Anthony was super helpful and a blast to work with. My car was stolen and left a mess. Once I got it back, I knew I was in need of an extreme detail. Pics are before and after! When I got there, he was very responsive and took a close look at the car to see what areas would be hardest to target. We went over the services that I had requested and offered additional services, but also said I could see how the cleaning went during and decide if he would recommend them after a closer look. He gave me a time frame and was punctual - the time he gave me was about 15 minutes within the original estimate and allowed me to swing by on my break. The car came back in pristine condition. I have a 2001 Toyota Camry that had taken on some (many) stains over the years, and I was looking for a service to do a general clean but wasn't expecting it to look brand spanking new. I requested a deep clean ($174 for two seat rows), and to have my car serviced at my home ($30 for travel). 3rd and Final Update: The quality of the vehicle cleaning we received (after a vomit incident) was very good, but timeliness was an issue. We were given a 10pm appointment, but the only technician on duty was still working on the prior appointment when we arrived, and was not available to start working on our vehicle until 11:00pm. Additionally, we had described our mess on the phone and had been told the cleaning would take 30 minutes to an hour (we had specifically asked before deciding whether we should accept a 10pm appointment) - the appointment ended up taking nearly 3 hours. While we certainly appreciated the thoroughness of the cleaning, we wish we had been told that the appointment might take significantly longer, so we could have planned accordingly. Due to the 1 hour late start, the service was not finished until nearly 2:00am. My poor husband arrived home exhausted and frustrated. You can find more details on the challenges I had booking below. Overall, this experience was quite the roller coaster ride, with extreme highs and lows. We are glad to have a clean car at the end of the ordeal! Update: After I left the review below, I received a call about an hour later letting me know that a same day appointment was available at their location in South San Francisco. The gentleman I spoke with, Nate, was very professional and customer service oriented, and I have made an appointment for 10pm tonight. I explained to him that the dispatcher did not share this information with me, even when I expressed disappointment and told her that I could not wait until Tuesday for an appointment. Original review: I called these guys at 4:30pm on a Sunday after visiting their website that highlights their "24/7 service," and was told the next available appointment was on Tuesday, two whole days later! I would've gave 10/5 starts if I could! I wanted a deep clean of my car, with vacuuming and the shampoo of the seats and just to vacuum the rugs. ANTHONY was exceptional. He did made the cars inside look 2-3 years newer. We had an 2007 Hyundia that probably has about 160k miles of family wear and tear on it(which is alot) lol. The seats were soooooo much better. Our Prius C (car) was stolen and taken for a joy ride by folks who live in the tent encampments in the mission (that's where we finally found the car). We found it with needles, chewed sunflower seeds, garbage bags, cigarette ash and other random paraphernalia. I attempted to clean and shampoo the car myself but I couldn't get the stains out. We honestly didn't know what to do to get it back to normal. We found Spotless First on yelp and since they specialize in "mess removal" interior carpet, seat, and vinyl cleaning we thought we would give it a try. Here is a breakdown of my review for our experience. Scheduling: I would give the scheduling company a B- because they really didn't seem to have a good grasp on the offerings of the company. I wasn't sure what we were getting with the $55 row option v. $75 row option so we asked if it would be ok to decide in person. We also thought we were going to take our car to an actual shop but our service provider, Wakima, called to confirm our appointment and said for just $21.00 she could come to our house. My husband opted IN for this and I'm so glad we did! Cleaning review: Wakima showed up at our house and graciously walked us through the cleaning options. She said she had everything she needed and got to work (in the rain!). Because the service took a few hours, I'm so glad we got to hang out and do our own chores at our home while Wakima scrubbed away at our car. The on-site service is SO worth it! Honestly, I feel like Wakima was an angel in disguise. I can't believe how SPOTLESS our car is now. She was able to get all the stains out of the seats and floors (that I tried so hard to get out... multiple times) and the car looks and smells better than when we bought it!!!! She was SUCH a cleaning PRO! We also took advantage of the "yelp special" free trunk cleaning option! My husband and I are so happy with the service and decided we want to use Wakima and Spotless First on a regular basis to maintain the interior of our car.
