My roof is under warranty so when I contacted McLeran Roofing for help, they responded immediately and sent Martin out who had to fight the rain and Larspur flooding and 101 shutdown to get to my home on my only day off. He was stuck in bumper to bumper traffic and flooded roads for 6 hours and Martin wouldn't give up ( normally the drive would be 20 mins). Thankfully, he arrived safely and inspected everything and pinpointed the siding and other likely causes of the leak. The roof was not the cause of the leak. He even inspected and cleared some rain gutters giving me some helpful suggestions. The roof was replaced by the previous owner but after this positive experience, I would highly recommend their services and will recommend them to my friends and family. Neither Kyle nor Ken ever even bothered to come see what sort of job the two flunkies did which so poorly represents their business and reflects upon their reputation. I even could have such a better job myself with NO experience whatsoever. It felt as though this job was to be an example of everything NOT to do and how to do everything horribly and perfectly wrong. This business has absolutely NO integrity, accountability, takes no pride in their work and treats their customers like dirt with no respect whatsoever. This company is slick, with a great showroom, and all the bells and whistles. But, from subcontractors that didn't show up, to materials not ordered on a timely basis, to in-fighting among their staff, this very expensive $80K bathroom remodel circled the drain when it went a month beyond their timeline! We even had to bring to their attention that they had hooked up the two toilets to the HOT WATER LINE. To add insult to injury, due to their accounting error, we ended up paying in full before the project was even near completion. After reading these other reviews, I have to wonder just who completed these other projects??? If we could, we'd love to post the pictures we have of the water from the remodel upstairs flooding our home office below... ooops, they forgot to make sure the waterline had been turned off.
