I wasn't expecting that at all! They finished the roof in a black gloss PPF, and it completely transformed the car. It looks like a panoramic roof now--clean, elevated, honestly more expensive. I was able to make a same day appointment.The business is located on a corner right across from a Valero gas station on San Bruno Ave. I arrived at my appointment time, but it did take awhile to check in the vehicle given it is only one person that handles the admin tasks. The staff at M Car Window Tint were super friendly and informative. The garage is decently big, can accommodate 3-4 cars. The small office has a small couch and you can get water while waiting. They also offer red bulls and sodas, but you do have to pay for those. The tint job for 2 front windows and the windshield took around 1-2 hours, which was super quick. They were very efficient and professional. My one issue was that there were some left over residue from the application of the tint, but I can overlook that since it was completed fairly quick and it was easily wiped off with a towel. They accept Zelle or cash(preferred) and credit cards(there is a fee for using credit cards). Payment was super quick and simple and they email you a invoice afterwards. Overall, I was satisfied with the work that was done and so far no peeling or bubbling after 2 weeks. Definitely recommend contacting them for your tinting needs! I recently had to get some warranty work done on my ID.4 as the back window started "rippling" and distorting after only a couple of years, making rearview mirror images harder to see. Gena was able to get the work approved under warranty (it was an adhesive defect), made an appointment and brought the car in and the work was done in about an hour -- I can see clearly out the back window again. I'm glad they didn't answer because I ended up here and was taken care of by the owner, Levon. This is the first place I brought my Tesla to after I took delivery of it. There were a lot of other Teslas here when I arrived, which shows you they have experience on Tesla installations. Levon took care of me from the get go. He is a hard working family man and I see his kids working there helping him out. This is a family-owned and proud business owner. I'm glad to have supported them. The tint and PPF came out perfect. Levon and his team even did a few extra PPF for me free of charge without me even asking for it. This small gesture will ensure I will come back for any future tint/PPF needs. I will of course recommend my family/friends to come here too. Levon gave me a great price and drove me to my destination after dropping my car off. So no need for Uber or bothering your friends for a ride. I never knew he offered this, but I was pleasantly surprised. However, I saw a charge for $48 dollars and realized my cashier signed me up for a car wash membership without my consent. I did not agree to these terms and wanted a single wash for $28. Afterwards, my cashier would not let me see the receipt until I probed him to show me the receipt before paying to make sure I was not enrolled in a $48 membership without my consent. I will never come here again because that is disrespectful and predatory business. Avoid this place. Additionally, vacuum has a $5 fee for 5 minutes. You are better off buying a portable vacuum and doing the work at home.

Lucero walked me through the process of ordering parts, repairing/repainting the doors, and dealing with insurance. Based on the already great reviews, my experience speaking with Lucero, and the fair estimate they provided, I decided to give them the entire job. They did not disappoint! It took a little while longer than expected because Tesla took a while to ship the parts, but they kept me updated and the car looked good as new afterward. It looked like they washed it, topped up the charging, and had all the protective mats and plastics for the interior to keep it clean. I appreciate the work they did and would highly recommend!
