A nice grill and bar tucked away in East Cambridge. My boyfriend and I came here for a drink after dinner and had a nice experience. We sat at the bar and got to watch football on the tv. I ordered the Aphrodite drink which was super tasty and was aesthetically pleasing--there was an orchid flower inside of the ice cube! My boyfriend liked his Caipirinha as well. We didn't get any food this time around but the menu had some good options. Plus we really liked the vibes inside as the decor made it feel really classy and elevated. Our bartender was attentive as well. Located right near Lechmere so accessible by train or 2 hour street parking. They also have a patio with outdoor seating.

Cocktails time! Great place to come after work for a quick cocktail! My coworker and I stopped by and there was plenty of nice seating around their beautiful bar! I couldn't resist and ordered a taco plate along with my spicy jalapeno mango margarita! The combo really got the spot! The dish tacos tasted fresh and nice and crunchy. I quickly devourrd them! The margarita was nice and strong and spicy! Very dangerous because I wanted to get more! The bartender was very attentive and made sure our glasses were not empty. I enjoyed the music and ambiance of the place and noticed alot of work groups were starting to gather. This is definitely a trendy spot that offers a variety of drinks and food! Perfect for group meet ups!

Very nice addition to Lychmere. Plenty of room at low and high top tables plus a wrap around bar with nice leather stools. TVs everywhere to catch the games with fans of every team in attendance for our visit. Lively sports bar atmosphere with the bartenders getting into the games as well. Fine drink list and good food - nachos, flatbread, and fries was perfect for NFL Sunday. Very welcoming and friendly waitresses. Street parking was non existent but convenient lot with reasonable prices at 2 Canal Park down the street.

Just what Cambridge Crossing needed was a local bar to hangout, watch the game, and have a couple of drinks! Food: The food here is definitely better than other bar food but nothing special. They do have really good fries though! Their quesadilla hit the spot after a couple drinks but not my favorite. I had their pesto chicken sandwich and wished it had more pesto. The chicken was really juicy though. Their drinks really steal the show though. Their caiprinha is a must try and they have nitro espresso martini which is also very nice. Service: Very quick service. The servers are also nice. Only thing is they don't bring you water unless you ask. Ambiance: Great music and perfect to go if you want to watch a game.

Wonderful tucked away sports bar. Because it's in this nook by Lechmere station, it doesn't seem to get over packed like a tavern-in-sq. I even hesitate to write a review for this spot because lowkey I want to keep this a hidden gem They've got a very healthy draft beer menu, I picked a Pilsner, it was delicious Wife and I got these steak-cheese egg rolls - wonderful twist on an Asian-American classic. Really enjoyed that. And for our meals we shared a burger and fish and chips. Very baseline bar food. The burger was juicy and beautifully charred, the fish and chips were alright, not memorable but not terrible tldr; casual, lowkey sports bar that I'll probably frequent more often during the warmer months since it's close to where I work and where I live. Excellent vibes only because it's so low key

New place opened up down the street from my spouses work. Wanted to check it out and it was a beautiful day for a walk. Located in a new apartment complex, they are still completing the finishing touches, mostly outside. Very big space with variety of indoor and soon to be outdoor seating. Many TV's and a large bar. The staff was very friendly and we were seated quickly. The menu offers a variety of options and it was really good. Had the beet salad with chicken and enjoyed it immensely. Not sure when they opened, but so far so good. There is a lot of potential for an incredible neighborhood bar and restaurant. Will go back again and bring friends.

We had an event there tonight and the staff were responsive and very helpful. Service was a bit slow but can't blame them for being busy tonight also considering they recently just opened. Probably avoid the popcorn shrimp as it was just disgustingly hard and barely had shrimp. Calamari was so-so but acceptable. It's like a cross between north end calamari and the bar calamari's. Colleagues would rate the truffle rib eyes as 7.5/10. Wild mushroom risotto with steak tips were solid 8.5/10. Staff, ambience and food were exemplary and we'd host our events here again! Oh, cocktails were 10/10

Service was amazing, Andres was a fantastic host and the environment was nice. Drinks were delicious and had a lot of flavor. When our food didn't come out, Andre's checked on us and made sure our food came out hot and ready. The mango salmon had so much flavor and had great presentation! It's a bit of a pricey spot but very worth it!

Tap 151 was a nice experience after a long drive. We walked to the restaurant from our hotel. It was very convenient to the T Green Line, as well. The bar/restaurant has TVs everywhere and I was able to watch the NBA playoffs and a Red Sox game at the same time. I walked in with my family and was seated very quickly. We ordered drinks and our food. All of which came pretty quickly. My daughter is gluten free and ordered the garlic parm wings. They let us know cross contamination was possible but she's ok with it. I ordered the Million Dollar Cheeseburger but subbed the American cheese for cheddar because cheddar is better. It was very good. Fries were about average. I lik3d that their beer list had it listed where each beer was from because I like to make sure in drinking local when I travel. All in all it was great meal. I'd recommend!

We were looking for a place on Thanksgiving that wasn't serving strictly Thanksgiving food and this was the perfect option. Their menu is extensive and there are so many options to choose from. I really loved everything I ordered, especially the drink. I also loved the aesthetics and the interior of the restaurant. It had a sport's bar element to it, but it was still very elegant and clean. Our waiter was so kind and helpful. This place saved the day for us and we were all glad to be there.

Our favorites were the Mussels in Red Curry Rice Wine, Red Curry Bolognese, Massaman Beef Burger, and Mango Sticky Rice. Each packed with flavor and executed beautifully. The Thai Iced Tea was also excellent, while the Thai Ice Espresso Martini just wasn't for me. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant itself was clean, cozy, and inviting. The only downsides were that they had run out of their sourdough brioche buns, which I was excited to try, and reservations were tough to get as we had to book about a month in advance. Even so, it's easy to see why this place is so popular. I'll definitely be back and hopefully try some of the burgers with those sourdough buns next time.

Now, I suspect this might due in part because of the hype + location + thai/american fusion flavor, but even with a reservation we still ended up waiting about 30 minutes to be seated. Unfortunately, the service throughout dinner wasn't much better. Between the three of us, we ordered the scallion fries (which, for anyone wondering, aren't actually fries tossed in scallion oil or dressing), the fried calamari, the red curry Bolognese, the green curry pasta with steak, and, of course, the much-hyped Massaman burger. The fried calamari was probably the weakest dish. It had a fishier taste than I expected, and the breading was fairly greasy and tended to fall off. The scallion fries were good, though not especially memorable. Of the entrées, we preferred the green curry pasta over the red curry Bolognese, though both became a little heavy after a while. The Massaman burger was solid, but not quite the standout I was hoping for. Across the dishes, our biggest takeaway was that the curry sauces all leaned fairly rich and salty without much contrast. A little acidity or citrus would have gone a long way in brightening the flavors. Overall, Black Ruby was good, just not quite as memorable as I expected. Nothing we ordered really wowed us, but it's still a perfectly solid spot if you're in the area. I'd be open to coming back, though I'd probably try some different items if we were ever around Harvard Square.

It's only open for brunch on Sundays, which combined with always being seated immediately makes it feel like a hidden gem. The back patio is quiet, shaded, and sheltered from wind. The food shines. Of course the egg scramble and the Benedict's were fantastic, but every piece of every plate feels deliberate and done with intention--nothing is an afterthought. - Their home fries are my all-time favorite--thick, well-seasoned, soft on the inside with some crisp on the outside. - - The English muffin toast has a crunchy golden surface and soft inside. - The whipped cream on the French toast feels luxurious. - Oyster shooters are a fun treat, as a lover of both fried clams and bloody Mary's. - They were kind enough to accommodate us with a half order of their (outstanding) French toast for dessert I'd note there's no espresso drinks on the menu, although I did enjoy the black coffee. Cesar salad! Big salad! Wish we shared one. Big garlic croutons with a bit of rosemary and you could taste good olive oil on those. Dressing was very lemony and there was a hefty amount of cheese. I'd say even if you're someone who prefers a creamy Cesar you'd probably still like this because there's a lot of cheese which added great texture. Came with a big grilled lemon which is an A++ move in my book. Husband added grilled chicken to his and said it was great. Next time we'll share a Cesar and I can't wait to go back and try the fried artichokes.

We ordered all three of the mock tails on the menu -- Odin's Oracle was a sparkling elderflower and passion fruit drink, the Northern Rose was fruity with a slight thick cream of coconut base (and the tables favorite!) and the last drink was a warm ginger drink. They all came out looking beautiful. For food, we started with the Halloumi Cheese which was delicious and perfect for sharing (comes with four pieces), then tried the Blueberry Ricotta Cornbread (really well made and yummy but needed a little more butter spread) and the fried burrata (huge serving of burrata with balsamic, fig jam, warm bread, just as good as it sounds). We tried the Braised Short Rib Croquettes which were stuffed with short rib and topped with sooo much yummy cheese. We also had the Pappardelle braised shore rib Ragu which was truly delicious-- would highly recommend. For dessert we tried a special menu bread pudding which was a perfect end to the night. Our leftovers came perfectly packaged in little baggies with dish names and dates written on them which is so cute and thoughtful! We walked into a room where the walls are covered in memorabilia and every table is labeled with the name of a famous person who has sat there, giving the space a personality that no amount of designed ambiance can replicate. It feels like a place with genuine history rather than a place performing one. The burgers are the reason to come and they hold up after more than six decades without apology. The patties are thick and cooked to order, with medium being the right call for maximum juiciness. The creative topping combinations across the named burgers give you a range of directions to go depending on your mood. The Masshole is a natural starting point for a first visit, and the build your own option is worth knowing about if you want to go a more specific route. The portions are large enough that leaving satisfied is essentially guaranteed. The onion rings are a great choice of side for good reason, crispy and well seasoned in a way that holds up alongside the burger rather than competing with it, and the sweet potato fries are a strong alternative if you want something slightly less heavy. It's too bad because the vibes were great and everything, and maybe next time it'll be better, but I'd definitely say medium or medium well...
