Let me tell you I'm so glad I went with this company. They were an hour early. They got my stuff on the truck in 40 minutes maybe less. They were so efficient and fast. Got all my stuff in the new apartment maybe 40 minutes not even. I was so shock. They did such an amazing job. They were very careful with my items. No damage to anything. We are highly disappointed in this company. I would not recommend. They had two workers come to our house who moved very slow. Charged us extra for Echelon bike without telling us. Damaged multiple items in our house and broke our patio table. The owner took forever to help us with replacement. He asked us to find the patio pieces that his crew broke and he would reimburse us. We asked for $150 back due to damages to patio table and he said he will reimburse us $50. We accepted the $50 because we don't have time to teach this guy customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My while move was horrible. There were 3 guys and 2 out of the three guys were so ghetto and unprofessional. They were asking me about my personal life and just things that weren't about moving. Plus they damaged my $1300 bed frame and didn't even let me know. They also stole my $200 kitchen shelf. I had read some good reviews about this company and so I wanted to employ their services. They took my deposit 2days before the move and they never showed up on the agreed day and time. I called in the morning to ask why they had not showed up yet and I was told they could not come and the deposit was nonrefundable also. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Came on scheduled day late; then to tell me this job was bigger than expected. When I scheduled I told them exactly how much was being moved. Then explained that they needed a bigger truck with 3 men as opposed to 2. After leaving they rescheduled for the next day and they were late again. I explained that they costed me more money since I did have some extra guys there to move some of the smaller stuff; I had to pay them for the work that they did, but didn't have them for the next day. Luckily the landlord allowed me to keep the keys so I could remove the rest of my belongings. Couldn't move the refrigerator they said they couldn't get it out. It got in so it definitely could be removed. Couldn't take the dryer because they don't unhook these items. These people are imaginative and entrepreneurial. They are really logistics people! We needed a reliable mover quickly since we're from MI, but live in FL and Boston. And had responsibilities out of town. My relatives home, she passed on, and the furniture was going to 5 other relatives in the area of NW Ie, W.Bloomfield, Birmingham ,etc And some furniture and glassware and pictures -other items to three of us in the Boston Area We met with Myles 2 nights before we were flying out, and labeled what was going where! On their own- entered the next day - moved everything out of the two story condominium going local to their truck. They were quick and efficient. And they delivered each correct piece of furniture to the five adult kids. Only took 5 hours! Huge amount of work in a short time. And when at each location they needed and were requested to move around furniture to make way for the new. Great attitude Jason, , the lead excellent man. The next day, they moved out the items going to the Boston Area, to each of my adult children. And they drove to Boston! Timely and efficiently. We gave the firm, and staff a nice bonus because they were exceptional. And willing to Take on this assignment on a moments notice. I don't even know where to begin; I'll summarize as quickly as I can: paid for three movers, started the job with two who were high and had pot in the truck sitting on the dashboard. Did not follow directions that were set up for the move (taking heavy items first, boxes if there was time - did the opposite and I was left with many large heavy items in my home but not a single box); scratched and broke multiple items, left two of their dollies in my old home so the move to the new home was done mostly by hand because they only had one dolly left on the truck (making the job last longer of course) and finally, seem to have stolen at least one expensive tool. I've hired several companies over the years to move everything from 2 homes at once to a stove from once location to another...and this was hands down the worst company that I've ever hired. 2 of the 3 movers were unprofessional. The alleged lead mover was lazy and consistently on his phone. They removed doors to assist with the entry of furniture, and did not put them back on. Many of my furniture pieces were scratched or damaged, they neglected to assemble beds as promised, and even took the screws and bolts needed to assemble the beds with them. It took 2 days to get them back. The owner of the company does nothing to retain customers..when concerns are raised. If I could give a zero stars I would. Do not use this company. I scheduled my move over a month in advance the next day, I rescheduled my move, still over a month in advance. I called to confirm the start time and the date, and he said we were all good. He called me two days before the move and rescheduled my timeframe stating it's because I rescheduled all the way rescheduled a month and a half it in advance the day of the move they never showed up. I am missing over $1,000 in tools a whole box I've got a lot of the cases but none of the tools. 50 foot extension cord is gone, my drill bag is gone I do have the drill but now I have no charger in any of the bit. I had so many tools I have four men in my family that are in construction and my son lives with me using Construction Construction for over 4 years so you can only imagine the kind of tool sets I have I missing a saw. Let's start with the good. I am very pleased with Mike and Kevin, they were very pleasant and helpful in every way. Now however, I'm not so pleased with the company charging the $85 service fee where I don't really get anything from it. It was explained that the fee included fuel charge and supply charge (like bubble wrapping necessary furnitures). Aside from the fuel being legitimate (mind you, the travel distance from my old house to the new house is probably 20 miles round trip). None of my furnitures were bubble wrapped or even any cover. Two of my night stands were scratched and so was my freezer (permanent damage). My mattresses were slightly dirty because there was no cover. We ended up having to use my own comfortable as a cushion for my washing and drying machine so they won't scratch (and that was upon our request). I just wish they had more care for our belongings as if it was their own. read more

Here's the Good, the bad and the ugly on Reasonable movers. GOOD: When talking on the phone with Miles, the manager. He was extremely helpful, kind and polite. I called on a Thursday and he was able to schedule my appointment that weekend, which I was excited about. I was moving a small one bedroom apartment and had little to no furniture which I don't think would take more than 1.5 hours. I was upset that the min was a 3 hour move. Miles reasonably gave me a discounted rate and is the only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of 1. BAD: My movers were Devonte & Jason. My appointment was at 9 am. They didn't show up till 10:40. I had to call Miles to find out what the issue was, because the movers didn't think to notify me. When they finally arrived I pointed out all the big items they need to take and the boxes on the front. They moved all the big furniture into the truck then proceeded to DRIVE AWAY WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME! I called them to ask where they were going and that they still had boxes in the home. I got complains and attitude about moving boxes. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A MOVING COMPANY THAT THAT DOESN'T WANT TO MOVE ITEMS. Devonte was very rude about moving the boxes. He had and attitude and was banging my boxes down the stairs. JASON had to even say "are those fragile", which Devonte said "she didn't say anything". DO I HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING FOR SOMEONE TO TREAT MY PROPERTY WITH CARE! It took them 10mins to put all my boxes in the truck. I got an attitude and rudeness over 10 mins of work. Mind you it has not even been an hour yet. We arrive to my storage unit and I am doing just as much heavy lifting as them, because Devonte still has an attitude about moving. I carried my tv table, my lawn chair and table by myself. Even though I fully intend on not lifting anything during this move. Devonte had closed the elevator on me while I was carrying boxes up to the storage unit. At this point I just wanted them to leave. I had things in my car that I need to be moved as well, but I would rather move them by myself with multiple trips than deal with rudeness/ attitude as a customer. UGLY: To top is all off! When ready for the final payment only Jason approached me & shook my hand. Devonte just sat in the truck. Jason has complained during the move but he tried to keep most of his comments to himself. I paid with card, which Jason did through his phone and left. It wasn't still I received the receipt that I saw a charge of $33 dollars more than agreed upon. This was a terrible experience for me. Not only did the owner, Miles, not come through for me with the 1:00-3:00 time frame today, but only after I called to find out (multiple times) what was happening, I was told that his crew would arrive not in the window period (and he had said it would be closer to 1:00 pm), but that they would be there around 4:30 pm. U-Haul was to close, and was inaccessabile at 5:00 pm. Miles knew I had a contractual obligation with them to clear out a u-haul box today. This was at least a 1 1/2 - 2 hr. unloading job at U-haul and then delivery and unloading in Milford. When I told him this was totally wrong, and unacceptable, he said, "how about we come out tomorrow?" Never hire them. read more

It was not a bad deal but not a good experience. They are available all the times. I just need to make advanced appointment. I can move my stuffs on Sunday. They do the job so fast. They finished the entire job for 2.5 hours. They are good at moving things so fast. My apartment is just a one-bedroom apartment. I am not having many stuffs. My entire properties could be filled in 60% of 15-inch U-Haul Truck. They are handling the package without much care. I saw that they put the monitor box on the bottom as a fulcrum, which is having more weight. Fortunately, the monitor is not having much damage to brake. Also, I saw that they made many bumps while they are loading my properties. Furnitures had some small scratches. My printer is not working due to internal damages. One good thing is that they accept lower tips due to some damages. Miles, who is usually an operator, insisted that our responsibility is moving boxes point to point. He said that it is hard to compensate if the contents on the boxes were damaged. Also, they are usually charging extra fee for truck. They were hired U-Haul truck for this time. It is equivalent to their 1-hour charge. (Little bit cheaper than U-Haul quote.) They finished the job for 2.5 hours, then they charged me money equivalent to 4-hour charge. (Not bad though) Now, I doubt that the explanation on their website is correct or not. I think their quality is totally depending on the movers, but I had bad luck. Do not expect any decent service on this business. They are usually kind, but the quality is not so good. You will get what you pay for. I would not use their service if I have more expensive furnitures in future. For next time, I would use movers through U-Haul or other services like Two Men and Truck. read more

They only took large items, left boxed and bagged items, when they placed my items in the new location they didn't set items up. Basically just threw the things in the room. They did not come to move me! I booked Reasonable Movers a few weeks ahead. On the day of the move they called and texted me many times advising about the delay but still promising to come. Around 9pm I was suggested to find a new company because they would not come neither today or at all. My landlord had new tenants moving-in next day. He needed me to move right away.
