The man from Kwiatkowski seemed uninterested at best as I tried to explain my project and was extremely short. As I tried to explain what I wanted he would interrupt and say that he can't do anything without looking at the Fireplace, which I understand. Everyone describes things differently. I was just trying to get an idea of what would be involved and the basic scope of work. But, as the conversation continued he became more rude and belligerent. I finally told him the conversation wasn't heading anywhere productive that we should end it without continuing to waste each others time, and I hung up.......1 minute went by and my phone rang. It was the man from Kwiatkowski calling me back to tell me that I am an "asshole" and that "you aren't going to hang up on me" in what sounded like a steroid induced fit of rage. He then told me that he would never do work for me and that I was just calling him to gain information rather then being serious about hiring him to do any work. Then finally he ended it by saying "fuck you, and don't ever call here again" then hung up. During both conversations, I never raised my voice or used any profanity to provoke this kind of reaction from this man. I have owned and operated my business for over 19 years. I built my home 10 years ago and have dealt with vendors and contractors in my business and personally for over 25 years. This is my first complaint of any business, ever! Beware of this business. If this person's behavior is any indication of how they do business, I am amazed that they have amassed enough money to continue to pay for phone service. It was the most unprofessional, unreasonable, and unnecessary exchange with a potential customer that I have ever experienced. Hopefully, this review finds you before you make the mistake of hiring these people. I could just imagine hiring them and something during the job doesn't go exactly right as things most often do during jobs. Is this the type of person you want to deal with? Not me!

He just added sealent to interior and exterior basement to try and prevent seepage but that's not the main reason why we called him. Said we never said the word "waterproofing", we just mentioned a little seepage. Was very rude argued with me ending with him telling me they weren't coming back to do anything!! - NEVER SAID I WANTED THE CHEAPEST WAY POSSIBLE, he replied, "that was the feeling I got." THE ONLY REASON WE CALLED WAS WATERPROOFING FOR SEEPAGE!!!! We trusted the wrong company!! Trusted he really didn't want to overcharge us, excepted the additional jobs. We have had well over 30 people stop and tour the patio and landscaping and of course Creekside is mentioned with an offer of your contact information. However, the best comment was made by 3 ladies who stopped, admired the finished product and said "talk about making a statement". Even our fur babies, Annabelle and Holly, love the patio. On Friday evening they took a self-guided tour of the upper and lower patios, walked up the stairs as if they were going to go in the house and turned and jumped off the side ledge and started playing. Finally the crew... simply wonderful! They made a number of suggestions that have enhanced the project such as additional step lights, river rock for better drainage and the placement of the plants and shrubs. I have attached a picture we took last night, but the picture does not show the entire finished product. Next year we will be seeking your help and guidance to finish the South side of the house along with the front which we hope can include a small Magnolia Tree. Once again, thank you for everything!

Since the installation , both window units have exhibited significant defects.Ron tried to tell me the window rot out because of our dogs sit on the seat of the window. I have had 4 other window companies at my house . They said The window needs to be appropriately set on a durable, moisture-resistant substrate. The use of either pressure-treated wood or a suitable high-density styrofoam insulation material is required to provide a stable, long-lasting sill support that prevents moisture transfer and material breakdown. Premier did not do that for this install. Ron did give me a quote to do this if they were to install a replacement window.
