Update 7/6/2022: I had to revise my original review down to 1 star. ReadyRefresh has TWICE rescheduled my next water delivery. They started off OK for the first couple of deliveries. Then they went downhill fast. I just canceled the service. *************************************************************** I don't understand all the bad reviews. My water deliveries have been consistently on time, and on the specified days. Ready Refresh have never changed the delivery dates on me. I have changed the delivery dates a couple of times, through the website, and Ready Refresh has delivered correctly on the revised date. So far, I'd say the service has been excellent. I have to agree with everyone. They do not appreciate their customers. I have had the same luck with 10 out of 12 deliveries being rescheduled the same day they were supposed to deliver. Their website doesn't even have a phone number to contact. You communicate with a useless bot or leave an email for them to contact you. I had to Google their phone number. Due to problems with Readyrefresh, I have switched to h2goapp water on demand who serve East/West and North/South of Bay Area (San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View, San Mateo, Fremont, Oakland, San Francisco, Hayward). ReadyRefresh has the worst delivery service for Santa Clara/Sunnyvale Area. They keep moving our scheduled recurring order for many days. I have had to pay extra to have enough water on the days they kept rescheduling as they wished. They also don't give time for this and change the dates as they decide when you are expecting a delivery the next day. read more

This company does not care about their customers. My water deliveries are rescheduled sometimes 5 times in a month. We have to purchase water from the grocery store to fill in the gap. Why then do we pay for delivery? The customer service number is a waste of time. The agents know nothing, can't speak clearly and are less than helpful. They tell me to purchase an emergency hydration kit for $39.99. This is what I do at the grocery store every month! If you want to Chat with an agent the message says there are none available. If you e-mail they say they will get back to you in 2-3 days...very helpful. I am cancelling my account. I recommend that you look for another water delivery service. read more

I payed to upgrade my service to a full year membership (cost $100USD), then after a month of paying my year memebership they sent me a cancelation of service. I did not received a refund of my mebership and either a response on why my service was going to be canceled. Readyrefresh love to reschedule your delivery for over a week, so you might end up buying extra water while you wait on them to finally deliver. I don't recomend this service. read more

There were hidden charges when you skip the deliveries or stop the service. They charged you for returning dispenser even in good condition.

Worst water delivery EVER! We haven't received any of our deliveries on time once . And on top of that they charged me extra one time when I should have had the "CREDIT" that was supposed to be there for all of the rescheduled deliveries (which is every time). Every time we call to see what the issue is they can never get ahold of the warehouse or bother to even get it under control. Who are these people with 4 and 5 star reviews? Anyone reading these reviews are unfortunately already customers with issues with this company. Who gets stopped by a sales person and whips out Yelp to help them make a decision? I was approached by the ReadyRefresh sales person at a local Costco. The selling points were 1) I can cancel after 1 year with no fees and 2) I get to keep the equipment, free of charge, and again, after having the service for at least 1 year. Keep in mind, the water is expensive, and unreliable. Trust me, the "cost of convenience" is not worth the trouble. Believe me! I was receiving too many bottles so I got online to reduce the amount and frequency. Long story short, you can only go as low as 2 bottles every 3 months, I think. I did that, and they delivered water to me anyway, early. I paid it, and called customer service to see if I can reduce it further. When I finally reached a rep, he was extremely rude and said I can't do anything more than that. So, they kept sending me water prematurely. Since I didn't order the last 4 bottles, I decided not to pay for them. They started tacking on interest for product I didn't order. So I was tired of it, so I made the decision to pay for it and cancel my account. They gave us a hard time about it and finally told us we have to pay for the water dispenser, plus refurbishing fees, and pay for each bottle we don't return... even bottles with unused water, which I paid a heavy cost for, that I didn't order. So, nearly $300 later, they have collections harrassing me. Yes, I AM current on my debts to this company. The $300 is for not returning equipment that is supposed to be mine. I have since purchased a new dispenser and ReadyRefresh is refusing to come pick up the equipment, probably to exploit a "non-payment". PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! read more

This is the worst company, they can't even make deliveries! I been waiting for my delivery since 12/14/22 and it has been pushed out 4 times now with the latest excuse being the truck is stuck in the middle of the road, wtf do I care about your truck, is that the only truck around? awful. not only do they constantly miss dates they are now trying to bill me for a 3 bottle delivery I never received. they changed their schedule and delivered a week after the previous delivery. when the driver showed up without notice, I advised I did not need water, I just received it last week. He acknowledged the delivery was soon and advised they changed the schedule. He took my empties and left. W O R S T S E R V I C E E V E R This is a great company if you want unreliable delivery, terrible communications, and just horrible service. I ordered biweekly delivery and got ONE delivery. When I checked my schedule it was sometimes 3 weeks, some times 1 and not regular at all. I sent an email asking if I could get biweekly delivery and got no answer. I also didn't get water the 2nd delivery date. I kept getting emails saying they would reschedule. I canceled and started service with another company. Despite my phone calls and many emails I continue to get noticed that they are changing my delivery date. Last week they actually delivered the second set of bottles - more than a month after the first and after they promised me my account was closed. I got another notice this morning that they scheduled another delivery. If they do I will pack them in my car and throw them through them either through the window or at them personally. read more

Water delivery is NEVER on the dates it says. My water delivery this time was suppose to be August 31...no delivery, no reason and now its a holiday weekend . The app says they are open today but the phone says they are not. The app also says my next delivery is Sept 26 and there is no billing for August so I guess they think it is OK to cancel someone's order as long as they don't bill you for it? No Bueno. I even changed to the Costco program 2 months ago and they have not stepped up their game. Next step is reporting to Costco. Understood people do not want to work and there is a shortage but that is not my problem. Maybe they should Unionize is wages and benefits are a problem? I've had Reddy Refresh for a couple years, and I'm amazed they're still in business. The deliveries are never on time. I now have 11 empties, 5 full, and a broken dispenser. First time I called they scheduled a pick up for 3/17/23. No show. Then I finally got a supervisor & got cut off twice; she text me back, but left a digit out of her phone number!! I wish I could write a review and not give any star! It is not a business, it's a joke! Definitely stay away from this scam. Horrible customer service. It is hard to believe that this an American company! It is impossible to get any reasonable answers from associates and when asked to transfer to escalation team or manager, they simply disconnect or there were promises to call back, but they don't bother.We tried to cancel the service before we move and were in communication with customer service for 2.5 weeks without any progress. After BBB complain somebody contacted us but they were not able to pick up the bottles and equipment before we move. We ended up bringing everything to our new house and were promised to pickup the equipment- didn't happen yet!! Everyday we get email saying the pickup will be tomorrow! I have never worked with a company that is so unresponsive. They were often two weeks late with deliveries. You couldn't reach them by phone. If you wrote them they said they would respond in 5-7 business days and usually took longer and just reported that they had made the delivery (yeah, by then they had). I don't know how deliveries are made in other areas, but whoever schedules these deliveries sucks a$$! I have had my deliveries pushed to another day numerous times in less than a year forcing me to go out and buy water from the store. The whole purpose of home delivery is exactly for that reason, not to go out and buy water! I don't know if they have a water or driver shortage, not our problem! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! My husband and I signed up for water service from this company while we shopped at Costco on October 6th, 2019. Our water delivery was scheduled for October 18th between 8am-1pm. At 1:06pm I attempted to call the number on the card we were given at Costco. Call failed several times. After looking up the company number online I called a different number and spoke to a customer service representative who told me that the water would not be delivered today, but is coming tomorrow. I asked to speak to a supervisor who told me the same thing. How unfortunate that in today's world some companies think so little of the people who support their businesses. This company is so terrible when it comes to customer service. I have been receiving jugs of for the past couple of months now. Since receiving water there has been no consistent delivery date and has been whenever they feel like it. My biggest complaint is that they never once picked up any of the empty bottles!!! I have 11 bottles taking up all the spare in my spare room! I've called countless of times to schedule a time to have these picked up, they would give me a date between a four hour time period and no one would ever show up. After calling over and over and rearranging my schedule to have these picked up no one would show up. Here I am about to move calling and calling with being told the same thing. I was able to talk to Terri who was very helpful and seemed to handle this situation better. Once again I have a scheduled pick it for all these bottles and hoping someone actually arrives.. Also not to mention when I was being helped this last time I found out they never had my address correct??? Confused on how they can deliver so much water with an incorrect address? it is very frustrating trying to get your account updated/corrected, when the company makes a mistake! Getting charged for something unknown, no deliveries, although it shows it's as a 'c/card refund', but it's not even ours. Messages are sent to the regional office, but no call back, as they said! AWFUL, JUST AWFUL. Signed up for service at end of June, 2018. Subsequent to that, NOT ONE delivery was correct. The first went to the wrong address. I retrieved it and the next day got a duplicate delivery. Customer service calls always promise things like, someone will call you, assure things are now (post-call) going to work fine. I had to call these folks a lot of times about delivery issues. Third week of August, I called to cancel, was assured the account was closed and I'd get a confirming email. Never arrived. Had to call a second time before my account was closed. ReadyRefresh is great at 2 things. One is making promises the delivery side cannot keep. The second is apologizing for it all going sideways. Ready Refresh or Nestle water delivery is a disaster. They never show up on time. They never deliver the water to the correct location. They never delivery or take away the correct number of bottles. Every. Time. After a while I had to create a sign to direct the delivery drivers to place the water in the correct location. Numerous times I have reached out customer service to no luck in their service ever changing. So, I stopped my service and installed a decent water filter. Spend some time on Amazon and you'll find one that works for you. Save yourself the hassle in dealing with this poor service.
