I wanted roasted red or green peppers with the tips instead. Steak tips were just ok and needed a marinate or side of a dipping bbq sauce or mushroom sauce or anything. Spinach, mashed potatoes needed more butter or garlic flavoring... fresh tasting but bland. Needs more steak tips too for the price tag. It was a nice bar vibe for drinks. It's still Tree House's beer but it's kind of bastardized. Imagine putting a Michelin star restaurant in a food court next to a Chic Fil A. It loses some of its luster. I went up to the makeshift portable bar and they had I am guessing 8-10 beers on tap. No flights. So, I ordered the girlfriend and I each a beer which were poured into plastic to-go cups. She got a Julius and I got an Ultimate Haze, both excellent. The atmosphere is just open mall area and then an outdoor atrium, both kind of blah. There was a kiosk to buy gear and a cooler around the corner to buy canned beer to go. Next time I will rent a car and go to one of the real brewery locations but for now I will be thankful that I could basically get a Julius hazy IPA next to an Orange Julius. Ha!

I got my usual flight to start that included 2 hazy IPA's, a pale ale, and a blonde. The beer types were pretty standard. I didn't see anything crazy, but all were solid to really good. My favorite was the One IPA to Rule them all (hazy). For lunch the lady friend and I split a French Fries flight which is parmesan fries with 3 different dipping sauces. What a great idea. One of the sauces was a cilantro ranch (delish) and the other 2 appeared to be something similar to Raisin' Cane's sauce (I don't like mayo so I didn't try). The fries were a little soggy though. I also got an order of Gochujang and lime sauced wings. These were phenomenal! The best wings I have had in a long time, maybe ever! Holy Shit, I want to go back to Boston just to eat these again. The Belgian Waffles truly had an end taste of maple syrup. The lemon shandy is very dry and slightly sour. We got the arancini which were SO good. We also got the truffle fries which were great. We got the Shifty, Forager, and blazin bird pizzas. All of them were really good in their own ways. The Blazin Bird was a popular one at the table.

I ordered my usual flight, but they were out of stickers :( They had some unique beers amongst them one called Belgian Waffles which is a blonde ale with maple syrup and cinnamon. This was dessert or breakfast, depending on your perspective, in a glass. I also got a hazy IPA, a peanut butter stout, and a hefe. All were really good. For lunch I got some honey jerk wings. These were cooked to perfection. Crisp skin and juicy meat. The problem was the flavor. They had the honey but no jerk. There was no spice at all. They were still good, but they could have been great. Anyway, give me stickers and spice and I will give you that 5th star.
