Used to have Sparkletts and ever since they merged with readyrefresh to make Primo Brands, the service has sucked! 45 minute wait times to talk to anyone, or they don't have any customer service humans available. Deliveries that are scheduled arrive 2-3-4 days later at their own time, no advanced notice that your delivery schedule has been changed. Their website doesn't work - been trying to update my credit card and it won't let me. The water is good, but the customer service is horrible. Do no recommend. read more

I used Crystal Rock and it was great, but unfortunately they merged with readyrefresh under primo and now the service is atrocious, my last delivery was a week late, they didn't give me the amount of bottles I ordered, they didn't take all of the empties, and they gave me the wrong brand of water. It's impossible to get ahold of customer service now too, and they don't respond to emails. I'm desperately trying to find a replacement service, but primo seems to have a monopoly on all the services in my region. read more

This is without a doubt the most mismanaged, frustrating business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I've been a customer for the better part of 2 years- in that short time my rental and products have doubled in price. This wouldn't be so bad if the company was at all reliable. I haven't had a delivery in three months due to the company arbitrarily canceling and rescheduling delivery dates. And this is done with absolutely no contact beforehand from the company. I have repeatedly put my empty bottles on the porch and had to return home from work and bring them back in. Then checking the website-which is useless- to find they changed the date yet again. I finally threw up the white flag and have cancelled my subscription. Now, I'm having a problem with them showing up for their scheduled appointment to pick up the last of their empty bottles and the dispenser. Unfortunately, this company seems to be the only game in town. I'd recommend anyone thinking of using this company to rethink this and get a dispenser and buy your large bottles of water from your local grocery store. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY & WATER - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! HORRIBLE! They are charging me for water for all my skipped deliveries and now they won't deliver me more water until I pay AGAIN. This is dishonest. They charged me 09/07/23 $40.18, 08/30/23 $40.18, 07/29/23 $40.18, 06/29/23 $2.99. Straight up I SKIPPED MULTIPLE DELIVERIES, HOWEVER, THEY CONTINUE CHARGING ME EACH & EVERY TIME whether I received water or not. THIS IS DISHONEST. Call Center located in India. They say they can't cancel my service. I have sent FOUR CANCELLATION REQUESTS and they will not allow me to cancel the service. Emails come back undeliverable, saying their email boxes are full. I wish that I could give half a star. After having two monthly orders skipped without a provided reason and a third individual delivery delayed, I decided to contact their customer support to see if there is an issue on my end. What I was met with was a 45 minute wait time to talk to a customer support rep. He told me that he could not help with a VIP account and needed to transfer me to someone on the VIP team (understandable). I waited ANOTHER HOUR before giving up. During this time, I learned that these issues are widely reported and that we are not the only ones facing this. There is absolutely no excuse for the wait time of a VIP member to be greater than the standard customer service number, not to mention dealing with both wait times back to back. I understand that this is probably due to the merger, but there is no excuse for this level of incompetence. We will be running out of water because this company cannot provide a basic level of service and communication. I will be pushing every department that I'm involved with that works with this company to change providers. Do not use this service. I will update this review if they reach out and resolve this, but judging by the other reviews here, that probably won't happen. read more

I have tried this company twice. They started out good and became awful so I cancelled. I waited for awhile and tried again, and they did NOT deliver even one thing I ordered. Customer Service is great, the drivers are nice, but they rarely have in stock what you order, or they deliver the wrong items, and they are always changing the delivery date. read more

They actually deserve a -5 rating. I have been calling and sending messages to the company for over 3 weeks for cancellation of service, as I am moving across the country. I finally spoke to someone in India who told me the account would be closed immediately and the dispenser and 7 empty bottles (which was another "mistake" in delivery) would be picked up on 11/6/24 and to leave all items outside front door! I am getting updates for ongoing delivery which I constantly have to skip. I will attempt to locate the Ventura office and I am sure it is most likely a fake address. This is an additional formal notification of cancellation. If Readyfresh attempt to charge my credit card (which I removed from the account site), I am charging them with credit card fraud!!! read more

I wish I had seen these reviews before I made the mistake of signing up with this company. Do not use them under any circumstances. They have made it absolutely impossible to cancel my account. Every attempt to contact their customer service has been a nightmare. You can't even speak to a real person when you call their main line. When you submit an email request, they just redirect you to that same unreachable number. After hours of frustration, I finally managed to find a different number--(475) 337-6279. I was forced to wait on hold for 30 minutes, only to be answered by someone who spoke only Spanish and claimed they did not speak English but luckily, I do speak Spanish so I proceeded with canceling. Even then, canceling my service was an uphill battle. The representative fought me every step of the way, constantly trying to pressure me into staying and asking repeatedly why I wanted to cancel. When my account was finally closed, he just hung up on me without a word. This has been an absolutely infuriating and exhausting experience. I've already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I will be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission and any other organization that will listen. I wouldn't wish this ordeal on anyone. read more

This company is so bad I'm beginning to believe they are really grifters. First they didn't deliver an item. I informed them but they didn't deliver the item, then charged me for it. Finally got them to remove the charge but in the interim they charged me a late fee. Tried to call customer service but they no longer take phone calls, only email. Got autoresponse. Canceled account. Then they delivered water anyway, won't pick it back up, and are trying to charge me on a closed account. And to top it off, slapped a late fee on the late fee of a closed account! I've sent a million emails, no action. Do not use this water company!!! read more

They travel door to door selling in our apartment complex and they are at our door once a month, it seems, trying to sell us their water service. The last time someone came to our door in the middle of a work day, they left our front porch gate ajar because they couldn't figure out how to latch it again. Then the sales guy watched as our dog walked out the open gate. I attempted to leave a complaint with the local company but the wait times over the phone were crazy long. I could not get a hold of a single person. I would never recommend this company as a result. read more

I have been a customer of Arrowhead which is now ready refresh for over 30 years and they have gotten so bad. They say they pride themselves in customer service well they need to check all the bad reviews people are giving them and do something about it. I changed a delivery date and have specific instructions to ring my bell so I can give the empty bottles to the delivery man and have him put the others in the garage well they didn't do that and now they want to charge me $19.99 to come and pick up empties how dare they. I called this morning and finally spoke to a human being and she said a supervisor will call back well guess what no call. They are terrible and should be ashamed to charge to pick up empties after they have raised their prices so much as well So frustrated and disappointed read more

Ready Refresh is uniquely poor in their service. For such a large national company (arrowhead) you would think that they are competent enough to handle deliveries and pick ups on time. This is NOT the case. Their national service call line is of NO HELP. There is no local number and their web site is something from out of the 1990's. AVOID Arrowhead/Ready Refresh and go straight to Sparkletts water. read more

Ive used the Ready Refresh water service for the past two years. Their website is pretty poor and was a pain to make changes on, but the service was regular and decent I have recently moved and set up service in Oxnard, CA. The first delivery day a no show, the second day a no show, the third day a no show. I finally cancelled the service and requested my equipment picked up, another no show. I have called repeatedly, so clearly neither the drivers nor management can do their job properly. I've rescheduled my pickup for tomorrow again. I'm sure there's a water delivery service in the area that can deliver water, but Ready Refresh isn't one of them. read more

First of all, these people never show up when they promise. We have complained three times that we never know when to leave our empties out because they never arrive when their email says they will arrive. You cannot print a delivery schedule from the Internet because it only gives you the next weeks delivery which they don't show up which they don't show up. Like the two other reviewers I am now completely fed up by the abysmal service from this company. I believe it is a Nestle firm. Web site doesn't seem to work in terms of changing orders, delivery notifications are inconsistent, phoning is frustrating in terms of long wait times and often no resolution to delivery problems. My delivery person seems very nice and accommodating, but the office supporting him seems totally chaotic. I am looking for a ew supplier and will cancel my account. read more

Been with them for years. Installed RO system and am trying to cancel account. Emailed twice. No response. Called twice. Estimated wait time for an agent 14 minutes (both times, interestingly). Finally called the online support team and tried to cancel with them. They politely took my info and said someone would call. Meanwhile, I have instructed my staff not to accept deliveries and stopped payments from my bank. Maybe that will get their attention. read more
