Came in on a Saturday. I have been pricing Rolex watches for about a year. I own 2 that I have…read morebought through the years. I just realized an important milestone in life and wanted to celebrate with a gift to myself. I reached out to Rolex, and was told to visit Bromberg's. Knew nothing about the place. Went in, and no one would speak. I looked at all the watch cases, and continued to wait for someone to speak. I had just left work and was dressed as such. One older woman rolled her eyes at me when I made eye contact. An older man walked in while I was waiting and he was immediately greeted, still no response to me at all. I then stated out loud " I guess I will just have to buy something somewhere else" and promptly walked out. No response from anyone. Its a shame. I guess I will just have to drive to Atlanta to buy a watch. And for what its worth, I deal with very wealthy people every day in my profession, and almost all of them have advised me not to buy anything there.

The spring on a necklace clasp broke, and I wanted to find a local place for the repair. This is a…read moregreat little location in Helena, so it was very convenient. I learned they've been in business for over 35 years, with most of it in Hoover. I was offered a couple options for repair, and having chosen a the same type of spring ring clasp, the repair took only a few minutes. I enjoyed chatting with the owner for a few minutes. They made sure to clean the repaired piece, and they even cleaned my own rings while I waited. Super service and a great option instead of the big jewelry store chains, and much closer for me! Note: I purposely didn't include any pictures of the interior, etc. I also didn't want to include pictures of any inventory that I wasn't purchasing. I want the owners to be able to share that if they are comfortable. If I had purchased something more interesting than a clasp, I would have been happy to post it. Just know that you will not be disappointed with your shopping experience or any pieces you may select.
