Caution: Buyer's remorse. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Purchased & paid in full an ENTIRE stainless steel kitchen appliance set. The delivery and install was the biggest headache. * Broke the water valve and left the fridge leaking water for days with no urgency to fix. * The microwave that they pressed to sell did not fit as they profusely advised and still gave me a hard time to refund the money that was already paid to them. * They tried to swap the Pro Shine as the credit which did not add up at all & shorted what was due back. Crazy. Their Customer Service & Sales are rude and appalling. RC Willey has done nothing but made this the worst experience in buying any appliances. Good luck if something breaks on their install because the "money saved on the sale" is going to your own contractor fixing what they refused to acknowledge they broke/cracked. Their Satifisfaction Guarantee is Non-existent and they have shown to not care at all. If I had known it would have turned out this way, I would have taken my money elsewhere. After researching it on line which I would suggest because they do give a $15 coupon to make your purchase with. The day I went in was the first day of their sale which saved me another $100. So this is my first experience shopping here. It started off well acknowledged by employees as soon as I enter everything is fine. My husband had previously went here and found a couch and love seat he liked in the back area. The employee showed me the one he had saw but then proceed to show me a more expensive one that I liked and a few others I wanted the one she showed me it was 600 dollars more than the one my husband liked. But I could only afford the 900 dollar set. She tries to tell me about financing so we tried that I was not approved. Then she tried to sell me half of the set for the more expensive one but I needed the set. Then I face timed with my husband and I guess this made her feel weird because after I hung up and I guess she found out I was gay her attitude changed telling me if I want the low budget stuff in the back that's fine but she needs to get to other customers. So after so weird type chat I wound go into detail she gets my paper work ready as we are walking to the payment area some other people walk-in and she tops to talk to them and then turns to me and says "your sale got me a Happy meal I'm going to take care of them so I can make some real money" handed me my paper work and told me to take up there my self. I never felt so low in my life I tried to get the couch she wanted to sell me but I just couldn't. Now when I look at my couch I think about the experience we had I needed some tables and a light but I think I will go somewhere where I am not made uncomfortable and feel good about my purchases. I hope the manager can get the right people in there. She also told me that the sale didn't apply to the set I bought but when I went to pick it up it was adjusted and I was given a refund so she tried to get me for another 75. Walked in excited to look at the Labor Day sales they had on their mattresses. Not once were we greeted. We were lying down on several different beds, shopping around for a Queen for ourselves and a Twin for my mother. This was our first time in this store and the excitement went away the second we had several sales associates continuously pass us by. We had to stare a lady down and make eye contact just to be serviced! It really upsets me when I walk into a specific store and I am not taken seriously. Is it because I'm laughing and having fun with whomever I'm with that I come off immature, or is it that I look like I may not be able to afford things?? I have received better service at a Swap Meet, a second hand store, and Apple, which are NOT full commissioned jobs. You'd expect that at least five people would greet you seeing as how they're all working off commission. read more

I am so disappointed in rc willey. First I had to keep waiting for my sales person who kept leaving me to do this and that. Next I kept asking if the delivery would move a love seat outside and the sales person and cashier said yes. When the men came they wouldn't move my loveseat so I had,to,return furniture. After initial delivery and assembly of our new bedroom set, one of the two deliverymen noticed a damaged foot on the dresser. A few days later, instead of merely replacing the defective part, they delivered an entirely new dresser set. Amazing. Not only that, but one of the men, DeShawn, took time to adjust one of the drawers on one of the previously delivered pieces. It's a furniture and electronics store. The people are helpful and not overly aggressive trying to get you to buy something. Fairly standard selection but nice to see something in a show room and try it out. Not going to find anything super trendy or high end here, so if you are looking for ultramodern or very stylish you might go elsewhere but if you are an average family looking to furnish a home go ahead and check it out. read more

My husband and I purchased a mattress set on Saturday and it got delivered on Monday. The salesman David Gin was helpful but didn't seem all together (maybe it's just time to retire) my review is mainly for the delivery service that happened yesterday. My husband and I work day jobs so my mom was at the house waiting for the delivery. They never called to give us a time window I had to call them! Then when the guy got there he was rude to my mom, broke one of our lights in our driveway, marked up the walls with the bed, and when he set it up my mom had to tell him 3 times to let her vacuum where the bed was and to top it off he had his buttcrack sticking out buy a belt dude! read more

We have bought A LOT of furniture here in the past two months. We had an entire new house to fill up. I found the customer service to be fantastic - Brandon P. and Mike Van Fleet both treated us really well. Recognizing that we had bought a lot through them, they worked to get us extra discounts over and above what we negotiated on our own. The ONLY reason this was not a 5 star review has to do with delivery and post-delivery service. The delivery guys were great and spent the better part of a day putting everything together. However, they were not gentle with the floor and tracked dust everywhere. They didn't wear paper boots in the house or put down furniture blankets. Second, one of the items had a damaged leg. Rather than order a new piece that would have been to us sooner, they ordered a replacement leg that we're still waiting for... if they ever get us that replacement leg I will consider raising it to 5 stars. All in all, we will go back here when we need more furniture. read more

She was very helpful and wasn't pushy, overly aggressive or annoying like some sales people can be. She allowed us to look around without stalking us which I appreciated. 8 months ago I bought patio furniture. Both of the chairs have developed rips. A rep came out and promised to replace them. Been waiting two months and no new cushions. Several Dishonest customer service personnel. After a month, they finally resolved the issue. We found the same items at another store for $700 less. We wanted to cancel our order, and they said they would match the price and we would receive a check within 7-10 business days. More than 13 business days later, we asked where our check is. They game us a phone number with no explanation of whom to speak with. We spoke with the supervisor who said she would check and call back. When she called back, she said she could not reach the only person who cuts checks. They said the check was just cut and we have to wait another 7-10 business days We contacted RC Wiley five times, because they never contacted us with an update. We learned that they lied to us each time we spoke with them, and they have no way to track a $700 check. I order a $10 item on amazon, and I get a tracking number. Dishonest and incompetent. We considered cancelling all our items due to their deliberate dishonesty and lack of accountability. They never sent the check, and finally gave us a cash refund a month later. Poor customer service on a Saturday. After waiting 15 minutes for a salesman, we found another who didn't put the free pressure cooker on the ticket. It took the cashier more than 30 minutes to enter/process our order. Then, we had to haggle for the pressure cooker. We'll see how well they do on delivery and installation of our appliances. One delivery man dropped our dryer from two feet offloading his truck. He also delivered a damaged table. He tossed items around like they were unbreakable toys. RC Willey replaced the damaged table and installed our washer and dryer. During our washer and dryer delivery, Elijah was very professional and personable as he explained what he was doing during installation. During the second table delivery, Dion was very helpful, removed his shoes before walking on our new carpet, and had a very positive attitude. RC Willey got off to a bad start, but they have improved. The nachos with chili at the store snack bar are quite tasty. read more

Extremely poor customer service! Sales team obviously works on commission, but not willing to help in any other area. At the entrance i was interested in the bedding on the bed display. The two women at the front said it was from bed bath and beyond and not for sale. When I showed them the price tag, they actually argued with me! I also was looking for a sofa floor lamp with directional lights. The salesperson said "I dont know, they move accessories around, you just have to look". What?! I saw an item I liked in the clearance area, and wanted to also get a few other items in the showroom. After waiting forever for the clearance guy, he said he couldn't help me with the showroom area merchandise. I knew exactly what i wanted! It was an extremely frustrating trip, very time consuming. They were having a sale and was able to get 2 lamps, 2 end tables, and a coffee table for only $140 more than it would have been buying only the couch and love seat. I called RC Willey after a Home Depot associate told me they carry gas burners for fireplaces so I called Josephine in appliances and she said yes they did. I drove there and she walked me around the store and showed me electric fireplaces. Why do these people make me waste my gas and time on wild goose chases. She should be reprimanded. We had a very good customer service experience picking out a living room set. The salesman was helpful but not aggressive. I was overall impressed with the service we got from the salesperson, cashier and delivery people. We really like our furniture. However, the ottoman we bought was leather and had a hinged lid to store things inside. Within 2 weeks, and maybe being opened 3 times, the hinges came flying off, the screws tearing the leather on both sides. Totally broken. I called the store, after being on hold for 15 min, I got through to someone who was very helpful and had a new ottoman out to us the following week. I inspected this one, and it looked okay...not perfect, but I think for the quality of furniture Im paying for, it is not going to be perfect. There were a few imperfections in the leather, the screws appeared to be unevenly screwed and the fabric was coming loose a little on the inside. I weighed the trouble of rejecting it and waiting another week to have another 4 hour window taken out of my day to have yet another delivered versus just living with the slight issues. We have small children, so I figured, how perfect would it really stay anyway, right? Problem solved.....until the next week, when my husband noticed the zipper on the couch cushion had completely burst open and was broken. Again, on hold for 20 min, finally talked to someone very helpful, having a new cushion delivered tomorrow. I noticed yesterday, our new end table we purchased as a large dent in the wood I hadn't noticed before. Im not even gonna bother with that. So, in conclusion, the customer service is great and the prices are reasonable. I had hoped for a better quality product, because while not overly expensive, to me $3000 for a couch, ottoman, end table and lamp isn't cheap either. But, I guess you get what you pay for. Im not sure if we will be going back here for more furniture or not. While I am unimpressed with the quality of furniture, Im not sure where you could go to do better at this price point. Customer service was really, really great though. I do wonder though, how I will be treated once my warranty wears off. I guess we'll see. read more

Trying to find someone to help you is is like trying to find a flee on a super furry dog, you see them, but you just can't quite get them. We spent over $20,000 furnishing our new house when we moved to Henderson from out of state. We had a great experience in the store. Shortly after getting our leather sectional, the faulty design of the manual recliner tore a hole in the side of the reclining piece. RC Willey service dept came and replaced that piece. I was again asked if I would like to add the leather protection. I decided to add it on at this time since we already had a problem with the sectional. Within 1-2 years from our purchace, the seam on one of the arm rests is coming apart and there is discoloration or peeling of the "leather" in about 5 different spots. When we try to make a warranty claim we are told it is normal wear and tear and not covered. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with the quality of the sectional and even more disappointed with the customer service and "warranty." If I could give them zero stars, I would. I will not step foot in RC Willey again. Since I posted the original review, RC Willey did assist me in resolving the issue. read more

Purchased a sofa sectional about two weeks ago and looks like its on back order for another month. Not a big issue but nothing positive to say. I was also looking for a new bed but I found a better deal elsewhere and while still awaiting my sofa, I didn't want to wait another month for my new bed. We did find a nice coffee table there last year and it was a great deal. Again, only issue is the 45 days I need to wait for the sofa to be available and then "I guess" they will deliver?? Huge store, carries just about anything you can think of. Indoor and outdoor furniture, appliances, flooring, a bit of decor and a good size clearance area. It definitely falls on the 'classic and comfy' style of things. Not modern in the least, there a little bit of crossover contemporary but not a lot. They do have a large number of sectionals in varying styles. My only complaint is although the service is very friendly I felt like I was claimed by one salesperson and then followed for the entire time I was in there. Completely put me off, I was clear I wasn't buying just looking, but still felt a bit pressured. read more

I purchased a sofa from them, it was way too big from my living space, they returned it without a hassle, and I MEAN NONE, and credited my account within a day of the return. Delivery was timely, dropping off and picking up. I went back to the store because of the hassle free return and purchased another sofa that I LOVE. Again, delivery was on time (all 3 times they were earlier rather than later than the 3 hour window I was given), and the delivery men were nice & efficient!! Do not ever have a problem with anything you purchase from this store and need customer service! Horrible customer service! Purchased a couch that got damaged by our dog, called regarding ability to have it repaired which I knew I would be paying for. Took 2 weeks to get a response, then another 2 weeks to get the couch in for repair after the part arrived. Specifically scheduled a Tuesday pick up (which I was paying for) so that I could get a call the day before so I would know when the pick up was scheduled. Tuesday morning I had to call and was told that they could be there any time between 10 and 3!!??? Really, when I asked for later pickup I was called back and told that wasn't possible because they would be done picking up by noon??HUH? Ended up having to drop the couch off ourselves. When I dropped it off I was not given an anticipated completion date. Called after 10 days to get an update, was rudely told at that time it was a 10-14 day turn around time, was told that the supervisor was out and that they would give her a message to call me the next day. Fast forward to the following week, call again and get told that the manager is again not in and I would get a call back tomorrow. Yeah right! Tomorrow is day 14, and what you want to bet I will have to drive clear cross town again to pick it up. No more business for RC Wiley! read more

No disrespect; While we opted out of purchasing through RC Willey, the service was very kind and not pushy. The furniture here is SOO overpriced. It's unfortunate because as much as we love to help the local businesses, it's just way unrealistically priced. Everything we saw was crazy high priced to the point of shock and we are from Cali. It sooked :/. I feel like since we are in the smaller community of Henderson we are subject to these types of cost increases; i.e. hot tubs/spa stores, patio furniture stores, and furniture in general, we get that but It's a bummer. Hopefully things can become reasonable economy wise in the future because it's unfortunate it will be at the mercy and downfall of local businesses that have these extremely high prices just to make ends meet. I hate to resort to internet shopping over small business shopping but that being said, it's literally half the price to go online with free shipping. :( I'm so sorry to say that here but it's just factual.
