Had work done by Pye Barker Charleston over 5 months ago they replaced a sprinkler pipe in my ceiling. within 2 weeks the coupling blew apart and flooded my unit that had been redone a week earlier. I had to replace my walls, flooring, some furniture etc. For over 2 months I have been calling Pye Barker, both Charleston and Atlanta, and all I get is that we are working on it. As a matter of fact Mat House does not even return my calls. I did speak to Joseph Hightower, but to no avail. I have been out of my home for almost 3 months and have not received as much as an apology. I also found out that they did the work without a permit and the town inspector was pretty upset. If they had gotten a permit, he would have told them that the way they coupled it was not proper. I cant imagine how a national company can work like this

We asked if we had to fill out the application form for our son in order to see the property. There was no humanness or concern. Just a flat "everyone over 18 must fill out the application" response. Seems like $195 non refundable application fee for mom, dad, and son is quite steep to just get an appointment to view the home. An online video is not the same as viewing the property and feeling the space in person to see if it will work for our needs during this extremely difficult time for our family. So sad so many businesses have fallen by the wayside when it comes to customer service and compassion for humanity. Truly hope you and your families never have to experience what our family is going through during this challenging time as we support our son as he battles stage 4 T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Lymphoma/Leukemia. I can assure you that this is not a scam as we are literally at MUSC right now on the 10th floor with our son. We hope that other potential renters also see this note and lend a heed of caution to doing business with this rental company. I cannot stress what a difficult time this is for our family. They both debunked the findings in Nicks report and rated the boat above average. The whole time he was conducting the survey he was telling me that there where no problems with the boat and that she was ready to go to sea(solid as an ice breaker). Then I receive a call from the buyer wanting to cancel the sale because of Nicks incompetent and just plain wrong report. Very sloppy work with many untrue findings. Do not let this incompetent liar on your boat for any reason. He is poison he cost me a sale because of his incompetence and lies. Don't be fooled by his demeanor he is not to be trusted.
