    Mainline clean out drain

    If I could give them a 0 star I would. Their service was horrible, I was with AHS &' they sent over a plumber to fix a clogged drain. He couldn't find the clean out drains after only looking for 7 minutes. Took my $100 service fee for him to come out & never came back. I have zero knowledge on plumbing so I googled what a "clean out drain" looked like & I found it in under 10 minutes in the most obvious place, under the kitchen sink &' the main clean out drain on the side of the house. VERY unprofessional & would not recommend. The plumber that was sent was Alex.

I called Absolute Appliance one afternoon and they sent someone out the next day. Tony texted me when he was on his way and arrived about 15 min later. He looked at the issue and explained what the problem was with a broken hose and immediately went about fixing it. After that he replaced one of the lights in the freezer which illuminated all of them (like a string of Xmas tree lights). I would highly recommend Absolute Appliance, and especially Tony. He was polite, friendly, and efficient! A great overall job!

I was told the part would arrive in 3-5 business days, but after no updates, I followed up again on Nov 3-4 and was told the part had already arrived. An appointment was scheduled for Nov 6, but there was confusion about the service window, and when the technician arrived, it turned out the wrong part had been ordered despite providing them with my serial number prior. This caused another delay of several days. The correct part was finally installed on Nov 13. The installer, Justin, was very nice, professional, and clean. While the final repair was done well, I feel like my experience could've been better with the communication. Overall, I do still recommend this company.

LOL I decided to go inside & check things out. I was greeted right when I walked in by an older man who asked "hi, can I help you?" I told him I was looking for a sectional couch & I didn't see any when I first walked in & thought maybe that they were out back where I couldn't see them but the man told me that they no longer carry furniture due to there being so many other furniture stores in the area. He did tell me that their North LV location has them. I wasn't going to drive all they way out there but it's good to know that this location no longer has them in their store. I did see a bunch of refrigerators, washer & driers. My 5 star review is based solely on the friendly employee upon arrival to the store.

I made the purchase online which included installation. Within a few minutes I got a phone call to discuss details details about the installation. They were able to expedite my installation, and I was informed that I had actually purchased too many accessories that were not necessary. They refunded the excess accessories and made the installation. All was very well! Definitely five stars at that time. Last month I had a washer die. I tried to follow the same steps, but found out they are using a third-party for installation and billing wasn't correct but they were unable to give a partial refund so I canceled the whole order. I did receive the refund, and immediately made a new purchase for a similar item, but did not include any installations since I was in town, and could take care of the delivery myself. Everything went smoothly for the pick up. I had it professionally installed the next day. The day after that, we attempted to use it for the first time, and it didn't work! I was told I could return it, but they would rather have the manufacturer send a tech to fix it under warranty. I agreed that that was the better option. The tech blamed us for over usage! We had never even used the machine. I was told the machine was new and had just been tested. Now I am told by the tech that they can't fix the machine under warranty and I can't return it either because the company filed bankruptcy and won't accept returns! Basically, I was duped into buying a used machine from a company that was about to go under.

    Sold me a sofa, loveseat set that was defective and very poorly made. At first I was going to…read morereplace the defective/damaged couch but after 6 or 7 weeks of waiting for them to get one in stock, decided to get a higher up set. They did however agree to do the upgrade for just the $120 delivery charge. They use a third party delivery company that has employees that just don't care. They tore up my door jamb and weather stripping on delivery/removal, then tried to deny it. They had trouble screwing on one of the feet so I had to do it myself (so difficult, lol). They were literally sliding my new loveseat on the bare wood floor while trying to put on the feet. Lucky it wasn't torn. I never did get a receipt for the upgrade so I suppose any warranty is out of the question now. I'm so glad this ordeal is over now. I saw your response and appreciate the e-mailed receipt. However, this is the delivery company that YOU CHOOSE to use for said purposes. They are probably the reason the stitching was torn on the original couch to begin with. I have upgraded the review to 2 stars because it worked out in the end. The original set was garbage. As for the damage, I sanded and re-painted the door jamb along with putting in some new weather stripping I purchased from Amazon. It was a hassle but all worked out in the end. This set is better quality. P.S., the delivery people didn't want to take the pillows. I'm not sure why.

Pushy hard sell oriented salespeople…read more Scam financing, my offer was 180% including 6% early payoff penalty mind you my credit isn't bad They use a 3rd party delivery service that called me at 9:06pm to setup my delivery for the following day. Even after I spoke with the salesman explaining that I wake up at 1:30Am for work and to have them call as early as possible. 3rd party delivery service was an hour early than our agreed upon time and when I asked him about being early he responded with " it's not 12 yet?) no dude it was 11:12am ( I guess people don't have jobs or anything right?) showed up in a beat up Budget rental truck and shouted to me from the lift gate " ayooo can I use your dolly?!" To which I responded no as it had bad tires.. Are you kidding me?!? This dude shows up without the equipment to do the job I'm paying for?!?!?!?! I then watch him aggressively wrestle my washer onto the liftgate by dragging it. Then he puts it onto a dolly ( if he had one why ask me to use mine?!?) and brings it into my garage and indelicately sits it down. I begin inspecting only to have my fears realized. Damage damage and more damage. I tell the driver I'm not accepting the delivery as someone has caused more damage than the unit I saw in person at the store. With further inspection I see caked on muck on the seal for the unit a clear sign of detergent build up..The only reason behind the purchase of the unit was we made to believe the unit was a floor model/new unit never being used however they did explain that it was sent back to the warehouse for testing to make sure that it's still functioned and operated as it should. This was not the case, as it was obvious that this was a used unit that was very poorly cleaned. The section of the unit that controlled the dial/selection mode for the washes rattled like it was broken or lose. There were screws missing on the back of the unit and the bottom facade was missing as well. Also when we went to go finalize our purchase, we were told that unfortunately, the unit in question could not be sold as it had apparently already been sold to somebody else. they said that it potentially could be a glitch in their system and to give them a few minutes to figure it out. It took almost an hour but they said everything is all good, we payed and left soon after. so they either lied about the one that they sold us, delivering a duplicate unit thinking I wouldn't notice. Or the unit was damaged sometime between when we saw it last. I called management who promptly issued me a refund. But what a nightmare... from start to finish the experience was horrible, also they embellished the sticker for the sales price boasting 50-60% in savings. I looked up the exact washer we bought on maytags website it was only $197 more for a brand new unit however they claimed the cost was $1300ish what a joke ...also Maytag Home Depot and Lowe's partner with PayPal and Affirm for financing I got approved for 3.9% $66 a month NO PREPAYMENT PENALTY. Should've checked the reviews before I purchased. I will never step foot inside AF again, not even to use the bathroom.
