First thing this morning (Monday) Janet the secretary called and informed me that she would have a technician out between 2-4p. Within 15 minutes Steve the tech called and told me he was on his way. Steve was very professional and fixed my plumbing problem immediately I will be using this company in the future. Steve represents Master Tech to the fullest. His expertise, personality, and charisma is a valuable asset to Master Tech. I've never dealt with a company such as Master Tech. Everyone I've dealt with from office secretary Janet were all very professional and courteous. If I could give a higher star rating for Master Tech I would. Master Tech is my go to for plumbing needs.

They put it in our house without figuring out or even knowing if our plumbing would support it. They have reduced the value of our home. There's a lot more to this story. I went back and forth with this terrible company for more than a year. I will most likely open a civil lawsuit against them if and when we can afford to pay for repairs which one plumber said would be $6000. The cost of the install was $14000. F D Jones Electric diverted a crew from another job and was at my home within another hour or so. Jim Jones, Jerry, and Devon repaired/replaced/re-wired my grinder waste water pump yesterday/today. They did a superb job assessing/diagnosing the problem, moved quickly to find the parts and replacement pump needed to get me up/running, and they thoroughly tested the new system before cleaning up and concluding the call. Very professional. Devon drew the short straw and had the misfortune of being the guy who had to go all the way in to the bottom of the tank to ensure the job was done right. He kept his sense of humor throughout. Jim kept morale high and did a great job supervising, finding the new pump, offering advice/counsel. He's very safety conscious. I was particularly impressed with Jerry. He clearly knows his stuff. Took the time to explain to me how the system worked. Was clever in devising a better setup for the system. Excellent supervisor, himself. Took obvious pride in his work. Meticulous, careful, thoughtful, and efficient. Clearly very skilled. They failed miserably, they had no way to track who was calling in for service, could not tell me any time frame they could come out. They said they'd call when they got to my town, Scituate. Ten days later, I never received a call, after the 4th time calling them to ask for service, they said they sent someone and they went to the wrong address.
