The technician was polite, diagnosed the problem quickly, and initiated repair and maintenance all in the same trip. He spent less than an hour performing his duties and was extremely polite, clean, and professional throughout the event. I would say this is some of the best repair service that I have experienced in the area and would recommend this group, with particular emphasis on Alex, the technician who came out to aid me and my family. They were able to schedule me for the very next day, which was a huge plus. Mike arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. Instead of trying to upsell me on unnecessary parts or repairs, he found a repair kit that fixed the issue without replacing the entire component, saving me a significant amount of money. Because my refrigerator needed to be completely defrosted before the repair could be done, we had to postpone the actual repair. Once it was ready, Mike came back the very next morning and had everything fixed in about 30 minutes. I really appreciated Mike's honesty and the effort he made to keep my costs as low as possible. He answered his phone immediately, gave me a quick quote, and then made time for me the next day. He called while on his way to our house, arrived earlier than expected, and did the work very quickly.
