1st Class Service!!! Highly recommended!!! Fast and Efficient!!! Great communication!!!

I read the response that I received regarding my earlier review. I've never written a review and but I thought a three star rating meant fair. in the manager's response to my review, he made it seem that a three star rating is terrible. I didn't complain initially because the ladies did a great job, were very nice and personable. We have a toddler in the house and if they would have arrived on time, she could have been laid down for her nap. i didn't mention in the review that they did a great job cleaning all of the appliances, that was true, I also didn't mention that the day after the cleaning, we noticed that the ice and water dispenser no longer functioned. We didn't complain about that to the company because we didn't want the ladies to be in trouble. There were a few reasons I gave the three star review. The first was that with the mapping systems available on the internet, arriving at a time closer to the original stated time should have been expected. With a toddler in the house, schedules are important due to naps and such. The second reason for a three star review was because I made it very clear that the home needed a deep cleaning. In my mind, that would indicate that it would be expected to be dirty, hence the additional cost added to the price for the service. For me to receive a text message after the service began to increase the cost seems unfair and feels a bit like bait and switch. To accuse me of "stabbing you in the back" sounds insulting and unfair. I called the company to ask why I wasn't informed that the employees didn't speak English. The woman was kind and initially did speak to the women to translate the cursory instructions. I found the Google Translate App and I did say I would use that because calling the company every time I.needed to provide information seemed burdensome. Lastly, when the original estimate was given, I provided the square footage as well as the number of rooms the home had. I was given an estimate of $320-$380. When I received a text message about a half hour after their arrival that the price would now be $580, I was a bit surprised. i would have liked a more accurate estimate of the cost because it was to be shared between myself and my nephew, the homeowner. He wasn't available for me to get his approval so I made the decision to proceed, I did request a deep cleaning during my initial communication with the company so stating that the cost was increased due to the condition of the home seems unreasonable. read more

We've used Ruben's services a few times to get our yard cleaned. It's a small space that isn't large enough for a true landscaping job, but more work than a working mom can handle (too many weeds to pull). It's more of an off job but was so grateful to find Ruben's business, where they handle several kinds of house cleaning/maintenance requests. Add to that, Ruben has always been super communicative and pretty forthright, letting us know if he had enough resources to commit to a job. The price is fair and each time, his guys did a thorough job cleaning and clearing our yard. read more

Service was good, but price was extremely expensive. I would recommend you be home when the supervisor comes to quote the cleaning. because he will leave the cleaners there and they will start work and then tell you the price. The price turned out to be doubled from what was advertised. read more

We have been using RCJ Cleaning for a year now and we could not be happier. I've had several individuals clean our home over the years. RCJ's team is by far the best we've had. The communication is amazing! Questions are always addressed quickly by Ruben and/or Eva. We get a text when our cleaning team is on their way, although it's not necessary. Olga and Julio are ALWAYS on time. Never once have they been late or cancelled (a problem we had with other cleaners). I work from home, so I appreciate the fact that they get in and get out quickly. Jennifer and Roxanne came to clean my house a large 3000 sq ft and garage, they did windows, deep cleaned kitchen, oven, fridge, mirror surfaces throughout, paint stained tile and other areas. Provided a quote for service after he received my zip. He said he would get back to me the next day with availability. He did not. When I followed up several days later he said I may be outside their area of service and asked for my zip even though he had it from the original information that yelp provides. I provided the zip and you guessed it. Once again, left me hanging. A terrible way to run a business. read more

Well, I was fortunate enough to witness Anatolio and his team work on my neighbor's back yard in early October. When they were cleaning up about ready to leave, I jogged over to them to ask if they could take a quick look at the barren wasteland that I called a backyard. They took a few pictures, listened to my thoughts and ideas and quickly got back to me with a quote for the work. It was extremely fair and I had them begin as soon as possible. From the get-go I could tell that Anatolio had a great attitude and was obviously hard working. He finished the work on my backyard quickly and sent me photos of the progress throughout the day while I was at work. (this was greatly appreciated). When his work was finished, he stayed longer to help me plant some plants/flowers that I had purchased in the front and back yards. As if his exceptional work was not enough, he went out of his way and gifted me a hammock and installed it in my back yard. (something I had mentioned I wanted to eventually do). It was a very nice surprise and we use it all the time. (he sent me a fun photo of himself relaxing in it after the work was done). *Photo below. He finished the work in early October of 2020 and kept in contact since to see if I needed anything. These past few months have been very hard on me. So, this week he texted to let me know that he would be clearing out the leaves in my neighbor's yard and wanted to see if I needed work done. I told him that unfortunately work around the house isn't exactly in my budget at this time but I will be sure to use him in the future whenever I am in a better position. What he said next just proves his good heart and character. He said "no problem" and "I will do your neighbors anyway. I don't mind giving you a hand." I told him that it was not necessary and I appreciated the offer but he insisted. He and his crew took the time to thoroughly clear out the front of my house of leaves, branches and dead plants while I was away. I saw the final state of the front of my house through my ring camera and it has never looked better. I would highly recommend Anatolio for any job you may need done. All I have to say is WOW! 2 ladies cleaned up my parents 5100 square foot house which was stacked with tchotchkes and junk to the brim. I've had a lot of bad experiences with cleaners over the past few years in Dallas, to the point that for the last six months I have not allowed anyone to come into my home to clean because of the discrepancies each time they would come. When I reached out to RCJ cleaners for a move out quote, they were professional and very flexible. They gave me a quote and did not try to lowball me in the pricing. They gave me a breakdown of the range and why it may go higher or lower. They outlined timing and worked with me to find a time that worked right for us. When they came they were early, professional, and very kind. The ladies clearly knew what they were doing. They had masks, brought their own cleaning products, and did not leave any dust or trash after they left. The payment determination was made upon arrival of the cleaning ladies, and there was no change in this even though they took a little bit longer than actually quoted. I had a very good experience with this company. I left them a message through yelp with details of the service I needed, location, and phone number. Ruben followed up with me through text message, set-up the service for that same week (which I needed), gave me an initial estimate and once he was on site a final one. The ladies did a very good job. I never personally met anyone, as I only was able to check their work after the fact, but I was happy with the end result. The property was vacant and I wanted it clean to start showing it. I paid $200 for a deep clean of my 680 sq ft. 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. I was quoted $150-$200. However once I told them my apartment was only 680 sq ft. I was told that it will likely cost on the lower end of my estimate. When the cleaners showed up, they said it will cost $200, but it will be very well done. So, I was okay with it. I asked for them to please "clean the floors, base boards, light fixtures, counter tops, inside fridge, bathroom, dust, etc. However no need to shampoo the carpets, just a good vacuum with suffice." They did a horrible job. Ruben, whom I was communicating with was great and reliable.
