You need to get the facts straight first before you jump the gun on how friendly Frank was to me because that's simply NOT the case... My ID is 100% valid. Im retired like I told him several times This is what I clearly told Frank a year ago and he said that it was" no issue at all" ..So I ended up coming back to the club a year later to finally join up. He asked me for ID which I showed him, then he started to say oh didn't you come in here a year ago etc, so I said yes I did. He then tells me "oh your ID says retired you can join at the full rate" and "I told you last time that im not giving you the discount we offer ...(that's not true at all ), What he said was that it was NO ISSUE".. He started to examine my ID, hold it up to the light literally about 5 different times ,,,Not sure what that was about...I said Frank, " WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY ID- YOURE EXAMINING IT LIKE ITS A FAKE $100 BILL OR SOMETHING, I said is there an issue?????..and he says " OH NOTHING I WAS JUST LOOKING AT IT. He then continues to say he's not giving me the discount and he told me this last year. I said NO PROBLEM...I was leaving, asked him for my ID back, and he started taking pictures of my ID with his phone... Maybe you can clear that up for me Andrew..what was that about after I said no problem and was clearly leaving the club with my coat on. Why did he start taking pictures of My ID? I mean I could care less that you or him think my ID is not valid, I could care less about any discount, or joining your club..Thats not the point at all.. I just didn't appreciate the way I was treated..PERIOD. Its really as Simple as that..I hope this clears it up for you. My experience was not good.

I most recently tried the organic spray tan and I'm obsessed!!! I have red hair with white as snow skin. So I've always feared spray tans, I thought I would turn orange. This is most definitely NOT the case with the product they use!!! I think it took 15 mins to get a glow that I've never seen on my body before. Wedding, vacation, or special occasion coming up?? I initially bought 10 sessions and has been a regular since then. First, layout is beautiful and fancy (chandelier lights). Second, it's clean (cleaning sprays and sanitizers everywhere). 3rd, all great instructors (BettyAnn, Matthew, Steve, Nancy and Natalia. There was 1 that was a challenge but she's gone now). It's semi-private, maximum of 9 but you still get that personal training feel. 4th, awesome owner and her assistant. I can go on and on but the most important is, I feel happy and special after every class! Grateful that I found this studio!

I have been coming here for the past two years and could not be more thankful to my beautiful instructor Carol Berlin. Her patients, love, help, passion and devotion to her students is incredible. I have found so much in this peaceful studio. Not only have I developed in yoga but I have become a stronger and better person. But after leaving a message to make an appointment and getting contacted immediately by the most pleasant person I decided I would go. I went on a monday afternoon when there were no classes in session and was greeted by a warm receptionist I believe was named Alexandria. She was very nice and friendly and explained all the procedures for the session. The facility was beautiful and well kept. I was glad that I went and will consider going again even though the facility is a way from my home. I hope to participate in some yoga classes before my next session. I wished I lived closer to this little gem.

After a decade of being overweight since college and having tried numerous times myself, I decided to get serious and get a trainer. Within 5 months of working with Gil, I reached my goal weight and dropped 45 lbs! On top of that, strength grew tremendously. Went from getting exhausted at the thought of a pull up to doing 10 pull ups in a row with ease. Muscle definition and size has grown quite a bit and clothes fit much better now. Dropped 5 waist sizes on my pants and when from a size L/XL to a S/M. It feels good trying on slim fit clothes and they fit well. All my friend and family has been commenting on how much weight I lost and how much better I look. Highly recommend Gil and have been recommending him to everyone.

I learn something from her during every single workout. She is extremely knowledgeable and shares a lot of information on nutrition and fitness.
