I have purchased furniture here in the past with no problems. The other day I went with the GF to look at a camera that was on sale. As we were walking into the store a very nice greeter did just that..greeted us. While in the electronics section we were approached by sales person named Jason C. While the GF looked and field tested the cameras, he schooled me in the technical aspects of the TV's I was drooling over. When my GF had a question, he was quick to answer. At one point when on of the cameras did not focus properly, he dived into the cameras menu features and attempted to troubleshoot. I have never had a worst service. They kept messing up the product and change the delivery dates for whenever they wanted and showing up way later than originally scheduled, leaving me without a place to sleep in for days since I just moved in town. They promised a gift certificate for all my troubles that ended up being half of what they promised and not fixing it when I called. Saying sorry, we have no notations of that, so that's all you get. Poor customer service! I saw plenty of associates yet none of them even said hello. In fact I was the one who said hello FIRST to the "greeter" lady at the entrance. She sat there perched like a parrot the whole time. Why are you sitting there staring at ppl instead of saying, "Hello and welcome to RC Willey are you familiar with our store?? I can help you or an associate can..."something like that. Anyway, I decided to mention the bad customer service on the way out, (should've gotten a manager, and told him/her I know) and she gave a "well some of the employees go home at 5:30pm." I can't believe how little respect for their customer's time this place has. i bought a simple $300 TV stand, so 15 minutes in line for cashier and then another 45 minutes at customer pick-up. They're were only 4 or 5 people ahead of me, so it's not like they were swamped, and even if they were, maybe they should hire more employees. To make it worse, after putting the stand together it took over an hour to scrape the stickers off the glass. Crummy service and crummy products. read more

I am not happy with the delivery service from RC Willie. On the first attempt, I selected a couch that I loved and when they attempted to deliver, they said my coach was too long. I considered it and I went back and selected a 7 foot couch. On the second delivery attempt, they arrived and attempted once to put in the elevator. They said that it wouldn't fit. I looked at the dimensions of the fright elevator compared to the couch, and the couch should definitely fit. They refused to attempt it again. I called customer service and cancelled my whole complete order. I'm upset also because I was told, on my second visit, the new couch should fit. Do not want anything to do with RC Willie. read more

Out looking for new furniture we started at RC Willey. We looked at a few and most of the staff was friendly and didn't force themselves on us. Then one of the sales guys decided to sit was us on a sectional and continued following us for about four more units. I explained we were only looking but he kept pushing us to try and make a sale today. I had enough and exited the store. They do have a lot of nice merchandise but that really was the factor for me not to return. read more

I have experienced better at this store. I guess the sales people judge the book by it's cover. I have bought tvs and furniture in the past and had no problems and would have rated them very high. I have always gone in after work dressed professionally so the sales crew were quick to offer assistance. On this day (triple digit heat) I had on slippers, shorts and holy t-shirt and my hat turned backwards. Looking for tvs,theater seats and wall mounts. Not one person offered any assistance. I looked around and they were talking with each other as I walked through. Any way I bought my tvs elsewhere that day but no theater seats. Does anyone know where I can get theater seats? Bought floor sample on assurance of next day delivery as I was leaving town for 2 months. Next day no delivery and when I called it apparently was never scheduled. Huge waste of time and they expressly misled me to purchase based on delivery promise. I have cancelled and they agreed to refund. Stop me before I buy anything here again! Last summer I bought patio furniture here and this year decided to buy the chaise pool chairs to go with it. I went in on March 19th and was told they would arrive in about 5-6 weeks. OK. On May 10 I get a call from the salesperson who told me that they would not arrive until the end of May. Here it is May 29th so I call for an update. The sales person says he called me right after that phone call to say they were in on May 10 - I did not receive a call. He asks me to call customer service to schedule a delivery. Wouldn't you think if there is sold product to be delivered they would be all over that to get it delivered and out the door? Um...this is how you generate money and satisfy the customer. So I call customer service and the first they can deliver is in about a week. Wow. I posted a couple years ago about my leather sectional and chair fiasco and now this. I wonder how long it will take for RCW to actually get a clue. I am stunned. read more

I don't often shop for high-ticket items, but I usually like to go to RC Willey because it's generally a better experience than more other places like this. I needed a refrigerator. I am an online shopper so I can search reviews. I got very frustrated because no matter how highly rated they are, there seems to still be issues. So I decided to go talk to someone. I have to admit when I first walked in and was looking, there were a bunch of salesman sitting around watching tv and talking. I waited and walked past clearly looking like I needed help and finally had to ask for assistance. Mark was the first to stand up and immediately apologized for me having to ask for help, so that impressed me. From there, I liked him a lot and he was very helpful and not pushy. I expressed my concerns about ratings and he seemed to be honest with me (gut instinct with this guy) and he is the reason I ended up making the purchase yesterday. Otherwise I would have waited. And the checkout experience here is always pretty fast. Note - when you pay for delivery service ($59), you get it free for a year after that which is kind of nice if you expect to make future purchases. read more

I politely informed the manager about the situation to which they responded "I don't have time for that." RC WILLEY CAN SUCK IT ! So I bought what I was told was a floor model washer "never been run"...it flooded a 1/4 of my new home the 1st time I ran it...when a repair service ran the serial number , it turned out that it had been purchased and returned due to "water level issues".....They sent me a new washer....which had a different kind of leak...After a 5 hour runaround all that Dave the floor manager could do is offer to send me the same kind of washer for the 3rd time and berate me as to why they never owed me a new washer in the 1st place. At this point I demanded my money back , to which he completey screwed up the pick up time and then tried to keep my money. After a week of waiting for my money to be returned, I called to find out he was supposed to get more information to give me a refund... It was a NIGHTMARE and I just cross my fingers that my dryer and fridge that I bought from them the same day never break..... read more

When we moved to Nevada from Minnesota, we decided not to bring a lot of our furniture. We looked at many stores in Henderson and Las Vegas, not finding an inventory that satisfied us, until we walked into RC Willey on Stephanie St. So far we have purchased a formal dining table with six chairs, a china cabinet, a kitchen table with four chairs, four chairs to use on the patio, and a TV console cabinet. We have been very pleased with the selection of furniture, the quality of their delivery services, and their prices. read more

Purchased a new Wolf cooktop and an LG washer and dryer on Black Friday. The Wolf cooktop arrived scratched. We are still waiting for a replacement WITH NO HELP FROM RC WILLEY. WE HAD TO CALL WOLF EVEN THOUGH RC WILLEY DELIVERED A SCRATCHED UNIT. The LG washing machine started making a loud thumping noise 2 months after installation. RC Willey refused to stand behind their product and gave me the name of 2 companies that perform warranty work for LG. U.S. Electronics came out and gave us a lame excuse that it was our water pressure. What nonsense. RC Willey DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL, DELIVER, and INSTALL. Now it's our problem on both the cooktop and LG washing machine. read more

Over the years I have gotten flooring, rug's and appliances as well as other stuff from RC Willey. I am a shopper in a way that I like to research the item im about to buy, this sometimes has me calling a store with questions and most times I get is come in and I will show you what we have. Not at RC, I can call them and Susanne Stevns will get my answer or call me back when she has one. Service is great and prices are good. Just got a new mattress there and was delivered today. In the past I have had to return one thing or another for exchange or refund and as I recall I diden't have to pay a restocking fee unlike Walker. So thanks to Henderson RC Willey. read more

It took months for us to find the right sofa set. Check out most of the furnitures stores in town and online. One thing I hate about going to the store is when someone follows you around and ask you constantly. At RC Wiley we met Phillip Carrillo he introduce himself and was very helpful. He took the time in showing us what's available and fit our needs.There are few choices and we can not decide so we left. I Philip the next day and ask if the item we saw online is available at the store. He immediately responded and said yes come on by and he would love to show it to us. That New inventory came in and once again he didn't mind showing it. Miracle happened, we found the right sofa. My hubby and two dogs are very satisfied with our purchase and service was flawless. We have been RC Willey customers since 1996. Thousands and thousands of dollars spent in the Henderson store. Furniture, Appliances, Flooring and Mattresses, etc. We purchased a lovely manual reclining sofa and matching power loveseat in December of 2016. In less than six months the loveseat cushions began to sag and breakdown. No problem, in May of 2017 we were allowed to reselect a different loveseat. It was less expensive and did not match the sofa, but it felt solid and well made. OOPS! It is worse than the one we returned. Breaking down worse and faster. Enter the dreaded Customer Service Dept. Naomi is the rep we are working with. She tells us manufacture requires they repair it for us no return or replace. We offered to exchange for a more expensive loveseat and pay the difference. They refused. We live 100 miles away from Henderson, they will pick up repair and return to us. I did ask if I should sit on my thumbs in the meantime, no they do not provide loaners. I use the loveseat for comfort and the power recline for easier positioning, I have had back surgery three times. Matt the furniture department manager spoke with me again to tell me I have no other options. Guess what Matt, I do have options available to me. I sang praises about RC Willey until today. I freely referred friends, family and acquaintances to shop at RC Willey. Never again will I shop at their store, never again will I give a referral and any future comments will be negative. Wish I could give "0" stars, it would be appropriate. read more

I always have a good experience when I visit RC Willey. I recently went in there to purchase a refrigerator mine just went out. After researching it on line which I would suggest because they do give a $15 coupon to make your purchase with. The day I went in was the first day of their sale which saved me another $100. I was in and out witin in minutes since I new what I want and they were interested only in making that happen. read more

I was most unhappy with my mattress I purchased quite awhile back & had a hard time with the company to which it belonged. So just to up date on this matter. RC Willey never honored the warranty, no one called me back and I was stuck with this expensive leather sofa, love seat and chair. I had purchased a dinning table from Macy's with their warranty and when one of the chairs had a problem, Macy's sent me another chair no problem. So I decided to purchase furniture from them. I just purchased another living room set from Macy's because they have great service and they honor what they say on their extended warranty. buyer beware of RC Willey extended warranty plan. read more

we ordered a dining table and eight chairs back in october and had a delivery date for the end of october (we were promised we would have it by thanksgiving). so we sold our current dining room set and it is november 21 and still no dining table or chairs. we called quite a few times and they said we would have our table and chairs by november 24. we received a call today saying that the glass for the table is still on back order and we will not have the table before thanksgiving. they then offered for us to buy the floor model but it wouldn't get here until two days after thanksgiving. we took the offer but this is unacceptable. we are having thanksgiving dinner and we had to rent a big plastic table. there better not be a scratch on the glass from the floor model or it's being sent right back. completely disappointed. read more

It's a furniture and electronics store. The people are helpful and not overly aggressive trying to get you to buy something. Fairly standard selection but nice to see something in a show room and try it out. Not going to find anything super trendy or high end here, so if you are looking for ultramodern or very stylish you might go elsewhere but if you are an average family looking to furnish a home go ahead and check it out. read more

We purchased our refrigerator from RC Willey a year ago we've had nothing but problems with this refrigerator. The icemaker stopped working we called RC Willey to have them come out and fix the refrigerator. we purchased an extended warranty but the refrigerator was less than a year old so the factory came out replaced the icemaker. However no one ever looked behind the refrigerator and the icemaker they replaced. We called the corporate office at RC Willey And spoke to John Binoin, who reports to the CEO of RC Willey. He was worthless, did not do anything to help us out. He avoided our calls and made the situation worse. RC Willey sent another technician out and this technician pulled the refrigerator out and found out that there was a puddle of water underneath our refrigerator that has been sitting there for almost a year. We purchased an extended warranty and for almost a year now our refrigerator leaks and the ice maker does not work. Parts to fix the refrigerator are not in stock and RC Willey refused to replace this lemon. Thank you John Binion at RC Willey corporate office... for nothing! read more
