My set up is all anodized titanium with white opal, so I was thrilled to see they had multiple opal offerings for the initial piercing. As expected from an APP certified shop, it was done with a titanium flat back and push fit end. The person at the front desk was very sweet and I was taken back for the piercing after a few minutes. I believe my piercer's name was Rachael, who was also fantastic. Very calming and knowledgeable presence with thorough explanation and aftercare instructions. The entire process was as comfortable as getting a needle through your face could ever hope to be! Overall very happy with my experience and would absolutely return or recommend to others!

First, after reaching out to Jo, they were extremely responsive, friendly and enthusiastic about my initial design. When I needed guidance, they helped me come up with a design that was perfect, even when I was indecisive about imagery. Jo also had a very careful touch when putting in lines and explained every step of the process (and first time clients, this is your person!). As someone with high anxiety, Jo always checked in to make sure I was comfortable. For technique, the line work was clean and the shading was perfect. ALSO! Jennie (shop co-owner) was extremely friendly and fun to be around. She had great advice, tips, and I can't wait to get a coverup from her in the future. The shop was CLEAN, cozy and I was oven offered fresh figs during the middle of my appointment. I will definitely be back for another piece. This is understandably a very vulnerable tattoo project and she has been nothing but professional and kind. One thing I love about Allison is that she is always checking in to see if I need a break. She also has a very light "hand" and my tattoos have hardly scabbed. The shop itself is inviting, they have a vending machine incase you forget snacks, and its in a quieter area. Parking is easy. Definitely recommend!

It was very clean and well maintained, and they immediately make you feel welcome. It was a very warm, friendly, fun environment. I ended up getting an upper cheek dermal, and Astre did amazing! You can tell she loves what she does and knows what she's doing. The pain was minimal, and she was very quick and efficient. She was very thorough with aftercare and possible issues I might encounter and how to best mitigate them. The prices were incredibly reasonable. They were quite a bit less expensive than a lot of other places I was looking at. All in all, I will never go anywhere else for my piercings again!

So I don't know how I feel about this place to be honest!
