She met with me the next day after having wasted months with a different agent, and wow, I was blown away. Brittany knew the market inside and out and had the confidence to do what needed to be done to make a quick sale happen. She was as prepared as it gets, super communicative, and understand how to deal with the intricacies of my particular sale. I kid you not - within six days of going live on the market, we had an offer over the asking price with most contingencies waived. The open house was flowing with people despite the unfavorable weather and the issues with my solar loan. No problem was too big for her and her team to handle. If I needed extra boxes, they were delivered. She negotiated on my behalf with her vendors to get inspections done ahead of time (a sales tactic that worked well). She is also personable and genuinely cares about your situation. She makes time for you regardless of how busy she is. Her communication skills are top notch and the best of any realtor I've ever worked with. The irony is I had the polar opposite experience with a different agent at the same office, but don't let that dissuade you from working with one of the best real estate agents in the Bay Area. Brittany uses the latest technology and sales techniques to present your house in the best possible light while disregarding the minor details that do not matter. Hire her if you want to sell for top dollar and work with a team who knows what they are doing. She is the best.

    The worst experience possible. Where do I even start. I…read moreguess plain and simple, Ana doesn't know much about home loans. First Ana was giving us incredibly inaccurate expectations of loans we could use. She didn't know that loans were different based on a stick built home vs a manufactured home. This is huge change of interest rate from what she has originally quoted us. Next as rates were climbing rapidly, after several percent increases, Ana asked us if we would like to lock in the interest rate. Where is the common sense and common decency? Integrity? She clearly doesn't care about her customers. We found the home. Made the offer. Got accepted. In contact. Our interest rate we locked in at was feeling good but tight. A week before closing Ana realized a huge detail SHE overlooked. We didn't actually qualify for the loan she had us ready to sign. This was after several docusigns had been signed and thousands off dollars had gone into contract. Now we either lose our down payment or are forced into a loan with a higher interest rate by a whole percent more! Ana doesn't know simple math. She tried telling us several times that this monumental mistake she made would only cause a $30 change over the life of the loan it's over $210 per month price difference. I spoke with John the manager and he was nice enough but no help. It's insane to me that a company like this even exists. How can they put their customers in the position of losing so much by mistakes made by their employees and have zero accountability? Save yourself a ton of time, money and headache and go elsewhere.

Bad communication, seemed as if every corner they were trying to force hidden charges to the buyer. BAD experience, lack of communication within their team and the seller...felt like they were only trying to make a buck at our expense (elderly on fixed income) Even the inspectors, repair cos. involved were frustrated with them. So glad we are done with them.

    Updated review. I…read morehave used Michele to buy and sell my homes for a total of 3 times now. I will never use Michele again because she is money driven and does not look for the greater good of her clients. Rewind time about 5 years ago when my husband and I were young and we just had given birth to our baby. Michele boasts she is family oriented and her work ethic is for the good of her clients. However, the home we were looking to buy was built in 1953 flat roof with tar and rocks as the roof. Michele ordered our home inspection a man who just briefly looked over our entire home and said it was pretty much good to go. I understand as new home buyers, you should do some research before buying a home and being Michele's client definitely was an example. The next rain season, our roof had major issues and was leaking. When I hired a roofing company to take a look he was appalled how our roof passed inspection. I asked Michele who stated the report said the roof only required some new rocks on certain areas. Fast forward this year, we were buying another home and this time my husband's parents were involved. Michele ordered a thorough home inspection but only requested the seller to fix the mandatory issues. When we moved in, the home was still filled with the old owner's junk. Michele told my father in law she would get him a Home Depot card to fix all the other issues with the home. However, she sent us a box of fruit. Michele was unable to answer me when I asked several times why she only ordered a visual inspection of roof. She never advised us or helped us to obtain a thorough roof inspection of our older home. The roof damages were over $20,000 and we sold that home at a lot lower value. I believe Michele intentionally did not order a thorough roof inspection as young, ignorant first time home buyers, we would give her a sale. I find it hard with Michele's time and experience as a realtor, she would over look or forget to order a thorough roof inspection.
