Anyway, today 7/14/26 an employee named Samantha aka Sara who is so sweet and was always there for Scruffy and me on all his past visits and today 7/14/26 3 employees really helped me during this time of grief. A dark haired Samantha helped me today by saying Scruffy, knows how you feel right now, he knows...and, I totally believed that as well and, as I arrived home a song was playing and I heard, "I know, I know and how ironic I heard that just as I was getting out of my CRV. It was most definitely a sign from Scruffy in Heaven to me today 7/14/2026 with the help of God. Praise God and this rating is a 10! They are Top Gun...The Best Of The Best! I have always received kind, caring and compassionate care and help and service from Animal Hospital Ham Lane in Lodi Ca. for me and, my beloved dog named Scruffy. The staff is very friendly and helpful and so well informed. I love that they are thorough in their work to check in about her needs and always make sure to keep us updated if anything pop up. But I had found out that the manager, who was always there happened to be on vacation. The week we left our dogs and whatever staff was there. Did not do what they are supposed to do to take care of my dog at the time. But in 2024, we dropped our dogs off and the manager, and another long time the staff member was there and they took excellent care of our 2 dogs as they normally had done in the past several years. Except for that one year when the manager was gone. Her and her son were great.I know the son left and went to another vet office. I feel bad because I cannot remember their names as I write this post.But the regular clientele would know who i'm talking about in this review Anyway, I'm going to miss them. I was sad to find out that the veterinarian, who owned the hotel and the vet office retired.And sold everything to the city of stockton. I hope that the staff does read this post and know that they are going to be dearly missed by us.And i'm sure many others

We literally spoke to at least 10 people and actually visited with 5 when we felt really good about Jessica and her place! You can just tell she has a passion for the work that she does. She was super professional, kind and very patient with all of my questions. My boys were very excited to see her at the meet & greet! And I was able to Check-in on them during the week with pics! So cute! Prices were reasonable, service was excellent and most importantly- my boys (pups) were well taken care of!! I was so very happy with them, I've been singing her praises to all of my four-legged loving friends to check out their services! You should, too!!

Reading her review about what she said about her own dog makes me think she is crazy. If my dog misbehaved like that I would be so apologetic, I would not laugh about it. They have always made dropping off and picking up so easy. My dog is all leashed up and ready to go. It can be quite busy at drop off and pick up but Jessica and her staff make it run smoothly. The prices are great, the hours are great and the people whom care for the pets are great. If you don't like the care maybe you can hire a nanny to sit at your house all day and take your Bully to the dog park and beach to run off leash. To put a positive comment to end this. I just recently had to leave my big girl for boarding for 3 months I had surgery and couldn't have her jumping on me. When I got her back she has almost completely stopped jumping up on me.
