I walked in and was greeted kindly, and asked for my brief patience because all associates were helping other customers. Then, when I was assisted, it took less than 5 minutes. The person helping me was personable, friendly, and enthusiastic to help. The customer service here was top-notch, the environment was clean, homey and inviting, and the displays were organized and visually appealing. Now, let's cut to the chase--I got to meet GUNNER. I was offered a couple options for repair, and having chosen a the same type of spring ring clasp, the repair took only a few minutes. I enjoyed chatting with the owner for a few minutes. They made sure to clean the repaired piece, and they even cleaned my own rings while I waited. Super service and a great option instead of the big jewelry store chains, and much closer for me!
