On the day of the party, staff members put up everything quickly. They came back the following day and put everything down just as quickly. The staff did a good job, so I tipped them what I could plus I offered water since it was a hot day. The pricing is standard (maybe a little more) but this venue is very professional and reliable. They offer a lot of things you may want to rent in order to have a successful party. The contractual agreement to read and sign is very easy and intuitive. The payment method is also very easy to navigate. I would consider Tlapazola in the future for other events I may need in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

About $1,000, where in three other different places I was quoted around $600-800. They kept calling, emailing AND texting me until I told them I no longer needed their services. Well, they still kept emailing me until I just had to block them. Also, their email etiquette is unprofessional. I can tell they really tried but this business needs a lot of improvement.

But my brother didn't care since he is more than capable of picking up such small order that easily fits in his car. But even with delivery fee I was thinking $80-100. Reasonable since gas prices have gone up ;) Only reason I gave it 2 stars because my first time was a good experience. I don't know if management changed or they were having a bad day.

Red Carpet Connections is horrible. Look somewhere else! They will absolutely ruin your event. We had an event with them in LA few months ago. It was so difficult to get a hold of the guy before the event yet we were all excited about all this, but he made us feel like we meant nothing to him at all , the only time he picked up his phone was when he asked us to pay. They showed up totally late on our event day, after all our guests arrived! Yes, you heard it right. And our step & repeat and the backdrop which we spent over $2K on got totally bent. They also charged us $500 for the gobo light which he failed to even set it up, and they never even offer a refund on that. Overall, it was a horrible experience. These guys basically just did not care about anything, and they had no problem to ruin your most important event. Save your money and go somewhere else. No one deserves this type of service. read more

Great service! We were short on time, but Mel was able to take care of us even in the midst of the Grammy's happening the same night! Mel was kind enough to even drop off our red carpet all the way in Costa Mesa for our Grand Opening at Zach Cole: The Collection. We considered buying our own carpet and stanchions but the price was so reasonable that we will be using Red Carpet Connections again. No one else came close to these prices at these dimensions and they worked out perfectly. [6ft wide by 23ft with 4 stanchions and red velvet rope.] At the end of the day it's just an unattended piece of carpet and roped off area with a simple delivery that could fit in a Prius, it doesn't need to cost hundreds.
