What i love about this place is that not only is it family owned and not some corporation, but you can take your items home same day if you want, or you can get delivery. My husband and I usually opt to take our stuff home in our own truck because we used to work with furniture and don't mind setting it up ourselves. That timeline was not met, and the overall experience has been extremely disappointing. I reached out on May 7, 2025, and was assured the order was in transit. That turned out to be untrue. On June 2, after following up again, I was told the item was just being shipped to the receiving warehouse but they were "still within their 6-8 week timeframe". Then on June 6, I was informed there were issues with the delivery company and that the order was essentially lost, but no further updates were ever provided--despite promises that they would be. After contacting the delivery company directly, they confirmed they never received the item as of June 10, 2025, and that the claims about delays on their end were inaccurate. At no point was I offered the option to cancel, nor was I asked if I still wanted the item after the significant delay. There was no apology, no explanation, and no offer of a discount or resolution. Deliveright did not receive the order until after the 10 week mark. I eventually filed a chargeback and submitted full documentation to my credit card company, including all emails, chats, and call records. I also cited the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines, which state that sellers must either ship within the promised timeframe or get the buyer's consent to delay--neither of which happened. Looking at other reviews, it's clear I'm not alone. I hope this feedback helps improve the company's customer service practices and serves as a warning to others considering placing an order.

Granted, we took the floor model to save money, but it was a great deal for a beautiful piece of furniture. Furniture Row isn't fancy, and it sells discount furniture that looks nice, is good quality, but won't break the bank. The store is organized like a typical furniture showroom, with different "rooms" displaying all the sofas, chairs, beds, and the like. The furniture items were all clearly labeled and the price tags were easy to read. It was simple to see the price on everything in the store, which I appreciated. I didn't like that we were completely ignored while browsing here. While I don't like to be bothered, it was next to impossible to find a salesperson to help us when we were ready to make our purchase. We had to go up to the main desk and wait. And wait. Aaaaand wait. Finally we found a guy to help us, but he wasn't all that helpful. I mean, all we wanted to do was swipe our credit card and load the table into the back of our car! I contacted the store, and after several calls and months of follow-up, they finally sent out a consultant to inspect it. The consultant confirmed what I suspected--that the desk is made from low-quality soft wood and that the finish was poorly applied. While he said he could repair the dents and chips, he also made it clear this would continue to be an issue for the life of the desk. After waiting weeks for an update, I reached out again expecting a replacement under warranty for what is clearly a defective product. Instead, I was told they would only repair the defects and would not replace the desk. I called to explain that this was not ethical, but they simply repeated that they would come out and fix the defect--while refusing to replace the desk, even though it is clearly defective. The desk is used maybe two days a month with a soft, armless chair--there's no reasonable way this level of damage is normal. After spending over $25,000 at Furniture Row over the past 10 years, I'm extremely disappointed. This experience feels dismissive and unethical, and it has cost them my business permanently.

I liked a lot of the stuff in the store but one thing just absolutely shook me to my core. I am not claustrophobic, but their layout is really confusing and compact. Things are way to close together and it is hard to have a pleasant shopping experience when you are having to squeeze through the aisles. It is also easy to get lost in this store--it is so compact that the bedding and bath and lighting and everything is just kind of fused together. The checkout seems oddly tucked away in a corner instead of being by the exit of the store like all other locations. I get that it is in a mall and I don't necessarily think it is anyone's fault--they needed to make do with the space that they had...but it is not very comfortable being in this specific home goods. Maybe I just came in at a bad time, but it was so kramed that a customer knocked something over and broke glass while I was in there. You have to tiptoe and squeeze around this location. As mentioned, they do still have a good selection of items and I was able to find what I needed so there was no issues there. It is in a convenient location, which is always a perk!

I recently purchased a LG Convection Microwave, LG Convection Range, LG Dishwasher, Whirlpool Trash Compactor and a Traeger BBQ as well as a few other misc. items. I shopped at the new store in Draper, Utah and once again had EXCELLENT service. On this occasion my salesperson was Carlos Giron and he EXCEEDED my expectations. Not only did he listen to what my needs and preferences were, he remembered them and was able to have immediate recall on likes and dislikes each time I reached out to him with questions. When I had to make return(s) they were done without question and with immediate, professional service. When I couldn't get into the store he was able to take care of everything by phone without error. When LG needed to be brought into a sales situation, they too, through the service of my salesman, stepped in to take care off warranty issues. When I had questions regarding newly delivered products and sent a text to Mr. Giron, it was read and responded to within minutes. This was not just once or twice but on many occasions when I continued to have questions and needed advice or input regarding my new appliances. What was especially impressive, and continues to be so, is Mr. Giron is never impatient, really listens to me and focuses on my situation until I am completely satisfied. This is the 2nd employee that has given such great service. The other was Charles Bradley in Bedroom Furnishings. I cannot thank these two great sales representatives enough. They have made making large purchases a pleasure rather than a drudgery of dealing with vultures which had in the past, been the norm. (Past sales people seemed to never care about anything or anyone and only wanted the almighty dollar to be their main focus, spending more time making certain they got credit for a purchase rather than making sure that customer was happy and well served.) So if you're looking for a salesperson who truly CARES about YOU and will make you feel like YOU are their MOST IMPORTANT CUSTOMER, seek out CARLOS GIRON in Appliances/Electronics or CHARLES BRADLEY in Home Furnishing. I ordered a mattress on a Saturday (which is quite a big purchase for someone who doesn't make a lot of money), but felt rushed by the sales rep. He tried to sell me on the more expensive model, which I understand, but it wasn't what I wanted. I wanted a pillow-top mattress, and he was pushing me toward a memory foam, which are too firm for my bad back. Fast-forward to Wednesday which was my scheduled delivery date. I took PTO off work to be home all day to await delivery. The Delivery Men were on time, moved the mattress in. Upon signing and them leaving, I went to inspect my new mattress. It was the wrong one. It was "luxury firm", not "pillow top" on a line that was of lesser quality than the one I purchased. I immediately called the sales rep. He was not helpful. "I'm not sure what to tell you. We can deliver the new one tomorrow." I took an entire day off work because I was not given the delivery time until 7pm the night before. I called the RC Willey Customer Service hotline 4 times before I finally gave up. I had to wait until the following Saturday for the delivery of the correct mattress. The tag was right on the plastic, but the mattress was wrong. I slept on an ultra-firm mattress for 3 nights, all while paying the $60 delivery fee for something that was not my wrong-doing. I called back the RC Willey CS line and politely asked they refund my delivery fee for the inconvenience. They obliged. Throughout my 6 interactions with RC Willey, they were pushy, not empathetic, nor apologetic. They did not try to rectify their issue, and made me work around my schedule. Worked with Rick (mattress area) at the Draper store, and I was very happy with his professionalism. He was able to answer all my questions and understood that an adjustable bed with a mattress was an expensive purchase for me. So when I left to research my decision he was very polite and gave me his card and said to call when I was ready. I know this is salespersonship 101 but I was happy that he kept it about the business and did not make me feel like I had wasted his time. When I made my decision and called than stated texting to complete the purchase we were able to work through some problems with availability, pick up and delivery time. I would like to acknowledge Warren from the Draper store. We first met Warren in 2014 when we purchased a sectional for our home. We then purchased a new mattress and frame. Incredible service both times. A few years later we moved and (sadly) didn't take the furniture with us. Our first call when we signed the papers was to Warren. He outfitted our home: appliances, bedroom, living room, and also helped us fill our basement apartment. We have upgraded a few times and Warren made himself available for every transaction. Warren is just a fantastic human being. He is trustworth, knowledgeabl, ensures satisfaction, cares about his clients, and is always willing to help with furniture or appliances purchases and exchanges. The worst sectional I have ever had, worse customer service and after multi calls and them and multi trips to my home they have declined a exchange. ( they offered to come and pick up the sectional for repairs(again) I was told repairs could take 3-4 weeks, and I am expected to be without my sectional for a month!!The padding on left arm pad is flat, the wood under seat cushions( already repaired) can be felt on 3 out of 5 pieces, power seat switch is so high (already repaired once) can not even lay down on couch without it digging into side, all seat back get loose (was told bolts had to be tightened) I have tightened Multi times with same results, one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company that I thought was so "customer friendly"!!!!! read more

Buyer beware RC Willey not honoring their contracts! A store cannot legally raise the price of an item once you have paid for it. If the store accepted a check, cash, or placed a charge on a customer's credit card, this is considered a completed written contract, regardless of whether the item has been delivered or picked up and whether or not it is actually in the customer's possession. I had paid invoices on items purchased and in my order history. All of a sudden my order history was wiped clean and called support. They said they voided it and wanted me to pay a higher price for the item sold to me. That I already paid for. This is illegal regardless of their fine print listed on their policies page but not on the invoice contract itself. read more

A great helpful salesman - quick delivery (before the laundry piled up - our machine was not only old it was dead) Even though there was a small dent in the delivered machine, they took it back to the store and delivered a perfect one the same day. I hate to say it but we are "senior citizens" and paid for set up. They got it up and running, took the old machines away at no extra cost, made sure everything was good before they left. I've never reviewed a product or a store before but on this product its time. I purchased a toro lawn mower in june 2015. The mower quit working in july 2015. Called rc willey was told to take it to mower medic. 60 days later was told its not warranty. and we have to pay at our expense. to repair toro and rc willey have not been willing to make this right . Toro and or rc willey would not exchange or repair there product. I would never buy another toro product or purchaseit from rc willey nor would I refer any one else . I laughed because I just moved from Ohio. I purchased a little dining room table with four chairs. And then I moved out of state. The moving company lost my table. So I went to a local Amish furniture store in North Carolina. I asked the lady could I get a table to match my chairs? She told me to look at the sticker on the bottom of the chair to determine the style. I was aghast! The sticker says "made in Malaysia". The lady in the store said well that's not Amish at all. So in other words this so-called vintage oak furniture in Utah simply lied to me. You can decide for yourself but double check what they say.
