We used AudioVideo LA to provide AV for a week-long scientific conference. They were a pleasure to deal with at every step! Their quotes, which were provided professionally and promptly, were substantially lower than those of competitors. Installation and break-down went so smoothly that we basically didn't notice. Paying a tiny bit more for a technician to be on site every day was SO worth it - Jamie and Manny paid close attention to our presenters, and were constantly adjusting sound as the presenters moved closer to or further from microphones. We (conference organizers) had plenty of other issues to deal with, and it was a great relief to know that a highly competent AV tech was right there to handle any sound or projection problems. Richard and Jamie are the best. My son's bar mitzvah was this past weekend. We could not do it in our synagogue due to COVID, so we ended up hosting the bar mitzvah in our backyard for a small number or in-person guests and a few hundred guests attending via Zoom. Audio Video LA did a fantastic job helping me make the event memorable and carefree. They set up a 65" outdoor TV, a video camera and a large speaker, and hooked it all up to a computer linked to our Zoom account so that everyone attending the bar mitzvah via Zoom was able to see and hear the event. Plus, everyone attending the event in person was able to clearly see all of our guests who were joining us via Zoom. Jamie is a real professional - he arrived when he said he would, he had everything set up ahead of time, and he cleared away all of the equipment as soon as the bar mitzvah concluded.
