This store has everything! Everything except the viral sold out mini Home Depot bucket I came for haha. Worker said they got 400 and sold out in two days so I will be back again. I planned on using it to put gift cards and trinkets in and mini succulents or as shot glasses. In the meantime bought some batteries, new ginger apple Red Bull, and some nice plants for work presents. Workers are always helpful and know exactly what aisle everything is which is impressive. During the winter holiday, they've got the viral Grand Duchess Christmas tree in 7' and 9' feet that I hope to buy one day. The twinkle micro lights are heavenly. I had a very disappointing experience at Home Depot today. I came in ready to spend around $3,000 on patio furniture and already had a good idea of what I wanted. I just needed a few questions answered before making the purchase. After walking around for quite a while, I couldn't find a single employee in the patio section. I eventually asked one of the third-party water testing reps if anyone worked in that area, and they kindly offered to call someone over for me. When the employee finally arrived, he came with an attitude right from the start. His opening line was, "You called me over, what do you need?" I responded, "Patio furniture," and he looked at me and said, "Okay... looks like you found it." At that point, I felt completely dismissed and unwelcome. I walked out without buying anything. It's frustrating to be ready to make a significant purchase and not only struggle to find help, but then be treated like an inconvenience when you finally do. Visited Home Depot on May 18, 2026, Sunset and Mark's St. As far as employees go, this place was a ghost town. They must survive on the support of commercial construction and business customers. As an average do it yourselfer, good luck. I wandered around looking for help, finally found a man who directed me to another area where I searched and found another employee. She supposedly stocks the items I was looking for but had little knowledge of the products. I left without buying. Very disappointing. read more

Better customer service. I have been waiting for over 2 weeks to have my LG Washer and Dryer installed. They were scheduled a 3rd time for today and since I haven't heard from them, I decided tk call to find out the status of my install. Only to find out that they didn't schedule me. So I had to hire and another installer to come by the house and install the washer and dryer instead. This has been such a frustrating 2 weeks of delays only to find out that my installation appointment wasn't even scheduled. All they did was leave my new washer and dryer in my garage. read more

A few words about our local Home Depot store. We've had to replace our washer & dryer & put up new bi-fold doors in our hallway. The Mrs & I went to Home Depot, mainly because it's convenient to our home & we know it'd be a one-stop shop. Denise in housewares was very informative & helped us choose the washer & dryer, explaining various features & price ranges. She was a big asset in choosing the set we needed. Stephanie in "doors" was also great. She was very knowledgeable & quite friendly & throughly explained the steps we would take to get the doors properly installed. Kudos to both Denise & Stephanie. Joe made my Saturday. I had a project and need tons of paint sticks and I recall they gave it out for free. I didn't see it so I went and bought 4 sets of 10. While checking out Joe asked if I had any questions or need anything. I mentioned that I remember Home Depot used to give out these sticks for free. He said we do and walked me to the paint section and grab a good 10-13 sticks! So happy. I was able to return one set and got some money back. Super clean store, organize and great service. You really can't miss this Home Depot location, as it is very easy to spot from the street, but it shares the same plaza as Sleep Number with plenty of parking. My husband, our little girl dog and I have been making numerous of trips to this location since July (in which I forgot to check in on this Yelp page those many times) for our renovation project(s) and every single time we have visited, we have had nothing but friendly service by all of the employees we have interacted with. So I am quite surprised to see that the overall rating of this location is only 2.5 with over 200 reviews (goes to show that you can't always go off of overall rating and need to read why other fellow Yelp members are rating a business so low). From questions on how to fix a motor to where can I find this item to how can I do this project cheaper (but not compromise safety), the many knowledgeable employees were here for us. And I loved how much joy our little girl dog brought to the employees that passed by or helped us with our many questions. I just love that all Home Depot locations are dog friendly and welcoming. This may be the only location in Henderson, but it is a great one and will continue to patronize this location in the near future. read more

It has been awhile since I was here. Stopped in to get a few copies of keys. As I was walking down the center isle a young man with a big smile and a table asked me if he can help me. I forgot where the key cutting kiosk was and asked him. He said O.K. let me look that up for you. "Look it up for me?' You would think employees knew where most things were. After several seconds of him working the table I did not want to wait, thanked him, and found it myself. This seems to be a problem Home Depot has with young employees. It happened to me at several other stores. You would think the store manager would make sure staff were better trained and could remember their training if they even receive some. Best to ask staff over 40 years old as they have always been able to tell me where things were. read more

Every time I come here I leave angry. I came in to get a piece of plywood cut. The young kid started making cuts then told me he couldn't make a cut shorter than 1 foot, which I needed for the size plywood i wanted to buy. Fine, store policy I guess for the machine and safety. Then I asked what alternatives I had and he shrugged his shoulders. I looked around for about 20 minutes trying to figure out a way to get the size piece I needed until I realized I could just buy a bigger piece of plywood to get the size cuts I needed. It was much more expensive, but the only way it could be done. But why didn't the kid suggest this? I asked him if he could make the cuts I needed on the bigger piece and he said yes. He should have thought of that instead of letting me leave empty handed. So I went to go get a cart to carry a big piece of plywood that I only needed a small cut from and there were none in the store. So i stood next to a trio of employees talking to each other in a triangle about nothing important while they actively ignored me, so I asked a different employee where I could find a cart and they suggested back where I just looked and I said there were none, so they said, go in the parking lot and get one. It would have been nice if one of them got a cart for me, especially the three bozos who were doing nothing. So I had to walk to the complete opposite end of the store out the exit and then all the way back across the parking lot to find a cart, then wheel it back to the entrance on the other side of the parking lot, then back to the wood cutting station where my boy was helping another customer. I waited and finally got my cut and all the extra wood i didn't need but had to pay for and he seemed annoyed at me. Next I needed compost (manure) and some soil, so I went to the garden center and couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked the guy in the garden center where I could find compost and he didn't know what that word meant. The garden center guy didn't know the word compost. wow. He then looked it up on his phone from the home depot website and finally told me what isle it was on. (Useless employee number 5) Then when I went to go ask him something else he ran away. Abandoned the garden center. So now I finally had all the stuff i needed (and stuff i didn't need but had to pay for anyway) and went to go check out. I hate the self check out kiosks. You need to get an employee to put in stuff for you anyway so what is the point? The guy couldn't identify the piece of wood I bought so he made me walk all the back to the other side of the store and take a picture of the price tag where I got it from then walk all the way back. I was completely enraged at this point and just wanted to go home. Finally I could pay and get out of there. What should have been a 20 minute trip took over an hour. Every time I come here it's like this. The employees don't know anything and are unhelpful. I'm never going back. I will try Lowe's next time. read more

I used to like this location. I have lived nearby for almost 10 years. I come to Home Depot over Lowes because I sort of hate Lowes. (long story) But a little while ago, something changed at this Home Depot location. They stopped doing the culled lumber section. I don't know who thought this would be a good idea, but they were not thinking straight. The culled lumber is a pile of wood that is too bent or damaged to sell. You either throw it away or put it in a pile for a bit and allow people like me to scavenge through it in the hopes of buying some discount wood. YOU STILL MAKE A LITTLE BIT OF MONEY, and A FEW OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY! Where is the problem?!?!?!?! Why would you stop doing that! At first, I asked a few of the workers and they were confused by the choice as well. They simply said they don't know why it was stopped but it was a decision made by someone in charge. This is so stupid and so wasteful. I have started going to the Lowes down the street. I don't like it, but at least I don't feel betrayed when I shop there. read more

Nice clean store, the shelves are well stocked. But, I was in the store 20 minutes and got hit up 4 times by people trying to sell me solar. That is annoying and makes me not want to go to the Home Depot anymore. This is a consistent problem the Home Depot needs to stop the solar panel panhandling or your going to lose customers read more

Asked an employee for help He told me he'd get someone, 15m later asked another employee to page someone to help me over by the grills and waited another 15m, after 45 minutes no one showed up. I'm writing this after Home Depot rescheduled appliance orders twice without any notice to me but an email. Obviously when people order appliances is because they kind need them asap. Not 3 weeks after they order them. The worst part is that one item being on back order will cause them to hold on the a 7 item order totaling $7K. You'll be charged but your items will be delivered on their schedule, not the delivery date you choose. Oh, and their associates will help you choose a new delivery date but that will unexpectedly change to the original without anyone noticing, including The Home Depot. Go figure. As a kid, I used to love to peruse the aisles of The Home Depot for fun. Yes, I'm one of those weird art kids who loves a DIY project and sees all sorts of uses for plastic piping or paint samples. I haven't been to Home Depot in a while though because of some political ideals I don't agree with, but when push comes to shove and you're looking for something that the other big box hardware store down the street doesn't have, you push those ideals aside and go to Home Depot. All in all, I think the service is alright here. I have encountered employees who could care less about helping you but I've also encountered employees who go all out to help you. I think it just depends on who you ask. I have noticed, as others have said, that the older the employee, the more helpful. However, I think it's always a gamble. This particular store is easy to get in and out of and has many an item so you will probably find what you are looking for. We usually like to check out the garden area, as we have an obsession with bringing a new potted plant home whenever we go to a hardware store, and the selection to me is a bit lacking in comparison to the other departments. read more

Had the worst online shopping experience ever. it was so pathetic that it bordered INSULTING ! yes, this is not a high value item, but it's the principle of things. I ordered a Bamboo Fence to place on the side of my Aviary to give my birds some more shade. Nothng fancy , easy to put ( hang up via zip ties ) up 5 H x 8 L fence. what I received...TWICE , after reordering.....was flimsy LOOSE twigs . YES....READ THAT AGAIN ! Not only was this NOT remotely a fence , it wasn't even enough material had it been " put together " . Nothing in their online description said this was loose sticks , it even stated the " fence " was easy to unroll . They both came from a warehouse in Arizona. I had six twelve foot clear corrugated patio panels delivered today in the amount of $352.47. They were all damaged 3 slight but 3 of them had an indentation along the sides all in the same location. This included $99 for delivery which they continuously advertise free and then waiver back and forth about what qualifies between direct order from a store and online? It just depends on who you speak with? My job was scheduled and now must be put off and I have to wait to fit back into the schedule. The delivery people were very friendly and efficient so I have no issue with them. When I called to complain about the damage they wanted me to pay for 3 more panels and pick up the damaged ones and wait for a credit back to my account. I was told the item is in store only so I imagine the replacements have the same strap damage. They are twelve feet long and that is why I didn't try and pick them up as to avoid damage, not to receive damaged merchandise. I am forced to go ahead with the project as I can not wait and risk a repeat, and I certainly am not paying more and waiting for them to make it right. The option is a $53.20 credit which I accepted to end the matter. Of course it will take several days. HD will be my last option from now on. read more

This company does not care, but I'll add to the feedback for future management. I purchased a Rheem water heater for $752.64 in 2021. Rheem claims they have a 2 year warranty. This year, 2023, the water heater began to leak internally. I contacted Rheem and they said to take it back for a replacement. Home depot claims they replace pro-rated and gave me $438 credit and I purchased another water heater for $752. Effectively rewarding Rheem and Home depot for a manufacturer issue. They claimed this was how it has always been. Well. Then I will earn anyone in tbe future. You purchase a water heater, the warranty means nothing, they don't actually punish themselves for a bad product, they simply chanrge you. read more

From 5 star to 3. It would be a 1 if it were not for Katie at Customer's Service.The downgrade from 5 to 3, was due to Home Depot's Corporate. I am a Veteran and when I do on line orders it automatically gives me the 10% military discount. My wife and I went to the Serene HD store to see and pick out a toilet. Chris the toilet guy guided us to a toilet we wanted. When I got to the Service desk and asked Katie to apply the Military Discount the computer refused with no reason given. The Manager came to our rescue and we left with a smile. Why does Corporate treat the Military this way? We will continue with shopping at HD Serene, will check with Customer Service to see it the item is covered by the 10% discount. Katie was excellent and because of her and the Manager we will be back. read more

She purchased it at 9am and gave it to me at noon in the same day!!! So I just moved to NV so in the span of 3 days, I was here 8 times. The staff are super nice. Ann-Marie at the paint section is so wonderful. She's is so kind and gave me such good insight on what kind of paint I should be using on what and have me lots of great tips on how to get the result I was looking for. I bought a stud finder that I didn't need and wasn't opened. The return staff excepted it and refunded me in 10 seconds flat. The lady as the shelf check out was also exceptionally nice. Tell ya what, before you order anything through their online portal, even if it's a large-ass natural gas grill they assist in helping you order from their Customer Service Desk, be aware if the product arrives at your residence damaged, you're responsible in delivering it back to the store yourself for refund. 1/14/24 paint department rude. Older lady and the guy working the department was acting like it was an inconvenience to wait on us. They was constantly speaking Spanish in front of us. When my wife asked for some stir sticks for the paint she had picked up from the counter the lady rolled her eyes at my wife gave my wife the sticks and walked away from the counter didn't ask if we needed anything else. Horrible customer service :(as you see on my attachment pictured is an order I placed online August 13th to be picked up at this location. I called customer service Sept 1st wondering what happened to my order. No tracking info was provided and nothing else. It was supposed to be at the store August 26th as you see. They called the store asking and they told the rep over the phone they will call me back and check the back stock that day. I called back sept 4th to see what happened again. The lady was super nice and told me she was going to check back stock and call me back again the same day within 30 minutes. I got no phone call once again. So I called the customer service again today Sept 6th and finally she was able to help. She refunded/returned the vacuum. I replaced the order to be picked up at a different location. I feel like it was delivered and they lost the item or someone took it and they won't speak up. Just weird how no one can give me an answer and call me back. Won't be dealing with this location for online pick up. Luckily I'm moving to summerlin. The Centennial location by far is my favorite will be sticking to that location. People are nice enough there. No issues there service is terrible. I'm not exactly sure who to blame. I bought a washer and ass for the installation when the washer and dryer got here it did not work. You would think they will go back to the store and get you a new one. What happened next is crazy to me. I had to wait three days for someone to get back with me. Then another week for my washer and dryer to be delivered. I also asked can you just leave the old one here until the new one comes. They said no we cut the cord as soon as we uninstall it that's crazy. So basically I was without a washer and dryer for two weeks. Had to go to a laundromat after I have paid over $2000 for a washer and dryer to be installed. read more
