We hired RB Electrical to have multiple jobs done. One of our projects was to install ceiling fans and smart switches installed. 2-3 ceiling fans stopped working, may have been due to non-compatible switches that he recommended. His invoice states a 1 year warranty. He was notified on several occasions that the fans weren't working. After paying him over 6,000 dollars he wouldn't respond to text messages. Installing electrical fans that don't work PRICELESS. And what is the point in having your invoice state a 1 year warranty and you don't even follow up with the customer after you've been paid.
