And the lady in their office got me an accurate quote BEFORE the electrician ever showed up at my house. They asked for a photo of our breaker panel and then gave us the quote. Two hours before their start time, they cancelled due to rain. Mind you, as best I can tell was not raining inside our garage where the work needed to be done. Also, this rain was also not a mystery event that could not have been foreseen. It had been in the forecast for many days in advance (have I mentioned that it also does not rain inside our home?). So I'm not sure why they waited until 11:39 AM to cancel a job that was commencing at 1:30 PM. They offered to return on a day that was also forecast for rain, but maybe that was less aggressive rain? This naturally on the day we already needed to have the work done and in place, so even if they had magically figured out how to work indoors in the rain, we were quite hosed. We had initially chosen them not because they were the cheapest, but specifically because of their availability and ease of schedule. So ... needless to say they really put us in a terrible spot all around and we won't be seeking them out again.

GREAT Service! First of all Matthew (owner) really knows his stuff. I initially contacted Graham to come out and investigate an issue with my stove. Matthew was able to diagnose and fix the issue within an hour. Soon after, I had informed Matthew of a project dealing with a new electrical panel. We walked the property and Matthew broke down the estimated time and cost of the project. A few weeks later Matthew performed the install. During the install he found several issues (grounding/wiring) that he brought to my attention immediately. The install was amazing. Matthew did not only upgrade the panel, but he integrated a backup power source for the property and he rectified all of the other safety issues that he discovered. Our property is finally at where it should be thanks to Mr. Graham. The other was told on several occasions that we needed to run electrical from the breaker panel for a PRE-WIRED patio and BBQ. He kept saying and it reflected in his quote that he would wire everything. The BBQ and Patio consultants reminded him that the units were pre-wired and he quit because he didn't like people telling him how to do his job. I can't make this up. I was close to giving up on the backyard project because of this and several other issues we ran into. I about threw up my hands when I called Ryan from Westek who said he lived in Temecula (very far). I apologized for wasting his time (assuming it was too far) and he said he could come out shortly for a quote. Ryan can look intimidating because of his height but he is nice, extremely knowledgeable and had me think about future plans than just the current project. He had a quote for me that day and was very fairly priced. Ryan and his dad, Kirby, came out and did a fantastic job trenching, installing piping and conduit. They also used better materials than my other contractors did. If they weren't already doing enough, they came on a day we had wind gusts of up to 50 mph. We also all found out that the land here is all clay, making the trenching job that much more difficult. They didn't complain or ask for additional money, they just went along with the work with a smile on their face. I would recommend Westek to anyone for electrical work. I knew how good of a job they did when the City came out to inspect. The inspector that came reviews electrical work everyday, and he still said, whoever did this for you did a fantastic job. It would be in your best interest to at least get a quote.

The installation crew, and office staff kept me informed of my scheduling date with reminders and estimated time of arrival. The technicians that arrived were Brandon and Juan and they did a great job. They wasted no time working with me on where the best location to set up. the fan would be, and getting it installed. Then cleaning up after themselves, and showing me how it works with the new advanced control and doing a quick demo. They collected Payment, and left me the paperwork, some window locks and we're on their way. Great job, gentlemen!!!
