Think the old oil was never drained properly, just left in and then topped off with new oil. One of their employees took a working mower that just needed an annual tune up and destroyed it. Contacted O'Connor and the manager was so rude. We had to buy a brand new mower. This was a few years ago so hopefully their service folks improved, and the manager actually provides customer service versus yelling about how his employee could never have made that mistake. Once in the store, a young employee asked me what I was looking for. When I told him, he said "the store did not carry that product." There are two floors to the store, with the majority of home improvement things being on the lower level.
