For what it is worth, my original post was deleted -- presumably because it had too strong of language that may or may have not been aimed at the company itself! :) I didn't save the monster of a post that I had originally posted, but below I have copied and pasted the statement I have submitted to the Federal Trade Commission to report them for fraud :) Please enjoy! The company ReadyRefresh is running a complete SCAM of a business and they need to be charged with fraud ASAP. They are a delivery service for large water jugs, and I utilized their services for one year while living in Houston, TX. I moved away from Houston nearly two years ago, to a wonderful land called the Midwest, where the water is drinkable, and I didn't need to even consider something like this. At that time, I cancelled services with ReadyRefresh and returned all equipment accordingly. They continued to charge my credit card for MONTHS and every time I called to try to get these charges cancelled, someone would apologize politely, pretend like they have no idea why I was still being charged (IT'S A SCAM, they are all in on it), and ASSURE me that the charges would be cancelled. SPOILER: they wouldn't be. The only saving grace is that my credit card information was stolen after about 6 months and I cancelled that card entirely. They stopped getting paid, and they started getting pissed. THEN I started getting "collection" calls wondering why my "payment information [was] no longer valid". Every time they called, I would tell them that my services were cancelled MONTHS ago (and the equipment returned appropriately), they would again assure me that the charges would stop. But they DIDN'T. And since that credit card is invalid, THEY STILL KEPT CALLING. After months of this absolute BULLSHIT, I finally answered one call by telling the woman that I refused to hang up the phone until the charges were cancelled and I have that fact in writing. They sent me an email saying that everything was canceled and I should not be charged going forward. You want to know when I received the next charge? THE LITERAL NEXT DAY. Not even 48 hours passed without an invoice from this complete SCAM of a company. I just decided to ignore them once again because I didn't know what else to do. Well, they never called me again, and I forgot about it for a while, so I just let it be... until one year later. They are once again CALLING ME ALMOST DAILY trying to figure out why the payments won't go through. Each day, I angrily tell them that my services were cancelled almost two years ago and every time they PRETEND like they will cancel the payments --- and they don't. Yesterday, I finally decided to BLOCK their number because I don't know what else to do at this point. And then today (presumably when they tried to call me and the call would not go through) I received an email from ReadyRefresh threatening to send me to collections, which is absolutely hilarious because they wouldn't stand a chance when I have it in writing from THEM that they should not be charging me. The funniest part is that I tried to reply to the email, having forgotten that their email doesn't allow replies BECAUSE THEY ARE A SCAM. Can someone PLEASE PLEASE charge them with fraud already so I can stop being harassed????????? Thank you so much in advance for even considering it!!!!! After experiencing many of the same issues that the other one star reviewers experienced I cancelled my account and stopped using them. They randomly made a delivery long after I cancelled my service. I sent an email to complain to which an auto reply said they would get back to me in two days. Shortly after I received the auto reply, I received an invoice and they quickly processed a payment out of my account. Then after they processed everything they sent an email confirming that my account had already been closed and sorry for the inconvenience. They never sent a follow up email saying they would credit the charge so I had to spend additional time calling them go take care of that. Ready Refresh ruin a big part of my Friendsgiving with lies and false promises which ended with them doing absolutely nothing!!! Ha a pick up and delivery scheduled for Thursday 22nd of Nov. I ordered a few cases of teas. They give me that window normally for the time of delivery. 10mins after scheduled delivery they send a reschedule for Monday 25th. I was livid. I only had this service to deliver water every two months. They were charging me a fee every month. My last delivery was rescheduled five times back to back. I cancelled my service August 18, and I see they have set up a charge for August 22, after I have cancelled service. I was told they were picking up dispenser and all three 5 gallon bottles August 19, they did not show up. To be fair I think this company target market is towards companies that need large amount of deliveries and probably the big bottles as well as other products that they serve and sell I am a residential customer. Often times the deliveries are short of the products that I need however now with the upgraded app it is easy to place an order modify it or skip an order however it is not made any change in the service for a residential customer orders continue to be incomplete.The only thing I would suggest is if you are considering using the company and you live in a house or an apartment it might not be the best fit however if you do have a company and need large quantities delivered on a regular basis along with large bottles of water and other products that they have in stock it might be a perfect fit.? read more

After years of service with them (which I agree with others is overpriced), I decided to purchase my own water filtration system. Upon trying to contact ReadyRefresh to cancel service, I received an automated message stating there representatives where to busy and was hung up on. I attempted to cancel via email, but never received a response. This went on for a week and a half and I continued to be hung up on every time I called due to high call volume. I was only able to speak to someone when I called and posed as a new customer. A rep was on the phone in under a minute to sell me new service and I was able to cancel at that time. This company is a scam. My automatic payment didn't go through about four months ago, so they kicked the card off the system completely and never attempted to charge to it again. They continue to send me water for almost 3 months, two deliveries a month without any payment from me. I didn't realize I wasn't being charged, because it was on automatic. Like the rest of my bills, the whole purpose of automatic bill pay. They racked up about $300 on my "tab" before I finally put an end to it. I still agreed to pay it off because I did receive the water, so I made a payment.
