WORST SALON EXPERIENCE EVER…read more I booked a keratin treatment and haircut after seeing the professionalism displayed on this salon's website. My hairstylist was Lyla Duarte. I came in on May 1st with long, beautiful hair and clearly showed the length I wanted. The photos show my hair before the appointment, the length I requested, and what I was left with. The keratin looked great on the first day, but started fading within the first month. The haircut, however, was devastating. My hair was cut completely differently from what I asked for. I was heartbroken. I cried for days and felt like I didn't even look like myself anymore. It has taken me months to even have the strength to write this review. What made the situation even worse was the terrible customer service and complete lack of empathy afterward. I trusted this salon with my hair, and I deeply regret it. To future clients: please be very careful and make absolutely sure you are comfortable and confident before trusting this salon with your hair. My experience was devastating, and I would absolutely not recommend this salon.

Our second day in town my husband surprised me with a prenatal massage at Bellezza, along with one of his own. Unfortunately we booked last minute and weren't able to do them simultaneously or in the same room, but nonetheless I'm glad they fit us in. Upon walking in, pop music was playing and were were met by an extremely kind receptionist who offered us water, tea, coffee. I accepted peppermint hot tea, that was given to me in a white mug and saucer, as we were taken to the waiting area that had a fireplace and cushioned couches/chairs. This waiting area was so comfy and cozy, it definitely started the whole relaxation experience. We both filled out a page worth of paperwork that asked details on our health and history, that the masseuses take before the massage. Now, for the massages themselves. I got a prenatal massage and the table was bent into a sort of V shape, where I laid on my back and my feet were highly elevated. I liked this, especially after all my traveling, I was dealing with quite a bit of swelling. She put on some relaxation sounds and started with my head and shoulders then moved to my feet and legs. She had a very firm pressure that I enjoyed, especially while working on my shoulders. It was clear I had several knots she was working out. When she got to my feet and legs, where she spent 40% of her time, I'm not going to lie but it felt so good I knocked out and started snoring lol (embarrassing). I woke myself up from a snore and apologized, she said it was completely fine and to just relax. After the feet and legs, she moved to my back. To get to my back, she had me lay on my side with a pillow between my legs. I will say that as a pregnant lady with a whole lot of belly, this position wasn't ideal and took some time to get comfortable in, but I did. This was evident from me falling asleep again haha When the massage concluded, I felt incredibly relaxed I just wanted to stay on that table and take a nap! Overall a very good massage. The massage was 50 minutes for $85 I believe, and I would say that it was worth it. I was completely relaxed and relieved of pressure. To make this a 5 Star experience, I only wish that we had been able to switch sides for the back portion towards the end and maybe have a table where they have the cut out that cups the belly. Regardless, it was well worth the time and money. Happy to have included Bellezza in our babymoon.

The services here are excellent. The pedicure is an hour. It's worth every penny. One review shows nasty chipped polish. That is not the way she left the salon. That's the reviewers photo maybe a few weeks after scrubbing dirty floors. Great owner. Really nice qualified team. And that neck and shoulder massage !! The best.
