I bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator here three months before I moved to the area. I scheduled the delivery on my move in day, so I could have the appliances working. I called the Wednesday before delivery to confirm the time because I was having a family member go to receive the delivery for me. They gave me a time frame. The day before delivery I received a text with another time frame. When I called to ask why the woman Renee was very rude and dismissive. She said well if you can't be there we will have to change it to another day. I stated that I did not want to change it, but she kept repeating that over and over. Finally I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not available but she would leave her a note. I told her I could hold and she said she isn't available. So I said fine. Hung up the phone and one second later the manager calls back (obviously available) with the same rude and dismissive attitude. I told her I would not be shopping there again and she said that's understandable. So basically they are telling people we don't care if you shop here or not we are still going to treat you like crap. Really sad. This was my first time shopping there and it will be my last. read more

One star is for customer service after you purchase your merchandise! Not even 48hrs and my dryer doesn't even heat up! I called and called and got the run around...hours later the sale person text me telling my to contact whirlpool but it's within 48hr return period. I called corporate and let them know what was going on they also got the run around when trying to get me help. Though their policy is the same they can't do the return paperwork cause they're in Utah. So they tried to have it just written up and they also got that bs contact her rep but they told em they are from corporate and just need paperwork written up! It was all a stall tactic so I can't return the dryer but corporate sent me an email stating since I called within the 48hrs return I can return it. I did contact whirlpool but they can't even get anyone out till 4/19 are you kidding me. Shows they butter you up for the sale and are just like all other appliance stores! Dryer was on clearance for cosmetic defects (small dent on right) Cord new and connected correctly Outlet checked by certified electrician So issue is within the heating element of the dryer. read more

My girlfriend bought a couch unit from them less than a year ago. One of the recliners broke. It has been 2+ months since the tech has been out for the repair. After waiting forever for a tech to come out. When we followed up about the part we were told "it takes time for a part to come in..." Still no part or follow up from the Rocklin store. They obviously know nothing about customer service or retention. There financing program is awful and the system will not apply payments properly when multiple purchases are made and then the interest rate hits on a so called no interest purchase. When asked to reverse the charges no one knows how with there cosystem. STAY AWAY from this business. As of 5/13 still no response or follow up. read more

Love this place. We purchased 90% of our entire home furnishings from here. Quality pieces at fare prices. Seems like every week they have a different promotion which is nice when you are budget shopping for certain items. I had perfect customer service every time. For all my purchases I used the same sales person which made for easy arrangements. Every staff person I dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable. The only reason I chose four stars and not five is solely for the fact that I believe customers should receive better perks for the amount of money they spend. This is directed at upper sales/marketing team, not for floor staffing. Example: If I spend $5,000.00 in one visit, and the weekly perk is a inexpensive set of water bottles with company logos on them. I would think this spending should warrant a free set of water bottles and not have to purchase them for a discounted price. Overall this place has 90% of what you are looking for at fare pricing and good quality for the pricing. Definitely worth a visit. read more

I ordered new carpet for two bedrooms in my home. After moving ALL my furniture out of both rooms, the installer was not given enough to complete the job. In fact, he only had enough to do ONE of the bedrooms. I called the store and they said they would order more and let me know when it was in next week. So now I have to go a week with furniture in my living room all because they shorted the amount. The actual installer was great (contracted guy, not RC employee). I asked for a Saturday appt as I work and already had to accommodate my schedule for an install day and RC Willey said they dont do Saturdays. However, I personally have friends who have had theirs installed on Saturdays! Horrible customer service. It is as if all they care about is the initial sale, then if the installation happens or not doesn't matter to them. I learned my lesson and will not give them my business again. UPDATE 4/20/19: If I could give negative stars I would. First, it took someone until Tuesday to even call me back (4 days). Very quickly they agreed to install the carpet on Saturday between 8am-11am. (Shocker, they DO install on Saturdays). I AGAIN move my sons bed out of his room for them to install the carpet. No one shows up. No one calls me. I call RC Willey and they say the installer "forgot." So now, they cannot come until Monday. IF they show up, it will have been almost 2 weeks since they were initially supposed to install both bedrooms. My parents have not had a good experience with your business. The people they have spoken with have been quick to get them off the phone, and they are left dealing with the aftermath. Personally, I am horrified at what they have gone through, and understably they will not purchase anything from you in the future. You replaced their floors throughout their entire house earlier this year. Your workers left a 1/2 inch gap between the floor and the baseboard. In every single room. Instead of seeing that there was 1/2 inch gap from the start, and saying let's adjust this, they went ahead and did the entire house. Then they had couches delivered. Your delivery truck took out chunks in our driveway from the delivery vehicle. Repair work is on us. Then there was a delay on the tables... when they were finally delivered, that truck took out chunks in the street. Repair work will be on the county. The tables had missing pieces and that is going to take an additional 6 weeks to get. Now we're dealing with the final piece of furniture that keeps getting delayed. It has been promised to be delivered so many times that I have lost count. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. No show. Then today. Nope, not happening. Now the chair is supposed to be delivered some time next week. I do not believe this will happen. I referred them to you because you put in our floors, we buy furniture from you and our appliances. No longer. I'm done and my parents are also understandably done as well. No more referrals and when asked, this is the story that will be told. Update... not only was the chair not delivered again, but Sana said she would call my mom back and never did. My fiance went into the store today to ask her directly, and she excused herself and said she would come back. She never came back. Horrendous customer service. read more

Never bought anything from rc Wiley till recently when we needed to replace our fridge. I don't remember our salesmans name but it was interesting dealing with him. He seemed very eager to make a sale which made it apparent they are paid commission. He probably asked us 4 times what city we live in.. clearly didn't listen to our answer the first three times.. We didn't find a fridge in the rc Wiley we wanted but we did find one online at lowes and somehow rc Wiley had it as a special order and would price match. Great. The salesman came back with the invoice but it was $100 over the price match. Good thing my husband caught it. Salesman went back and had the invoice price adjusted and came back it was still more than the matched price. Fuck! He goes back a third time and the price finally matches.. Delivery was set up for a week later. They came at the end of the delivery window which was between 1145-145. My husband said the delivery guys didn't have the proper tools for the install. The also scraped the box of the fridge on our granite sliding it in. There's also a dent on the stainless steel freezer portion of the fridge. The seal dosent seem right and the doors aren't level. In addition to the shotty install, the delivery dudes removed our front door to fit the fridge inside and put the door back on half ass and dirty. I called to address the issue and customer service was nice but they connected me with a rude salesperson to figure out what options I had. Super dishonest store and personnel. Sales person, Bryan Bender (#20912), assured us that for a special order you could put 20% on a non RC Willey card and then once the order is delivered, the whole amount could be placed on the RC Willey card. Turns out he lied to get the commission and the store manager, Ilea, has confirmed that it doesn't matter what the salesperson tells a customer, as they will not honor it. When I asked to speak with the district manager to hopefully come to a resolution, Ilea told me I could try to talk to corporate, but they will just tell me to talk to her. Ilea even said on my call with her that if a salesperson tells a customer that an item is refundable and the salesperson is mistaken and the customer tries to return it, they won't honor it. I tried explaining to Ilea that it seems that these should be internal issues that are dealt with while ensuring that the customer is treated fairly and statements made by the salesperson are honored but she said they will not stand by what their salespeople verbally say to customers. Basically scam artists that will do anything to make their commission. I will never shop with this company again. read more

While we had a good experience with the sales staff, we have had nothing but problems from the day the sofa was delivered. It was originally delivered without a power chord and it took several more weeks just to get a power chord delivered. One of the couch sections broke and after opening up a warranty support call, they have attempted 4 times to repair the unit. They have shown up with the wrong parts, not enough parts, or just not shown up at all. I have had to take off work each time because they will not give a reasonable delivery window and they ONLY deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays. No weekend delivery. This seems crazy to me. We will be hard pressed to even consider RC Willey for future furniture purchases. read more

Delivery was equally professional. They contact you day before delivery and also day of delivery as a friendly reminder. Also contact 10 minutes away. This place is horrible I bought a Samsung refrigerator from them , it's been broke since the first day I got it. We called they told us to go threw the manufacturer, that process took us threw the 14 day return policy. Samsung has came out twice still not fixed and also lied about coming out on the third time. Its been about a little less then a month now from when I purchased this fridge and It's ruined my food and has been a headache oh and it cost 3,000. This is why I blame you rc willey because all I need is an exchange for you to make this right any logical company would. The store salesperson was knowledgeable about the product but did not pressure us in anyway. Answered all our questions. We had a "special" type delivery to our boat at Village West Marina. We were able to track the delivery truck so we could meet them and let them in the gate. They delivered the chair, not only to our dock, but helped us (we're an "older" couple) carry it down the dock and into the boat. Terrible ! We went and bought a reclining sectional for $1750 two years ago and the frame is bent, and the scotch guard treatment was a total scam. I just sold it on marketplace for $50. So I thought that was maybe just a bad couch , so I gave them another chance to redeem them selves. 3 weeks ago we went in to get a new couch. Talked with sales associate Michael Monroe. We told him we were wanting a heavy duty couch, He claimed the couch we were looking at could support 300 lbs per seat. I asked to see that in writing , and he declined to have any proof. So I asked to talk to his manager that also was named Michael and he too assured me each seat could hold 300 lbs. But also had no proof in writing from the company, etc. So I trusted them and we bought the couch . It was delivered about a week later and with in 24 hours we saw that this couch too had a bent frame, so when I tried to call to return it , RC Willey's store said I had to talk to the salesman Michael. So I repeatedly called his cell phone and it his message box was full and I couldn't leave a message and he never returned any calls . ( You'd think a salesmen's phone , with recent calls on his phone he'd call back as it maybe a sale. Seems fishy ). So I called 2 days later directly to RC willey's customer service to initiate the return. That went fairly smoothly and they did their job. The reason for the 1 star is the clear lying about their product just for a sale. We ended up buying a flex steel sofa from somewhere else ! read more

Went into the store spent several hours picking out couches, found what we liked and we were very excited to get outlr new couches.. we were told our furniture would be delivered by end of January. Never received a phone call regarding delivery, so my wife calls customer service and Chris the salesman we bought from, and he again promises January delivery. Well we are now into February no one has called to set up delivery. So we call again, and Chris tells us that our furniture won't be delivered until March!!! We are flabbergasted at the lack of customer service and truly don't feel valued as a customer who has spent thousands at their store. We are considering canceling our order. I am just so disappointed with my experience. I will update if we ever get our couches. read more

2 stars due to the terrible customer service we received on 1/23/2021. We were in the clearance section and asked for assistance. The worker was standing there directing furniture to be placed when we asked him for assistance. He huffed and puffed when we called him over. We asked a question about a clearance item and he talked to us like we were causing him inconvenience. He was sarcastic and not helpful at all. Poor customer service. Very unpleasant experience. This is my first time ever shopping at this company. I needed printer ink and this store was the only place local that had cartridges in stock for my particular printer. I paid online and the directions were to go to customer service for pickup. Even though online it stated this store had 3 in stock, the system would only allow ne to purchase 2 (which I did). Prior to going to customer service I went to the area where the cartridges were to see if they had any extras. They had 3 on the rack so I grabbed all 3. The person in that area asked if I wanted to pay for them with him. I said no I also have an online order to pick up. I asked if I could pay for these when I pick up my order at customer service. He said yes. I went to customer service, told the nice young man I was there to pick up an online order and I would pay for the 3 ink cartridges in my hand afterwards. imHe left to go get my online order. He was gone for several minutes. When he finally returned he said the order was in a secured area which he didnt have a key but that a manager with a key was pulling my order. He suggested I go pay for the 3 cartridges in my hand and he would bring my online order to me. I did not realize there is a designated "cashier" area to pay for puchases so I went back to the area where I got the cartridges to pay for them. Not seeing a cash register I was not sure what the process was. There were 4 sales associates each in close proximity to me and each other. ALL of them were on their cellphones. One was obviously playing a video games by the rapid movement of both his thumbs on the screen. Not one acknowledged my presence or even offered me any assistance. A gentleman from across the room walked over to me and asked how he could help me. I explained what I was trying to do and he said let me show you where our cashier is. At the cashier counter which was in the same area as the customer service the cashier rang up my order of 3 cartridges. Another employee approached me from behind the desk and told me I could only buy 1 because the other 2 I had in my possession were already reserved for me. I asked if they were reserved then why were they on the store floor as if available for sale? No Response. Next question I asked then why did the other young man tell me my order was in a secured area and the mgr had the key and was pulling my order. No Response I am confused by that whole entire experience! read more

I have always enjoyed shopping at RC Wiley's and have purchased great amount of stuff from TV to washer dryer to mattress. This trip not so much. First of let's talk about the store climate. We went from cold car to heat outside to warmth in the store. Even though we were window shopping in preparation for my sisters home rebuild, we couldn't really enjoy the experience because it was so warm in the store. We were in there maybe an hour and that's pushing it. Hopefully our next trip will be more pleasant. read more

All of their sales representative are so helpful and very professional (at least the one that I have gotten the chance to work with. In my 8 years of being a loyal customer this is the FIRST time that I have contacted customer service. The lady called Amber whom I have spoken with all the time (I assume she is the only person in the customer service as she is ALWAYS the person I have spoken with). She is so rude over the phone and just hang up on you. She did that 2x, coincidence? I don't think so. Being in the customer service at least you have to have patience and though you cannot see the person whom you are speaking with you still have to show the enthusiasm and probably smile as it will change the way you sound on the phone. Sometimes you would wish to speak to a robot that doesn't have emotions or feelings and that is Amber. I apologize for the bad review but she seem very uninterested. She scheduled me for a pick up of a furniture to be fixed a week ago. And none called or emailed me contrary to what she advised me over the phone exactly a week a On the day of the pick up, none called or never did I receive any email. Called again today and guess what, it was Amber again. She did "apologize" for what happened and re scheduled the pick up Friday. Again, she stated "we will email and call you the day before the pick up. I will wait til then and update this review. I hope to hear someone from Customer Service who really have the enthusiasm to be of service to you. UPDATE: 09/14/18 - Friday came, no email or initial call made. The only call I receive was when they are already in front of our door. Of course there were no one at home as it is pick up time for kids that the crew has to wait (not our fault). The Husband and I have been to RC Willey more times than I can count. Everyone in his family gets their furniture from here, so we always find ourselves stopping by when we are in need of something. With that being said, we can never find anything that we like here! Furniture wise. We have looked and looked and LOOKED but nothing seems to fit our style. For me it seems more of a mid to late 1990's bulky style for older people than a younger couples' more simple style. We have purchased a hutch here for our old kitchen, but so far out of all our trips, that has been it for furniture. We did purchase a whole house full of carpet from RC Willey back when we purchased our first house in July 2012. The carpet was good quality and we were happy with it, but the installation, ordering of the carpet, and fixing installation problems were pretty much a disaster. We finally did get everything fixed and it worked out, but it put a bad taste in our mouths from coming back here and purchasing anything else. We decided to give them another chance (since my Husband's family is still in love with the store) and buy a washer and dryer from them yesterday because we didn't want to purchase it from a "big box" store. Our sales guy Pete was very knowledgeable and helpful. He asked us a few questions and immediately showed us a washer and dryer that was in our price range that would suite our needs. It was perfect! We purchased the washer and dryer and set up the delivery for two weekends from now. If I don't come back to update my review you can assume that the washer and dryer installation went better than the carpet installation did. Fingers crossed! read more

I finally got to check out this store during my vacation (or staycation). Since it is closed on Sundays, which is my day off. I didn't think I would ever see the inside of this store until recently. I was expecting just another furniture warehouse, but was quite impressed to see this large, well decorated showroom from floor to ceiling, of not only furniture, but electronics and appliances. There was a lot of variety here from traditional and modern to some old fashioned looking furniture. Nothing much in my style, but still top quality. Most prices seemed average, but there were some interesting sales, especially in the clearance section. This is a nice place too look around and get ideas for your home or patio. We couldn't stay long since I was pressed for time, so I'm sure I missed a lot. But hope to return one day to see more, maybe at my next vacation. read more
