It's a small space that isn't large enough for a true landscaping job, but more work than a working mom can handle (too many weeds to pull). Our two-bedroom, 2.5-bath, two-story condo, roughly 1200 square feet, was quite messy as we're still adjusting to life with a newborn. Coordinating the time, date, and price via text was straightforward. They provided a general time window, and the team arrived early, which we appreciated. Perla and Lessy, the two fantastic ladies who cleaned, exceeded our expectations. They worked for over four hours, thoroughly cleaning floors, baseboards, counters, and more. They even tackled the fridge, toaster oven, oven, and microwave, and made sure everything, from beds to throw blankets, was neatly arranged. I read the response that I received regarding my earlier review. I've never written a review and but I thought a three star rating meant fair. in the manager's response to my review, he made it seem that a three star rating is terrible. I didn't complain initially because the ladies did a great job, were very nice and personable. We have a toddler in the house and if they would have arrived on time, she could have been laid down for her nap. i didn't mention in the review that they did a great job cleaning all of the appliances, that was true, I also didn't mention that the day after the cleaning, we noticed that the ice and water dispenser no longer functioned. We didn't complain about that to the company because we didn't want the ladies to be in trouble. There were a few reasons I gave the three star review. The first was that with the mapping systems available on the internet, arriving at a time closer to the original stated time should have been expected. With a toddler in the house, schedules are important due to naps and such. The second reason for a three star review was because I made it very clear that the home needed a deep cleaning. In my mind, that would indicate that it would be expected to be dirty, hence the additional cost added to the price for the service. For me to receive a text message after the service began to increase the cost seems unfair and feels a bit like bait and switch. To accuse me of "stabbing you in the back" sounds insulting and unfair. I called the company to ask why I wasn't informed that the employees didn't speak English. The woman was kind and initially did speak to the women to translate the cursory instructions. I found the Google Translate App and I did say I would use that because calling the company every time I.needed to provide information seemed burdensome. Lastly, when the original estimate was given, I provided the square footage as well as the number of rooms the home had. I was given an estimate of $320-$380. When I received a text message about a half hour after their arrival that the price would now be $580, I was a bit surprised. i would have liked a more accurate estimate of the cost because it was to be shared between myself and my nephew, the homeowner. He wasn't available for me to get his approval so I made the decision to proceed, I did request a deep cleaning during my initial communication with the company so stating that the cost was increased due to the condition of the home seems unreasonable. read more

When I followed up several days later he said I may be outside their area of service and asked for my zip even though he had it from the original information that yelp provides. Well, I was fortunate enough to witness Anatolio and his team work on my neighbor's back yard in early October. When they were cleaning up about ready to leave, I jogged over to them to ask if they could take a quick look at the barren wasteland that I called a backyard. They took a few pictures, listened to my thoughts and ideas and quickly got back to me with a quote for the work. It was extremely fair and I had them begin as soon as possible. From the get-go I could tell that Anatolio had a great attitude and was obviously hard working. He finished the work on my backyard quickly and sent me photos of the progress throughout the day while I was at work. (this was greatly appreciated). When his work was finished, he stayed longer to help me plant some plants/flowers that I had purchased in the front and back yards. As if his exceptional work was not enough, he went out of his way and gifted me a hammock and installed it in my back yard. (something I had mentioned I wanted to eventually do). It was a very nice surprise and we use it all the time. (he sent me a fun photo of himself relaxing in it after the work was done). *Photo below. He finished the work in early October of 2020 and kept in contact since to see if I needed anything. These past few months have been very hard on me. So, this week he texted to let me know that he would be clearing out the leaves in my neighbor's yard and wanted to see if I needed work done. I told him that unfortunately work around the house isn't exactly in my budget at this time but I will be sure to use him in the future whenever I am in a better position. What he said next just proves his good heart and character. He said "no problem" and "I will do your neighbors anyway. I don't mind giving you a hand." I told him that it was not necessary and I appreciated the offer but he insisted. He and his crew took the time to thoroughly clear out the front of my house of leaves, branches and dead plants while I was away. I paid $200 for a deep clean of my 680 sq ft. 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. I was quoted $150-$200. However once I told them my apartment was only 680 sq ft. I was told that it will likely cost on the lower end of my estimate. When the cleaners showed up, they said it will cost $200, but it will be very well done. So, I was okay with it. I asked for them to please "clean the floors, base boards, light fixtures, counter tops, inside fridge, bathroom, dust, etc. However no need to shampoo the carpets, just a good vacuum with suffice." They did a horrible job. Ruben, whom I was communicating with was great and reliable.
