Now with Primo (RR), I can't even close my account. Forced to call a service line whose CSRs struggle to speak English IF THEY EVEN ANSWER. Close my account!!! WONT LET YOU CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT Do NOT use this company. I spent MONTHS trying to get them to cancel my account when they were still ReadyRefresh. Every time I called, I was apologized to and assured my account was actually cancelled that time but my back account was still charged. I arranged for equipment pick up twice, no one came one of the times and I got a confirmation email that someone came the second time saying they picked up 2 bottles but they didn't actually come (I had 18 bottles and a dispenser, why would I only put out 2???). I called again to again reschedule and cancel and the same run around kept happening so I blocked them from my bank. Now, a year and a half later, I'm going back and forth with a collections agency from them claiming I owe them "water fees" on water that was never delivered because I stopped the deliveries, and for the equipment they refused to pick up. They FINALLY picked it up after I went off on them via the collections agency with proof, but now they have yet to update the collection agency that they've picked up the equipment. this company used to be amazing when it was under ReadyFresh, but once it was bought out by Primo Brands it started going downhill. The customer service numbers say they're closed, but yet it's during the day and their supposed open hours for none of the number 800-274-5282, 866-610-2209 or 475-337-6279 numbers. I've been getting rescheduled constantly for delivery for over a week with no notification until super later, so having to set out then bring back in empty water bottles has become so frustrating. Primo has shown to be unreliable and inconsistent with services. I'm trying to cancel my membership and it not an easy process, and since their offices aren't even open during business hours as posted on their website, there's no telling how long that'll take. Believe the Bad Reviews!!! The local water delivery guys are great - The customer service and website are absolutely abysmal. The website is often unstable - not saving changes that were made. And would you believe that you cannot cancel an order online - period. It is simply not possible. Even the customer service folks said that they could not cancel an order. All you can do as a customer is "skip delivery" one delivery at a time. We were supposed to have deliveries every 8 weeks. but somehow the system had a duplicate entry and we were getting reminders for deliveries every 3-4 weeks. We could not cancel the delivery to get it on the right track - even customer service said they could not do that. When my firm was double-billed for duplicate deliveries on the same day (one of which did not happen), it took 2 phone calls and 45 minutes of my time to get a decent response and a promise of a credit. We had to put our account on "as needed" status to stop the incessant and unpredictable recurring deliveries. Furthermore, I got another price increase email today - one day after this frustration. The Ready Refresh prices for both products and delivery keep going up as frequently as the USPS changes their postage rates. I need a water delivery company that is utterly dependable with responsive customer service, stable pricing and a customer friendly website. THIS IS NOT IT!!! read more

I am on the verge of terminating my account with this company. Their constant lack of communication is beyond ridiculous. I know special needs kids that can communicate better than this company. I can understand and accept deliver issues if/when I am told ahead of time. However, telling a customer you have a written contract with that their product will be delivered and then failing to do so without communication is unacceptable. Good luck in trying to contact them by phone when you are forced to call about your delivery. You'll be on hold for a minimum of 20-30 min, then you'll be transferred and put on hold again to speak with someone who is supposed to help. I have done my part both by phone, email and FB Messenger. I have in writing by someone stating my deliver will happen on such and such a day. That day comes, no water. Come to find out they moved and rescheduled my deliver 3 times - ALL WITHOUT NOTICE! To whoever runs the customer service department, you are failing at your job! Run from this vendor! Horrible customer service. Zero delivery. Was a great company as Mountain Valley water for years until Primo/Ready Freah acquired it. We've been out of water several months. I've literally received over 10 notices stating delivery was on its way or that it's been rescheduled to another day. If you try to call customer service you're on hold for a minimum of 30-45 minutes, likely because everyone else's delivery is interrupted or they simply don't care about staffing it properly. Sent several messages with a response that someone will get back with me in 5-7 days. How pathetic. How is this company staying in business?! Finally get a hold of someone and they give me a new delivery date. We wait to see if they will finally honor the date represented, and they fail yet again!! They can't get anything right and no one does anything to address the problems. Notice the generic response to each and every bad review. They are disrespectful of your time and money. I have scheduled 3 times for a dispenser cleaning and they don't even have the courtesy to call and say "there is a driver error (whatever that means)" and we cannot make it. And when they do come, they don't even have the equipment they need. I love my water but will be looking for another alternative. What a scam! First their water tastes like it's treated with chlorine that means it's not spring water. I tested it and it has the same molecules as tap water. Second which is weird, you can never cancel the subscription with them, there is no way to do it online so you have to call a number that will put you on hold for hours and keep transferring you once they know that you want to cancel. With a lot of patience I managed to talk to someone who confirmed the cancellation of subscription, they stopped sending the water but they didn't stop charging me. So there is no way out. When this company was Ready Refresh I had NO problem with the delivery or communication with the company. I guess they are merging with Primo Brands and I have NOTHING but trouble since then. I enjoy Nestles Pure life water but I am on the verge of canceling my service. I ordered a bottom loading cooler to replace the one I had that I liked. They delivered what they had I guess and it wasn't what I wanted. I was able to to order the one I wanted and now they won't pick up the one I don't want. I have dragged it in and out through the past 3 deliveries. Even though the instructions are to ring the bell the delivery person never does. I am very dissatisfied with Primo Brands! We were happy with Sparkletts/Primo, then the merger happened and the Ready Refresh nightmare began again. Customer Service is TERRIBLE. They have all these strange accounts for us, our payments are not being properly applied, they bring items we don't need and didn't ask for, and then charge fees for their mistakes, They send one invoice but then over the phone they say we have two accounts, reps barely speak English, the hold music is terrible and will give you an anxiety attack after listening to it for 45 minutes. Scam much? After reading these reviews and talking to customer service I am wondering what the hell I signed up for. First water delivery with the machine was good. I got 4 bottles as requested. Waited a month for 2nd delivery and was charged today for a water delivery that never came but said delivered. I contacted "customer service" and the guy stated "weird i don't see an open invoice for today". I said "Because it was delivered". I mean he sounded like he didn't even understand how his delivery service worked. He said oh you needed water bottle pick up with your delivery? That will save you money because it's free to pick up the empty bottles. I was like "huh". That was already on the invoice pick up 3 bottles. Also, no one came to pick up or drop off anything. He said he had already refunded with my credit card. An hour later and it is not showing pending a refund nor did I receive the email. I kept asking him to speak with someone local, a manager or a delivery driver or whatever and he said "Oh I can't do that they are in the Americas". Pretty ridiculous. I signed up in January 2022 and my first delivery was shorted even though it said it was delivered in full. No problem. Probably just a mixup. I wrote through the app and they set a redelivery date. Second order? Shorted. Same process. Third order? Shorted. Same process. Times two. Yes, you read that right. They shorted the order to correct my shortage on my first order! Took three trips to get it finished over two weeks. By my fourth order I've had it. Didn't arrive at all after they moved my date four days sooner than I requested. I had to move up my "next delivery" to get water because they marked it as delivered and a zero dollar invoice. So many account credits for things not delivered. When it finally came today? Shorted again. Called customer service again. All they do is credit you for what wasn't delivered - as in the lowest possible thing and what they SHOULD do. That's it. Odd charges and sometimes they charge for bottle deposits and sometime do not. So, sometimes we get credit for returned bottles and sometimes not. My experience was fine when I was getting the service but trying to cancel has been absolute hell. I had to tell the representative 5 times that I wanted to cancel BECAUSE I DON'T NEED THE SERVICE ANYMORE and they asked me 5 times why I'm canceling and wouldn't cancel until I gave them a good enough reason. Between the website, app, phone automated service, chat service, and talking to real people on the phone, this has been a headache. Then after I'm "assured" my service is canceled, I get an email saying I have a delivery on the way! What is wrong with these people. Terrible customer service.
