Wow! So many tastes in my mouth has me still salivating this morning! Thankful for bringing home a big ole plate of chicharron which was made fresh for me! The fam and I decided to go after watching a video on TikTok. Mindful of parking, it's crazy in downtown Money Earnin. We went in and asked about how everything worked, get a plate load up on food and get weighed/pay then eat. The waitress and bar staff were so pleasant. Same for takeout. I got a delectable steak, white rice, veggies(huge broccoli!), okra( need to know how to take the slime out) and two ribs. It was all delicious!! Very reasonable, because we didn't get a whole lot. Great bang for the buck! Everything beef we ordered was really good, and the prices were pretty generous. The menu was surprisingly large, but we opted for the basic meat options. There are also a lot of side options; I enjoyed the kibbeh, but I wish it had come with a sauce. I'll be ordering from here again, for sure. read more

I have ordered takeout here maybe three times in the past three months and every time the food is delicious. The last time I ordered takeout I got the skirt steak with yellow rice and beans with vegetables. The serving size is rather large and you get plenty of steak for your money. The only "real" part of this restaurant is that it is "real" overrated and overpriced. A pound of the "buffet" is equivalent to the price of admissions at most ACYE buffets. Plus none of the servers speak English so you will feel "real" welcomed when you step in. I ordered the beef stew from here once and it was missing the sweet plantains and casava. It was mostly beans and rice. However! I decided to give another shot on the Brazilian pizza. I ordered half "frango com catupiry "and half "A moda!" And wow I was surprised! Delicious so it made up for the bad experience from before. I Will definitely order pizza here again. I had to ask and was told I have to head to buffet of cold and hot food or the grill for meat. They had two seperate prices for what are sides and meat per pound. Can't place it in one dish and they just cut up meat to your plate. So if you want more basically pay more and probably do more than one transaction. Found the whole process off putting but the meat was fresh and cooked well. I got mashed potatoes and broccoli which were under "heating lamp" but was cold upon sitting down. Racial profiling - The food here is delicious but the people who work there were cold and followed me around while I served myself. When I went to pay for my food the cashier was engaging and laughing with the customer in front of me. As soon as it was my turn he ignored my greeting, was cold, had half his body turned away from me and only looked at me when I gave him my money. I just had the pleasure of eating in Carla other restaurant right next door and I must say that I ain't one of the most amazing sandwiches that I tried in a long time. I came to fix the refrigerator and got a sandwich to go and I don't even remember what it was on the menu but it was chicken with bacon and tomato and something else number one: the sandwich was tremendous, number 2: it was delicious. Had lunch here this past weekend with my family. First time eating Brazilian food and it was delicious! I'm sure food from a place like this is hundred times better than commercial franchised Brazilian steakhouses that are way to overpriced. Here it's a food buffet with normal food like rice and salad at $6.99 a lbs and prime cuts of meats for $11.99 a lbs. food for two totaled to about $23 (including drinks). Not a bad price at all! Kinda don't know where to start... just a unpleasant place to dine at. My gf and I woke up Sunday desiring Brazilian Steakhouse. We found this place on a area search. The positives were few but it was fairly affordable (lunch ran $65 for the two of us). But that's about it for positives. It was very Brazilian. Felt like we were in South America and wondered into a restaurant there, as no other Americans were in there. Very immigrant-ish. Staff were hard to understand. Much more casual dining then we expected. Loud soccer games on the TV's. Large groups of men drinking (not eating at all) conversing very loudly. It may have been their "Sunday Funday" but it was a dining experience for us and their loud yelling over-exuberant voices ruined it for us as we could not converse over our meal at all. Finally, most importantly, the food was below average. The meats were dry, hard, and difficult to chew. Only meat of the 4 I ordered that I enjoyed was the lamb. I passed by this place many times so today I decided to stop in while at work. A read a few reviews prior to going in that said they are too expensive and their meat is salty. Both reviews were spot on. The meat was extremely salty and my meal came up 2 $16.97 of salty and fatty meat. Another thing was a customer was at the self serve area and thought it was ok to use the tongs to take a piece of fish and then pick at the fish with his fingers while it was still in the tong. I definitely will not be returning here. I could have used a $40 Groupon for 2. Smh! I'm so mad at myself for wasting $16.97. When I was invited out to a Brazilian dinner, I was honestly expecting a scene from Bridesmaids the movie with all the meat flinging about and such, however, it wasn't like that at all. I didn't get any sort of Brazilian vibe to the place other than the music blasting off the TV's that showed clips of the famous Brazilian Carnival. We walked in, (I had never been and didn't know what to expect, nor was I informed what the custom was at this restaurant) and the waitress is standing there watching us walk in without saying a word, without showing any signs that she'll seat us, or pointing us to any tables, just standing there with her hands entwined. OK.. I was then informed by my hosts that you are supposed to grab a plate from the top of the salad bar, fill it with the food that you want and choose a table. OK...however, they neglected to tell me in time, that the better, freshly cooked cuts of meats, are chosen at the back of the restaurant neat the spit. They also didn't tell me that you are supposed to take your plate there as well to get weighed because apparently, it's not all all-you-can-eat buffet style restaurant, they charge by the weight of your plate!!! Dammit, I shouldn't have gotten so much Rice and Beans!!!!!!! DOH!!! The food was good, not what I would expect from a Brazilian Churrasqueria, but it was good. Not sure about the price because I didn't pay. As we left, there were more and more diners who looked like regulars so I am sure this place does it's share of good business. This is a great little Brazilian grill. Seems like a local hangout for the Portuguese speakers in the community. Food is sold by the pound. Great cuts from the grill. I've been here many times in the past (for take out) but yesterday was my first time in almost a year. The customer service is amazing! We were able to sample all the meats and decide if we wanted to add it to our take out tray or not. Everybody was extremely nice to us (I went with a friend.) I pretty much got every meat they offered. They have a buffet of sides but I have never tried them before, nor did I try them yesterday.
