We scheduled the install which was not in-expensive, and after a day the same problem persisted. They came back to look at the fridge again and then told me I need a condenser. We scheduled that service, and then after some additional due diligence they told me that I now actually need an entirely new circuit board. I subsequently had them install that, and after another day the same problem persisted. They then came again and told me I need a new seal and a part for the door. After about a week the same problem persisted. The owner was not willing to guarantee his work. He did keep sending them back to trouble-shoot the issues, however I did have to pay for the majority of the parts and labor with the exception of the last install. I spent just under $1,000 dollars and I still have a broken refrigerator. I would not recommend this company; they don't guarantee, and they rob their customers. Absolutely terrible!

He was just delightful to have here, and I found everything about his service to be beyond professional, and WAY more than reasonably priced. He wouldn't have even charged extra for coming on a holiday! My dryer, through no fault of his, was beyond repair, and he was entirely up front about that. There was not one moment where he tried to woo me into paying for a new motherboard or such nonsense. Truly, Anthony is one of the few genuine, wonderful, warm souls out there. I adored him and his service right from the get go. While I hope I don't have to call him again for a repair (!), he is the only person I would call from now on.
