This is rare and I appreciated this. I made an appointment for cryo therapy, to reduce some stubborn fat in both arms. The procedure itself was painless and did not experience anything negative. No downtime and can go about my day. Made it in, and Maggie was very pleasant, patient and honest all the way. With her help now, I have started to watch more of what I eat, especially carbs and refined sugars. As I keep going for more sessions and inquire diet/exercise I do hope to see and loose a few inches.
