I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I have been spending a lot of time on the Cape caring for my elderly parents and my hair was severely neglected. I reached out to Razzmatazz Hair Studio based on their yelp reviews. I was able to get an appointment with Rachel for the same week. Rachel gave me a partial foil highlight, haircut, and blow dry/style. It could not have turned out better. Rachel asked questions and listened to my preferences about how I like my foils/highlights and haircut. She was very pleasant and fun to talk to during the whole time it takes to put in all the foils. I will be returning to the Cape to get my hair done by Rachel from now on!!!! read more

I have been coming to Razzmatazz for years now. My grandmother recommended Kerri (she has also been seeing her for years) and she is great. I've gotten numerous cuts and colors here and have never been disappointed. I live in the Washington, D.C. area and try to hold out on getting my hair colored so I can do it with Kerri. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated, I'm always seen on time, and generally have no complains. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're on the cape (pretty centrally located). read more

Krystina did my hair and I love it... she took all the dead ends and made it soo healthy, even though it scared me to chop3 inches off I loved it. loved the color too... isn't it great when you explain what you want and they actually know and it looks sooo much better than you expected. Wow, I could not have asked for a better hair and makeup team for my wedding. I wasn't sure what I wanted for my hairstyle. But Kerri asked me a bunch of great questions, patiently tested out a bunch of styles and made a bunch of changes, and then created a beautiful updo that I had not even imagined -- but once I saw it, I was in love with it. And she nailed my makeup -- she listened when I told her I didn't want to look too heavily made up, but still made me look romantic and striking. So I had perfect makeup but I still looked like myself. My entire bridal party got their hair and makeup done too, and everybody was so thrilled with the work that the Razzmatazz team did. They came to my hotel room and set up, and worked so efficiently but without rushing. All my bridesmaids wanted different styles and they all wound up looking stunning. The whole team easy to work with and really talented. Plus, they were great listeners -- we all felt like we got exactly what we wanted, even if, like me, we weren't explaining it very well. My dress had to go on over my head after my hair and makeup, which made me really anxious. But Kerri offered to stay and wait for me to get dressed to do any touch ups. It was such a relief. She fixed the pieces that fell when I shoved a mountain of tulle over my head. I would go to Razzmatazz again and would recommend them to anybody. It was a great experience. read more

Wedding: Karrie reviewed the process/pricing which made it very easy to coordinate from the west coast. I opted for the Bridal Hair and make-up and also updos the rest of my girls. Coming from out-of-town they flexed their schedules to allow me come in for a trial the day before the ceremony. And my hair looked great for the rehearsal dinner...bonus!) My ladies looked fabulous, my hair & make-up looked amazing. The folks at Razzmatazz were incredibly sweet, professional, accommodating and great at what they do! A great experience and one that I HIGHLY recommend to anyone getting married on the Cape. If I lived in the area I would make this my salon! read more

Simply AWFUL! I scheduled a 3:00 appointment and 30 mins later no one came out to see me. I asked "Is everything ok?" they said "oh she's on break". They didn't have the nerve to tell me. . . there were even plenty of stylists sitting around drinking coffee. I asked if i can have another stylist and she said "nope". Awful service, rude employees, bad location. Don't go. . . . wary to pricy at $60.00 for a haircut. read more

Razzmatazz is an incredible studio. The stylists are all terrific. I started going there in 2005 when Jacqui owned it and have been going ever since. Donna does my hair now as well as my husband, Phil. She always gives me a great color, crisp cut, and sleek blow dry.
