I am posting this several months after the fact because I got busy and life got in the way. Several months back, during summer I wanted to have my HVAC cleaned out. I had seen an ad for Real tech and gave them a call. Christian (the owner) answered the call. He was very polite and made an appt to check out our old unit. When he got there and started taking our unit apart it was clearly in bad shape. It was extremely dirty and the coils for the heater were starting to crack. He gave us our options; look for replacement parts or get a whole new system. The cracks were bad since they can started leaking out CO2. We opted to have him look for a replacement and hoped for the best. He found one at a supply house on the east coast. He could've lied to us, but he didn't. He could have tried convincing us to get a whole new system, but really tried to get our existing one operating just a bit longer. I will forever be grateful He was honest and communicated what our system needed. He was thorough and cleaned everything up when he was done. He showed up on time for appts and gave a breakdown of costs. I've recommended him to anyone who's asked for an HVAC guy. read more

Excellent experience with this AC service. Christian was prompt, friendly professional and most importantly HONEST. I inquired about cleaning and maintaining my AC unit for the upcoming summer and he did an excellent job, no hidden fees and price was fair. I was given helpful tips on how to keep my system running smoothly. Fast forward to almost end of summer and wanted to have him assess why 2 of the rooms upstairs was not blowing cool air. Our heater last month n had not gotten it checked in years, and our house was freezing. Unfortunately, I had called a few other places prior, but they all said I would have to wait for days. Then I found Real Tech, and thankfully were able to send someone to my house the same day. The worker was on time and very nice. He found the problem pretty quickly. Although Christian doesn't have many reviews they are ALL 5 stars for a great reason!! My communication with him gave me a peek into what his service would be like and that is why I chose him. He was very responsive and in a timely manner. We set up our appointment and he arrived on time. He did a thorough inspection and provided in great details the current status along with what we might experience in the coming years and estimated timelines. This information, while not a huge surprise because the unit is old, will encourage us to be better prepared for the dreaded day we will need to replace the unit. Our AC unit has been needing some tlc so when we came across Christian's business page on Instagram, we decided to call give him a call. Not only did he come within a day (which is unheard of in our area) but he arrived on time and was so considerate of our home. He got to work right away and reviewed our AC unit and found some problems which we expected. Christian immediately explained to us what was wrong with our unit in such a detailed manner.
