I found this studio when searching up APP certified piercers in the area. I made an appointment through their website for my second nostril piercing and had a great experience! My set up is all anodized titanium with white opal, so I was thrilled to see they had multiple opal offerings for the initial piercing. As expected from an APP certified shop, it was done with a titanium flat back and push fit end. The person at the front desk was very sweet and I was taken back for the piercing after a few minutes. I believe my piercer's name was Rachael, who was also fantastic. Very calming and knowledgeable presence with thorough explanation and aftercare instructions. I had an appointment with Rachael AMAZING 100000/10 experience. I felt safe, comfortable, informed, and respected. I recently got my VCH and nipples pierced (fully naked) and Rachael made it a seemless process. I just happened to google piercing places and this came up. first off: street parking, make sure you get there a lil early to find parking. there are two doors to the place, use the right one (when facing the building) of it is locked, they are finishing up with another client and they will be with you shortly. I got my septum and second, right side nostril pierced. I am glad I choose them. I had Rachael, she was amazing. She helped me pick out jewelry and made sure I was okay the total price. she explained every step of the process which was very much appreciated and the after care instructions were given on paper, verbally, and she send an email as well. they also have you do an update in a month around the time that you have to get your jewelry shortened. definitely recommend this place and will go back for any other piercings. read more

I've put off my review for SO LONG only because there is just one employee that is always there when I go in for jewelry or piercings. She is really unfriendly and not approachable at all. This place has been my go to for ALL my piercings and jewelry options. I love supporting them because they are a small business and my ear set ups are based off their jewelry options. Their jewelry never make my ears break out which is why I love them. I've spent a lot of money and time here, but the employee that I always get that helps me pick out my next piece doesn't help me out at all. She's always on an ipad, or seems ditsy and not approachable like she either hates working, or has some sort of problem with me? I didn't want to spend 500$ on just one piece of jewelry and it was like pulling teeth for her to help me pick a piece in my price range. The piercer ended up coming out and was like shes got gold in her ear don't we have like a simple gold hoop option? (Since I was getting my daith pierced my jewelry options I had was limited) Then the receptionist was like oh ya. But it's just like why couldn't you have mentioned that? She doesn't go above and beyond for me at all. I've brought my mom and my friend here and they both said that she's not nice and not genuine. I appreciate Kellens work and his business but I just start to question do they really appreciate my time and my money to support them? I just think if you're having a receptionist be your point of contact and the face of your company they should be fully knowledgeable on ALL your jewelry options and to be able to give advice or recommendations for other jewelry pieces. I stopped in here on a drive from Seattle to Los Angeles as I had an ear piercing that had fallen out and a needed a backing replacement. Everyone inside was super helpful, especially considering I was a walk in with no appointment. For starters, my piercer was very condescending and talked to me like I was too dumb to understand what was being said to me. Fine, I can overlook that. Then came the price gouging. Fine, another thing to overlook. But when you purposely sit way below me at in angle in which you cannot see what you're doing, pierce me incorrectly and then have to repierce me I have a problem. The healing process was much more painful as I had an open hole right next to a fresh piercing. (I got a septum by the way). If you're looking for a good piercing shop, I don't recommend this and I really don't recommend going to Kellan. read more

I took my friend in to get her lip pierced. I am thoroughly versed in piercings and being pierced, I have been pierced many times and I have never seen someone be so bad at their job. They did not use a clamp to pierce her vertical labret. The FIRST time the girl pierced it IT WAS CROOKED and the bar was too short and my friends lip had completely swallowed the piercing. So my friend goes back in and ask for a longer bar. The piercer says the bar is long enough and then tells her to leave and that she can't have it removed and get a refund because "it's her livelihood". My friend hated it and was unhappy so I go back in with her and when we come back, all of the sudden the girl who did the piercing thinks it's crooked and then tells my friend "It's crooked because of your face". THEN she goes to get a longer bar and repierce it and clamped her top lip and could NOT screw the ball on. This piercer was rude and had such a bad attitude on top of that. She botched my friends lip and got the needle stuck in her lip both times it was pierced!!! Also said some rude stuff to my friend about her hearing aids when piercing her. Do not go here. read more

I have been a returning customer multiple of times , I have been getting pierced by Kellan twice. Has the best customer service and fun personality and great experience in the industry of body modification. However for this review I'm a little upset due to me booking an appointment for a vertical Labret, and I wrote specifically in the notes that I had my Ashley piercing done prior and took it out , that being said I had that piercing for well over 2 and a half years. As I drove in , waited for it be exactly 3:30 my appointment time I was great by a gal, who I have NOT ever been pierced by before but her personality was dry, and not friendly it made me uncomfortable, they proceeded to ask me what I wanted and in which they called me earlier to fill out the waiver before appointment they should have seen the notes that said I had my Ashley piercing and I took it out, now I'm in the shop and they proceed to say, "when did you take it out" I said when and they had said "I don't feel comfortable piercing that area again " "it needs time to heal" heal? It's healed do you mean close ? so that whole interaction was confusing, when they had said they didn't feel comfortable I said I'm pretty upset due to the fact my time has now been waisted and I drove over here when you called me earlier to do the waiver you should have asked me when I took the Ashley piercing so my time and gas was waisted. They then said we'll I'm sorry but kellan is here in Tuesday's so you can book it yourself when you leave in like two weeks from today. How about say let's get you booked before you leave so you have a reserved time and I'm very sorry for this inconvenience.
