If I could give them 0 starts I would. I hate this company with a passion. There happy to drop off water and charge you. But they don't want to pick up bottles?!?!? I have 35 bottles over 4 months they have not picked up. Like they have to be retarded literally. I set pick up times and they just don't show up. EVER. I hate them so itself a favor stay away.

    Pick these up.

Ready refresh is the absolute worst water delivery service. Look at the reviews for yourself. Avoid at all costs.

I am so fed up with Ready Refresh! Can anyone suggest another water delivery company that will serve the Braintree area?

Good move. This a corporation that is our enemy. Try a local super market or do a search for costco and stores like that. Ready fresh is a ripoff outfit not a deal

Bike and Spin LIC is the real deal. I have been coming to them as my primary bike shop for the past…read moretwo years and they are always incredibly helpful John, Billy, Esteban, Leion, Victor, and the rest of the crew of mechanics there are without fail knowledgable, straightforward, and accommodating They are located right by the protected bike lane in LIC so they can get super busy during the warmer months which is understandable and great for them, and somehow they still manage to be personal & personable & quick! This year, Billy & and the rest of the crew did a complete overhaul of my drivetrain and I joked "just make me as LOUD as possible and FASTER!" and you know what, THEY DID! Thanks, guys! Thank you all for a great two years; cheers to many more! --Pedar.

They TOTALLY TRASHED MY BIKE. I took my E-bike last month…read morebecause I had a flat tire. I never been here before but it was the closest shop. When I comeback to pick it up they charged me $60. I took it back to the street and I couldn't go for one block. I got E7 error meaning the connection between the bike and the motor wasn't working. Immediately took it back. They didn't took any responsibility. He used as excuse that somebody it me a month ago which is ridiculous because the bike was working fine for a whole month after that. I took it to other bike shops and they told me the cable got damaged when the removed the wheel. The only solution was a $450 new motor +$150 labor. I comeback to him, he had me begging to help with something. He knows I use the bike to work and I desperately need a transportation. He gives me $200 and wish me luck which is nothing considering I already paid $60. I feel totally scammed and taken advantage of. Look in the pictures the before and after of their job and judge for yourself their "quality work"

Okay. So we're a small biz in Manhattan that's been with Ready Refresh (Nestle) for over a decade,…read moreand we finally got fed up with repeated awful service and cancelled our account. The Poland Springs water by Nestle is good and I was reluctant to drop them for that reason, but enough is enough. How much lousy service can we put up with until it's time to say goodbye. BTW, Ready Refresh happily held the door on our way out instead of asking what they could do to keep our account! Look, we all make mistakes from time to time, so that's no problem, and we don't mind if Ready Refresh makes an occasional error, it's just that they got to the point in which they didn't care about their mistakes. They'd deliver the wrong order and then I'd spend weeks trying to straighten it out. The Ready Refresh driver absolutely refused to ring our buzzer or knock on the door, and instead left the delivery in the hallway, which meant we didn't have a chance to notify the driver that the order was wrong. The list goes on and on. My point is, we didn't want to switch but our hand was forced, and so far, so very, very good! Manhattan Water Company did EXACTLY what they said they would. Delivered the right amount of bottles on the right day in the right way. Their policies are extremely clear and we know where we stand. If we change our order less than 24-hours prior to a delivery or refuse a delivery, we're going to get charged a fee. Very fair! As long as we both play by the rules I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Oh, and most important: The water (which comes from the Catskills) tastes great! I was worried it wouldn't compare to Poland Springs but it does indeed taste as good. If that didn't work, none of the rest mattered. So we're happy and hoping to spend the next 10 to 20 years with MWC!

I highly recommend the Manhattan Water Company. I've been using them for about 4 years now at my…read moreapartment and have always had excellent customer service. The water tastes great! Marc is wonderful and responds quickly and is always able to accommodate my delivery requests the same week. I started with the Manhattan Water Company as a student and they delivered to my dorm room. When I moved out they picked up my water unit and set me up with a new unit in my apartment that I have been using ever since. I have only had 1 leaky bottle over 4 years and they were quick to replace it. The gentlemen who deliver the bottles are consistently excellent as well. (Shout out to Louis!) Thank you so much!
