. Prices were the same as last time. I love how they used numbing cream & making sure the minimum wait time was 15 minutes before they went all in. To do the piercing it was $50, then you'd have to pay separately for the jewelry itself (total was around $110 not including tips - we did add one though) Very kid friendly, a lot of space. 10/10 recommend. read more

thank you selena for giving me my second lobe piercings! i searched far n wide on yelp for reputable places near me since i wanted a safe and comfortable experience at a reasonable cost. the appointment fee is $50 and you can get as many piercings as you'd like in a session. this also covers usage of numbing cream as well as a bottle of cleaning solution to take home, which was greatly appreciated :) earrings (per pair) are an additional cost but within a reasonable range. the earring backs are protective, and selena uses a medical equipment to pierce the ears (it's like a hybrid needle x gun). an additional plus (to me personally) is that most of the clients are children, so that's how you know that you'll be comfortable! selena also took the time to make sure the marked locations on my ear were to my liking before proceeding. there was a slight malfunction when trying to pierce one ear, but thankfully but it turned out fine LOL the decor is extremely cute and pretty in pink; selena said that she'll be sprucing up the place even more in the coming months. definitely recommend getting your piercings here :) read more

Selena is wonderful! I went back to see Selena on Saturday because after two weeks, one of my ear lobes was still swollen, red and slightly painful when touched.. She checked it out and suggested I try tea leave oil with salt water. She said I should see a difference in a couple of days. She was right!
