He additionally explained to me that he was not allowed to refund my money and I would have to speak to the manager tomorrow. Too bad I work during the day and am not available .most of the day. I was not really looking for a refund anyway, but just a fresh salad as a replacement for the inedible salad that was originally delivered. Customer service is always extremely important when working in the food industry and this place certainly lacks it. I always place my order online and they have it ready when I walk in. In an effort to eat more health conscious, especially when traveliing for business, their menu has some lighter fare that I was looking for. I usually order the salmon sandwich dinner with brown rice and zuchinni. As of late I have only been ordering the zuchinni because I was ordering other items from other places (dont tell them that I have been cheating on them lol. But I will say that my salmon is always cooked and seasoned to perfection and the zuchinni is grilled perfectly with a slight char taste. The people are really nice in here as well. They are closed on friday and saturday. If you love seafood you have to give this place a try, you wont regret it.
