I took a whole lot of time to fill out the application and get all the needed information into the real estate agent Jennifer and I waited a few days and then they got back to me and said oh the person decided not to rent the house out so I ended up getting a refund on the application ! So when I proceeded to work with her ( Jennifer ). and try and find something else, she just didn't answer my emails or text anymore and that was frustrating. I'm Not happy with my experience so I'm looking to work with someone else now , What a waste of time. :( read more

Brian Zabel is a very personable realtor that wants the best for you and your family. He checks in on you and researches information when needed. He not only helped us buy a home, he helped us sell our Goodyear home. He warned us that in this market it might take a little while to sell our house, but with his help our house sold within a week of being on the market. He helped us find house cleaners, window washers, etc. He walked us through every step of the process and kept us informed about what was going to happen. Our agent was Vince Netzel, a nice man, but he failed to tell us that had we waited until July 1, 2024 (only two weeks) to sell our home, we could have required the buyer to pay half of the realtor fees. Was that failure because he was a dual agent? I guess we will never know, but that cost us over $11,000. read more

I understand that agents work under the " umbrella" of an agency, but Roy Johnson was our agent, and we had to consult with an agent we know from out of state to "corner" him to represent our wishes and interests. A simple cash buy turned into a cluster mess.....because of him. He is either inexperienced, lazy, or disinterested. We had to do an "end around" to the escrow company, and when agreements were broken, and he was a catalyst to these actions....he agreed to make it right, thus we accepted and released the funds....only to have him back away from his word......and then when confronted......agreed again....then to back away again.....and when an attorney was consulted and an e mail informing him...voila, he came through with his promise. He showed no initiative to protect our interests, his instincts to be proactive and honest were seemingly non existent. Only when he was finally cornered, did he live up to his word. The crazy thing is we are in the market for another rental property or two, yet he still acted in, what we would say, as a devious, unethical manner. If he was halfway competent, he would get those commissions, too. I would rather not write this, but I don't want others to suffer through the experience we endured. read more

Horrible experience with one of their realtors when trying to rent a house. They pushed the contract down our throats and tried to force us to sign an agreement without looking at the house/walk thru, telling us that we are going to lose the house. The realtor send conflicting messages about funds and deadlines and got upset when I sent them a screenshot of their text. I do not recommend this realty one team as there are many other options out there in the west valley. Run away from this group read more
