The tile was a special type of installation with the smallest space between large tiles with a natural marble design on the tile where the veining had to match up throughout. These experts started by carefully protecting all surfaces and items that could not be moved out of my home. The project was on the second level so lots of going up and down for removal of the old floor, tile cutting, baseboard cutting and much more. The project was very involved, as it was the entire living area with a kitchen and a bathroom, and there were unexpected issues with the existing construction that needed to be addressed to complete the new floor. They were amazing and knew exactly what to do with every aspect of the project, with extreme precision and skill. I was impressed with how talented everyone was. Highly professional, knowledgeable, skilled and meticulous. And with strong design recommendations for everything, if I wanted them, and I did want them - because they were great recommendations. They took the time at the very start to help me choose the most beautiful flooring possible, and kept the same level of creating a beautiful floor from start to finish. They even made selections for me during the project that were higher end that didn't add cost. Everything they did was outstanding. The level of skill of every type was incredible. The construction, carpentry, tile, plumbing, everything was performed at the highest level of excellence. And everyone was a dream to work with. They can do ANYTHING! Perfectly! The tile is Ambiance 12x24 and appears to be a defective tile. It does not have the durability of porcelain tile. It is fragile and could break if someone dropped a mug or glass while standing up. I emailed Lone Star Flooring on 12Jul20 to replace the broken tile (1). Lone Star Flooring requires $125.00 for the labor alone.

It comes across like an unprofessional spoiled child having an argument. A pretty embarrassing argument honestly. Most people don't take fake negative or positive reviews or one-sided reviews too seriously, but when the owner of the business starts defending the company in such a passionate and ill-advised way, then the reader will pay more attention to the bad words said, but worse, the reader will suddenly start putting themself in the place of the customer, imagining getting scolded like that for their own appraisal, and taking all of the claims seriously enough because they were serious enough to warrant a rebuttal.

Starting with using substandard grade material versus like for like material, further damaging our property, not being responsive, leaving trash all over our yard and leaving the job incomplete. We have also had several furniture unaccounted for without a proper response from them. Artisan Property Solutions did an absolutely fabulous job with our new home. We did some pretty…read moreextensive renovations, including knocking down several walls in our kitchen/living room/dining room to create a more open space, gutting/re-doing the entire kitchen, and re-doing our powder room. We also placed brand new flooring (hardwood and tile) and smooth walls into the entire first floor of our house. This process included plumbing/electrical changes and several city inspections. The project (at first) seemed very overwhelming to my husband and myself (as this was the first time we have ever done any renovations), but Rob and Michelle worked with us throughout every step of the process and kept really good tabs of things along the way. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and organized. We didn't have a designer, but Rob and Michelle picked up on our style and helped us with design options as well (including lighting, counter tops, colors). Throughout the process (as with all projects) there were inevitably some things that didn't go exactly as we planned. The pandemic threw a wrench in some of the city inspection scheduling and shipping of products (which was not their fault and completely out of their hands). When hiccups would arise, Rob and Michelle worked with us on options and met us more than halfway on multiple occasions when we had to compromise on a solution. Additionally, we lived in our home throughout the majority of the renovations. We were a little nervous about living in the house during a renovation (especially because my husband was working from home and I have a lot of night shifts), but Rob's team was extremely respectful of our time, privacy, and personal space. And at the end of each day, his team cleaned up thoroughly, which we really appreciated. Rob's team worked long and hard hours, and even worked on multiple weekend days. I also found Rob (on multiple occasions) mentoring / investing his time in teaching some of the young men on his team. As an educator, that was really nice to see. In terms of pandemic safety, Rob and his team always came with masks. On one occasion, one of his workers had a COVID exposure over the holidays. As a healthcare worker myself, I was impressed with Rob's protocol and how honest/up front he was about quarantining to maintain myself and my husband's safety. Finally (and I think most importantly): Rob and Michelle are just all around good people who take pride in the quality of their work. Rob is a perfectionist and always made sure that we were absolutely happy with every step along the way. He and Michelle communicated well, were honest, and very fair. We became good friends with him and his team, and it was fun to interact with them each day. Our new puppy even loved seeing them every day (yes - we are crazy and got a brand new puppy during this renovation process). Overall: Artisan Property Solutions completely transformed our home and we are so in love with it. They come with our highest recommendation.
