They were fast at first, but once the cleanup ended, the "reconstruction" phase became a nightmare. The Trap: They demanded a 70% deposit before they would even give me a quote, a timeline, or a walkthrough. The Fees: When I refused to pay for an invisible plan, they charged me massive cancellation feejust to walk away. The contract signed during the mitigation process gives them the ability to conduct your reconstruction on their timeline. The Threats: They claimed they could sue me for "lost profits" because I wouldn't agree to their unreasonable terms. They are great at the emergency part, but they use predatory contracts to lock you into expensive repairs. Get everything in writing before you sign a single page with this company.

His workers came three (3) days in a row and all they accomplished was tearing my house down. I had to call another company who promptly fixed the problem. There was no protection for my home. The auger ate up the bottom of my walls, there were no tarps used on my carpet and floors; and one of the workers used the walls throughout my home to steady himself. Dirt and oil all on my walls. I noticed on the last night they were when I erroneously thought that the problem was corrected, that there were smudges on my bedroom wall. I explained to the owner of the business (Malik Attles) that there was no reason for this gentleman to be in my bedroom. This being the case, I knew I needed to be on alert. Fast forward a few days later, two gold bracelets are missing, that I know of. May be more items missing. I called the owner after realizing the theft, and it became obvious that he had blocked me, and I had to use another number. Then, all that he could say is that, "he didn't know what to say." When a company comes into a customer's home it is incumbent on the owner to send credible, healthy, non-rogue individuals.
