He is professional, reliable and should be the only Structural Engineer you consider hiring. I was removing walls and needed a structural engineer to come out and work with my contractor. He accommodated my schedule and quickly returned a detailed report. After my contractor put in the new headers and beams, I called Carlos to come out and confirm that the structure was properly built according to plan. He came out the same day, sent me a letter confirming all was built out correctly and didn't even charge me for the extra visit and letter. This man takes Customer Service to a whole new level. Highly recommend this firm!

Told me I needed 6 piers for my foundation due to structural cracks. After I had a structural engineer come out, they were Shocked at IFR's recommendation as there is nothing wrong with my foundation, just normal cosmetic cracks.

Raise your hand everyone who had an overly aggressive salesperson who won't give you a price, or show any kind of pricing guide, and you almost have to call the police to get them out of your home? Not with Overhead Door of Fort Worth, there is a price for average sized doors on their site. So, you can at least guesstimate up front whether you can afford a door right now or not. And they will give you a free estimate. Dealing with Charles Ford, and Gary Tollett, Service Manager and the people at Overhead Door of Fort Worth was delightful. They know their business and have heard it all. We not only got a garage door, but a bunch of features we didn't even know were available in garage doors, like motion sensor light. The install was a delight. Our installer, Erisney and his partner, were friendly, polite and fast. Not only did they do a great job, but they totally cleaned up behind themselves. This is important because a screw in your tire can ruin your new garage door joy. I really can't recommend this company and their product enough. Now that our faith in mankind has been restored, we can start on the inside of the house.

Arlington Marble did a fantastic job on our countertops. The Cambria is amazing. The cuts were…read moreperfect and layed out well with the flow in the quartz. Installation went smoothly. The issue came with tiling the back splash. Our tile measurements were way off. We have 5 extra boxes of tile that was not needed. The guys doing the tile were not experienced and we had a special tile for above the range top that was not cut correctly. Had to order more of the that expensive tile. The saw was not sharp enough. Then the electrical boxes were not tiled around properly and they had to come back and fix because of dry wall exposure. He then just glued the tiles on. They don't lay flat like the rest. No one checked to see if job was done properly. I highly recommend for counter tops but do not have them lay tile.
