This place is basically a giant excuse for adults to act like kids and I fully support it. I've…read moreonly tackled the water inflatable course so far, which is equal parts fun and "wow, I forgot I have muscles." My family had a blast, and my daughter conquered the ropes course like a tiny adventure warrior. Also, can we talk about the food? I went in expecting "theme-park survival snacks" and instead got stuff that was actually... good? Fun activities AND good food feels like cheating, but I'm not complaining.

A Lake Nona gem -- fun for the whole family!…read more We absolutely love Nona Adventure Park! My daughter is obsessed with the water park -- it's her favorite part, and honestly, it's hard to beat on a hot Florida day. The setup is amazing, super clean, and well-organized, and the staff always makes sure everyone feels safe while still having tons of fun. Beyond the waterpark, they do such a great job hosting special events -- there's always something new and exciting happening. I definitely recommend checking their event calendar often because they plan the most creative, family-friendly activities throughout the year. It's also such a flexible and beautiful space -- whether you're spending the day on the water, grabbing snacks, or relaxing while the kids play, it's the perfect place to enjoy time together as a family. If you're in the Lake Nona area, Nona Adventure Park is a must. Great energy, great people, and endless fun for all ages!

By far the worst service in America today!…read more They kept missing my deliveries, every delivery day was something like "sorry we missed you, you've been rescheduled", and then they would miss me again on the rescheduled day, over and over, for weeks. This means that I had to be putting the bottles outside in the morning only to have to enter them back in (empty) in the afternoon. I had enough and decided to cancel and oh boy! It's been more than a month (after several calls to cancel) and still all the empty bottles and the dispenser are in my home, every-time I call they say that today somebody will pick it up but so far nothing. Furthermore, they did not deliver anything the last time but still charge me full price and they are refusing to reimburse me the money. In reality I'll be happy to pay just to end the relationship I have with this company. It's insane, they are the worst!

I am looking for a different company, will try Water Boy, they advertise clean, tasty 'spring water'.

Facility: This place is nice and a good size for the kids to roam. Service: Well, we discussed this amongst our family several times as we dealt with both rude and horrible staff and kind and friendly staff. You can definitely tell those who enjoy their job and those that need to find a new line of work, because customer service and client interaction is not their forte. LOL! Food: we bought all day dinning and drinks, which is definitely the right way to go. The drinks alone pay for themselves. Unlike other big parks, everything on their menus seems to be available on the all day dinning versus only certain choices... so that is great!! You get one entre choice (chicken tenders, burger, ribs, tacos, fish sandwich, pizza, etc), one side (fries, salad, fruit, mac and cheese, coleslaw, etc) and 1 dessert (cupcake, cookie, fruit, even a pickle, which I appreciated as I didn't want dessert) every 90 minutes. So no one went hungry. We even bring some ziplock bags so they can nibble on their pizza later. Most of the food was good, and some was really good. Overall: we had such a good time and we would definitely come back again. Tips: bring some bug spray, sunblock, water shoes and ziplocks.

They were directing traffic based on the traffic signals and not using any strategic or common sense approach. For context, if no cars were crossing over I-Drive into the park, vehicles making a right turn into the park should have been allowed to turn right while waiting for that light to change. It took about an hour to travel a half mile. Once we were on property, we were directed to parking lot C. It was a little walk to and from the entrance. Thankfully we got to Aquatica when we did. We heard later from other park guests that some people had to park at SeaWorld and walk over to Aquatica. We enjoyed the lazy river and wave pool. The lines for the rides were really long so we didn't bother. We did dine at Waterstone Grill. The gift shop staff was pleasant. We utilized park bucks for a gift shop purchase and at Waterstone Grill. The bucks were available to pass members to spend in park. Bucks had to be redeemed via kiosks. Once redeemed, kiosks dispersed the vouchers (bucks) for use. Pass members also received two bonus free guest tickets. I redeemed those prior to our arrival and presented at the park entrance. Although, the day was chaotic in the beginning we enjoyed the visit. Aquatica was a great way to cool off on a very warm sunny morning/early afternoon. We left right before the rain started.

You can even pay $30 for 30m or $55 for 1 hr to tackle the Flow Rider, a super cool surf simulator. In addition to a bar/grill onsite, they pipe in cool, upbeat tunes to enjoy throughout the park. This hotel is like a home away from Home . Very spacious for big families and big groups. They have two and three bedroom suites, amazing restaurants, pools, and a market on site. Rates start from $200 a night during the off season and up to $400 during the high season. Access to the waterpark is included with your stay. And truly the waterpark is the best park. They have poolside service, a lazy river and lots of lifeguards standing by. The only downfall I see of this property is that is so big so there's a lot of walking. But overall it's an amazing hotel. Very close to the Disney parks and plenty of room for families. You can even do groceries and cook and if you want to. This is my go to resort when in the area. I highly recommend it.

There is a swim up bar for adults - but it sadly was not open during our time here, and they didn't really give us any notice of it being closed (nobody had a sign saying this or came down to tell any of us). There is a fast food truck outside the pool and a bar upstairs (expensive drinks but to be expected). The adult pool area in the lagoon is a smaller size as the obstacle course takes up a majority of the pool. Overall, if you have a Groupon and are in the area, I think it's worth a visit, but if you're not in the area, I wouldn't travel really far for it.

The swimsuits were not salvageable despite numerous recommended attempts to remove the stains. When I contacted customer service, I was told the issue was not caused by the water but rather by how my hair products and our swimsuits "reacted" with it. My family has visited countless pools, water parks, and beaches over the years without ever experiencing anything like this. They also referenced their "BlueSky Guarantee" as if it were a resolution, but we already qualified for return tickets simply because our visit was cut short by the weather. No effort was made to address the damage to my hair or our belongings. I wasn't looking for reimbursement or compensation--I simply hoped they would acknowledge that something during our visit likely contributed to the damage. Instead, the response suggested the issue was with my hair products and our swimsuits rather than considering that something in the lagoon may have caused the reaction. Based on both our experience and the way it was handled, we will not be returning. (For those wondering, the rest of us had dark colored swimsuits on so I can only suspect that is why ours did not appear discolored.)

Installation was sloppy and they corrected it once we asked. Then they said they'll give us a year maintenance which basically means they'll refill your tank with salt. Updated on November 30, 2019 We spoke with Dan (CEO) about our troubles with the previous sales representative who no longer works for them. He was concerned about our experience and the way we were treated. Like the professional he is, he addressed our concerns and restored our trust in not only their brand but their reputation. Dan proves that CEOs care about the customer's and don't just see them as a number. Thank you for addressing out concerns and we will definitely recommend your company to others!

Update to false statements by owner:…read more Don, Thank you for your false response. Unfortunately, it further proves the lack of integrity and service this company provides. You claim I had the service for a year for maintenance. My reverse osmosis stopped working DURING the year of service. Your company refused to repair it claiming I did not have it serviced which was a lie. 2)You also falsely stated the filters and salt were not changed for 6 years. How is that possible of if my home is only 7 years old and I had a warranty for a year plus purchased an additional service plan in 2023 as u claim? 3) I do not need to pay your company to come out and put salt in my water system for $40 a month. Your service techs were literally dumping the salt bags in my garage and leaving. I called and notified your company, as per usual, there was no resolve and nasty response such as your response. I decided to purchase the salt on my own from the feed store and replace it myself. 4) I'm a home grown Floridian who grew up with well water so i know very well how to maintenance and maintain a water softener system. I know a good quality product from a cheap one. Your tacky response is a cheap as your product and integrity and it is no wonder you have only 2 FAKE reviews. Improve your product, your integrity, and your customer service! Do better business and stop ripping people off. I will make sure to notify Ryan Williams to keep you and your tacky company away from their new homeowners. I'm sure your low class customer service will be a deterrent.
